1301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: June 14, 2016, 10:04:11 AM
Hmmm I think people are going to gamble because they want to multiply their money. and those who go to gamble. generally have little money because want to get rich quick from gambling. I thought of a victory not about great on your money
The way to multiply your money is just too unrealistic which only give you a little chance to do it. The possibility can happen but the more big possibility that would likely to happen is you can lose a big amount of money in gambling.

Yeah, the house edge basically restrains you from ever winning in the long run. However, you can always win in the short run. It is very possible and a lot of people have done it.

I personally probably have a neutral experience with gambling. Haven't lost that much, haven't won a lot.

Glad to hear that you still have yet to lose. It is really not easy to win from the casino, otherwise how are they able to survive so long and how come one casino after another one keep popping out non stop. To me, i feel that as long as you never lose, you are already considered a winner.
1302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: June 14, 2016, 09:57:37 AM
I've been an addict. And some time I have tried to stop. It's not easy. I have read many articles of self help, saw several videos on youtube and always trying to kick the habit. More recently I read a book "the power of habit" and that helped overcome my addiction. Today when I want to play, I separate some bitcoins for it. If you lose not continue. I'll do something else. Currently I do Yoga and meditation.
But once you understand your addiction to gambling, you will get easy method to come out of it.
Many gamblers never understand about their gambling addiction, that situation is the big dangerous of gambling because they do not aware the reason and necessary to stay away from gambling.
Yes understanding own gambling addiction is the starting point to get rid of gambling. After realizing the truth about gambling no one will wish to stay with it. They will think about to come out of it by staying away from gambling by all possible opportunities they are having.
Sometimes it is hard to accept that your are addicted to gambling, I think that is not yourself would be the first person to notice it as being a human we are bias with our selves and sometimes we do not accept our mistakes, it should be from our family and friends and with their advise we should religiously follow it.

This is very true especially the social norm feel that gamblers are usually failures. So being an addicted gamblers are generally despised on and that is why many people dont want to admit that they are addicted.
1303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: June 14, 2016, 09:53:59 AM
I have a positive profit on poker alone, but on other games, I lost almost a coin. So in conclusion, I am poor in gambling.  Cry

It is ok. You are not the only one. I too have lost on a lot of games like sport betting, dice, table games and many more. It is all for fun and joy.

8 btc invested already. Shocked

And now it is close to 10 btc invested so far. This is really going crazy. I am also interested to invest.

The earlier you invest the more you get. After tomorrow the bonus will be half of what it is today. Cool

That is right. That is why a lot of people are pouring in their btc. It seems like a great deal.

1306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High bet amounts or low bet amounts? What is your style? on: June 14, 2016, 07:20:03 AM
I prefer to place low bet amounts at high payout. I do it almost all the time. It looks bad at the most time but at the end I can gain profit from it. I play at dice gambling sites and hunting 100x and 9900x only.

Definitely. I think the low payouts with high bets are a trap to be on because they give you the false sense of security. You go bet a few times on 1.01x and you say to yourself, well, i have 1/50 chance of busting so why not do another roll?

Eventually you'll bust, but i prefer low bets with high payouts as well because it is much more entertaining.

There is a lot of cases i have seen. I still remember the earlier days of btc. There is a few people who often coming in to earn a few btc. They bet like 80btc with x1.05 payout cause it is hard to lose. So they have been successful in claiming a few btc from the bankroll each day. However, end up, they all lose their bankroll to the site.
1307  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I invest in bitcoin casinos? on: June 14, 2016, 07:08:10 AM
You can invest right now in the bitcoin casino's it will be a investment of course so it can go wrong.
Right now the bitcoin gambling scene is very growing so that is a good sign for investing.

Yeah, I think the best way to approach bitcoin casinos is to treat them as any other investment. Obviously you're basically gambling with negative house edge, but it still contains potential risks.

I suggest investing in bitcoin casinos if you are planning to gamble the coins anyway. You have a better chance of winning in the long term.

Yup, i am invested in moneypot and so far i am having a great experience with them. When i start investing, my btc dropped like 50% cause a whale happened to come in and won like 200btc. However, since the casino has the house edge, the profit keeps coming in and within a few months, my investment is returned back to where it was and now i am profiting from it.
1308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Just another example of Martingale lose on: June 11, 2016, 09:22:38 AM
Ouch, really sad to see someone losing 3+ bitcoin while trying to win 0.1 BTC (assuming that was his base bet). He should have just done a 3 BTC bet on a 1.04 multiplier, as it is faster and safer. Hopefully he could afford the logs and just wanted to have some fun, but it easily could have been someone who was dumb enough to think it would actually work. At least he made Stunna happy.
That would be more risky IMO. Your betting big amount in exchange for small amount. Would be better if he bet on a higher multiplier like 2.5x or 3x with big amount.

Actually, no matter what method you use, the probability is less than 50%. You will end up losing in the long run even if you change your multiplier. So it is always advice not to play with martingale cause you will end up losing very big.

I dont mind selling junks to you. However, 'betable' items like dc hooks, staches, arcana, pbr etc. are worth way more than that.
1310  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Buying CSGO/DOTA2 items/Steam card,any ,items bulk with 55~60,not sure the card on: June 10, 2016, 11:01:32 AM
are you paying market prices or just below ive got a some sets id like to sell and some various misc items etc let me know
we can use the steam tools to check price ,that's fair for almost items  Smiley how about ur idea ?

