Is that genjix, the yellow t-shirt guy? OMG! You're right. And they're pouring some kind of white substance from Wagner & Gel all over my Maria. I haven't quite place that guy on the far left though. Now this could be an America's Got Talent lip syncing act:

We could simply claim a habitable planet in Alpha Centauri as our own homeworld prior to it being discovered, and refer to it as Bytlamnia Prime. I've seen crazier things pre-ordered.
In fact, that wouldn't be a bad idea now, for a week ago it would have been, should I dare say, too far out there. Now that it's in the news, plots for Bytlamnia Prime can be offered up for sale just like some company did selling plots on the moon. Well, now, we can say fuck the moon--we have air and water. The only catch to owning an ocean front property on Bytlamnia Prime is that it must be purchased with Bitcoin, otherwise you're shit out of luck. (makes a great Chrismas present, too)

I think gross incompetence is an understatement. MtGox is plagued by mismanagement at nearly every step... and that's all well and good, but when you're a) dealing with large quantities of money and b) sensitive personal information, that is just a recipe for disaster in the making.
+1.1 And from this day forward, consider anything I pen about you or BFL tongue-in-cheek, underless I state otherwise (will try to keep it to a bare minimum). In the US the only entity that can attach an apostle seal is the state government (usually the secretary of the state personally)... Ruckily, when doing so, no other state or federal agency will be made aware that one trades in Bitcoin...or will they during this apostle sealing process? ~Bruno K~

I think TBF finally realised the stupidity of the name they chose and decided to rename it to something more appropriate Or somebody paid for a Pyrite Stove ad, and nobody wants to take responsibility for the error. What's not considered weird is that the entity is already receiving FUD, and all the owner(s) did was place a coming-soon type ad that doesn't link to anywhere. Then again, that's not a bad marketing approach. I got to keep that in mind when my project gets further along. In the meantime, after posting this, I'm headin' on over to the ad rate page of this forum and see what it would cost to place a non-linkable ad, tentative reading: Bruno's Up To Something! ~Bruno K~

I just discovered that my $35 prepaid mobile plan comes with $27.5 of 'credit' that I can use for SMS based paying (eg buying bitcoins from blockchain). Data and minutes are separate from credit, and to date I just let my $27.5 credit for each month disappear into oblivion.
Tell us more. ~Bruno~

That's nine so far, all different people. If that's not the case, then some 'plaining's in order. Not sure which Sonny above is BFL_Sonny. Feel free to post other names so that I can add them to the list. The reason for the research is to see how many of the 22 employees are dedicated to the assembly line by deduction (subtraction). ~Bruno~ Thirteen people on the assembly line! Josh cracking the whip and threatening with soldering irons. I went a dumpster divin' for a specific image, but was blessed with these two (note the red wall in image #1):

I'm not very familiar with the production, but I assume that in the final stage should already have something to show people besides cartoon drawings Especially not one I doubt the veracity of, here on the English forum even jokingly called these "club member foil hats" Well, there is a very good reason for not showing the actual implementation. A board designer can learn a lot about the architecture by looking at an empty pbc. With components this problem is even bigger. For a small company it is very important to keep the design a secret as long as possible. Otherwise a chinese firm with bigger facilities and no work will take your design and push it to market before you do. Welcome to the brutal world of electronics manufacturing. (bold) If that's the case, why would somebody pre-order when a cheaper model form China would be just over the horizon after the very first shipment?

Wordpress is an extremely powerful CMS to those who know how to use it. The myriad of extensions and themes for it make it infinitely, well, extensible. It's an extremely good choice for a simple yet powerful CMS. For security, there are many extensions that can help patch up security issues. (In my opinion, the only reason why people shy away from it because of security reasons is because the code is open source, allowing hackers to peruse it for vulnerabilities.) Wordpress is far from a subpar CMS, but you may have to shell out for some paid Wordpress extensions. Let me know if you have any questions about Wordpress!
There's really nothing I'm concerned about in regards to security of the site, save a DDoS attack, but there's pay-for defense mechanisms that should counter such an event. It's not like there'll be some hot wallet available for the taking. The worse somebody may try to do is post a premium account without paying, whereupon I would be out only $10 (twice the amount if paid with fiat) and the scumbag was never caught but, then again, some other defense mechanism would be in place making such an event unlikely. caffeinewriter, I do have another programmer in mind, but will most definitely keep you at the top of my list if I need your services. Your comments have also been most helpful. I am aware that WP is a powerful CMS, and didn't mean to take aware from that fact when I used the word subpar. It was meant in the context of if I needed something over and beyond WP at the onset, I didn't want to make the mistake of starting on the wrong foot. As to the how I envision the whole thing working, at this penning I see no reason why WP wouldn't work. It's not like I'm building something extremely technical, but do want the handful of components to work seamlessly in the back-end in conjunction with WP. ~Bruno K~ Oh no no! I wasn't implying that I was offended by it. Nor did I think you were saying it was an inferior CMS. Also, I wish you luck in your site If you require any simple questions answered, I'd be more than happy to do it for free. Don't worry, bud. At no time was I ever offended by your commit. I just felt like elaborating on that point. No harm! ~Bruno K~ I see Well good luck with your site! BTW, all those who post helpful comments (even if they're critical) via PM or on any thread related to this project, will receive one premium account valued at $20 USD ($10 if BTC). I will not posts any names gleaned from my PM's when I start and maintian said list without permission, but will do so when they post a comment in some ongoing thread related to this project. Sorry for all the secrecy at this point, but I'm not yet ready to reveal what I have in store. Needless to say, it will be epic. Seriously, it won't be epic if it's a piece of shit and/or it's not branded/marketed well. At the moment, I'm not taking pre-orders, so quit asking. ~Bruno K~
