Slažem se da su nekretnine dobar, možda i najbolji izbor. Ali tu postoje dva problema. Prvi je da su cijene u zadnjih par godina stvarno otišle u nebo pa bi se i taj balon mogao ispuhati kao što je bilo tamo nakon 2008. godine. Drugi (možda i važniji problem) je dokazivanje porijekla prodanog BTC-a. Porezna jedva čeka da netko tko zarađuje 500-1000 eura mjesečno kupi nekretninu za gotovinu pa da malo pročešljaju financije.

Ja opet ponavljam da nemam ništa protiv plaćanja čak i 10-15% poreza ako bi to značilo da ću imati čist novac. Ali onda se opet vraćamo na FIFO koji je jednostavno nemoguće napraviti... Ne želim da se ovaj thread pretvori u raspravu u FIFO evidenciji ali mislim da je to trenutno jedna od najvećih prepreka u plaćanju poreza na zaradu od ulaganja u kriptovalute.

@BitGoba: Ovo što si napisao ima smisla. Ali isto tako je činjenica da Bitcoinu cijena dosta varira pa ipak mislim da je bolje u/pri vrhu bull runa prebaciti barem dio BTC-a u nešto drugo. Problem je što je teško pronaći to nešto drugo jer fiat samo pada, nekretnine uz to što im je cijena jako narasla imaju probleme koje si i sam naveo, zlato ima svoje probleme ali opet manje nego nekretnine (ali mu je cijena trenutno na ATH)...

I wouldn't say that Croatia has players with limited talent. Maybe the reason why England's players are considered as more talented is because they come from England whose national league is considered as one of the best. Croatian national league is trash compared to the top European leagues. Maybe that's why Croatian players are never considered as stars. But majority of our national team players play in the top 5 European leagues and most of them are standard players in their clubs.

Additionally the Croatian mentality is a funny thing. One time they are all the best players and then one bad game happens and all national team members are trash. But I think that our mentality is one of the reasons why we usually play best against the strongest teams.

However I really hope that we will win today so that we get silver at worst just because it might be the last competition with Modrić in the national team. I know that he said he will play for the national team for as long as the team needs him, but he can't go against his age and soon he won't be able to play at the highest level.