I am also interested to know. I have a lot of items in my dota 2 inventory. I can say it is close to about 900 items. So do we take steam tools price as the price you going to buy or you only paying a certain percentage? And how are we going to do the trade?
ofc only paying a certain percentage ,who will pay full price with cash ? the title said 55~60 ,guys ,watch carefuly before u reply plz

I did read everything, The title was not stated clearly. It can refer to a bulk consist of 55-60 items(with certain values), 55-60USD as a bulk. That is why it is better to clarify with you. And it changes the meaning by using 'with'. I am an experience trade since years ago so i definitely know my stuffs.

I dont mind cashing out at 60% SCM but I am not interested to deal with you and it is quite a low chance that you are able to afford my dota inventory too.

However, i still like to wish you good luck with your sale. The offer is quite reasonable.

although i am not use the forum usually ,there is no items i can't afford if u can sell at 55  Smiley ,but if u offer 60 ,i need depends on the items which u need sell ,can u link me ur steam profile if u don't mind ?

Well, lets say there are items that are worth so much that they exceed the limit of the steam community. One of the items i have is base platinum baby roshan which cost about 6 dc hooks and each dc hook is worth $120usd easily?

well ,that's got be little hard for me cuz i am not good at dota2 items ,but can u just link me that ur profile ? well ,i just need see it and i can't fucking rob that items with ur link ,bro ,XD if that items really worth that much ,i am sure i can adfford .

Sure, i will pm you my steam account. You can have a look. It takes a dota 2 traders to know the price of some of my items, like legacy couriers etc.

1314  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your average bet per game? on: June 10, 2016, 09:45:10 AM
I am usually bet 1% from my deposit.
E.g : if i deposited 10 mBTC , i will bet 0.1 mBTC.
With win chance 45-55% , to decrease risk of gambling

This is a very good practice to have. A lot of people tends to start to bet bigger in order to attempt to cover back their losses. They will end up losing their bankroll in an instant. One of the best practice is to always bet with 1% or 0.1% of your bankroll, so you are doing a great job!
1315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Gambling is Fun? on: June 10, 2016, 09:29:35 AM
Why everyone is using the Word of Fun for only gambling, if gambling is a game, so all games are interesting and entertainment, not funny, Gambling is not a drama or play, it is a real and mind blowing game.
For me, nothing is funny in gambling.
What do you think of FUN in gambling?

Gambling is fun to many people because it involved an risk elements to it. You are risking your money in exchange for more. The feeling that they got is called the adrenaline rush. You will also feel more involved when you bet, that is why some claimed that by betting on sports, they will feel more excited about the match.
1316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cashing out no deposits bonuses on: June 09, 2016, 11:22:52 PM
My biggest winning was 10BTC with no deposit bonus promotion, it was my biggest winning ever as i think i was lucky person on that day when i hit the jackpot there and got paid from that casino without any problem, i have very nice record with no deposit bonus promos.

10btc is not a small sum. Consider the price right now, it is worth about more than 5000usd. My friend went to casino frequently and the highest amount he ever got from slot machine was 800 free games. The prize total up to RM4800. This only happened once after 10 years of gambling.
1317  Economy / Gambling / Re: Managed to turn 0.12 btc to 0.5 btc on: June 09, 2016, 11:18:42 PM

Wow. There are countless of posts to state that playing dice is very risky and it is very likely you will lose it all. However, you manage to overcome all the odds and make your bankroll increased by 300%. Congratz.
1318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TRICKS ON HOW TO WIN on dice games on: June 09, 2016, 09:00:05 AM
Very trick you got there huh. Martingale, the method which leads most users to lost their hard earned money. You are not the first person who used that kind of "trick" and i can asure you will eventually lose all your balance

I too agree. This is what a lot of people having been trying. They feel that they can win like 5 or 6 times and they have found a way to break the system. Unfortunately it is not the case, i hope they can realise their mistake before it is too late.
1319  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best site to Gamble? on: June 08, 2016, 02:38:52 PM
The poll for this thread is a bit bias because the choice for sports betting encompass a lot of sport betting sites while the other choices are referring to one site. So naturally sport betting will be a popular vote.
1320  Economy / Gambling / Re: I tried my luck again in yobit dice game..But ended to lose on: June 08, 2016, 02:36:51 PM
Hi i just want to share my experience again. before i am looking for a good  dice game that you can make profit.. but almost all dice game are base on luck or fraud.. i don't the real i can't verified all of the game because their site is not open source..

Now i found dice in yobit i just try with free coins in many altcoin.. i can make a profit with those altcoin so i try to deposit in try my luck in dice game using bitcoin but result is different i never made a profit.. unlike altcoins that i use to play in dice game.. i thought that i can make a profit yobit dice but it can drain fast i just win 4 times with bet of 0.008 each and lose all in 8 times.. so it means they are not provably fair..

Do you think guys all dice game are fraud?

Losing 8 in a row does not means it is fraud. I also have encounter losing 12-14 games in a row. However, you are just unlucky to encounter it earlier than expected. You can try again and see if it is the same situation.
