I really hope this is just a misunderstanding and for some reason the owner is absent.  He at least has a reputation to defend, so I'd be a little optimistic about getting your funds.

I do recall the owner saying that all his personal details were in the open as he claimed to have nothing to hide. I'm away from a computer but I'd conduct a whois search on the domain. It might check out.
