Ten Hag has worked hard to stabilize the Manchester United squad since the start of the season. And he succeeded. For a long time, the Manchester United team was in the top four of the points table. However, due to defeat in the last two matches, Liverpool's points gap with Manchester United has decreased. Manchester United's performance has dipped slightly but Ten Hag will try their best to stay in the top four of the table. Either way, he will want to qualify for the Champions League.

Manchester United have two tough matches against Arsenal and Chelsea. It will be difficult for them to earn points in these two matches. On the other hand, Liverpool's opponents in the next 3 matches are relatively weak. So Liverpool has more chances to move to fourth place in the points table.

Seeing your post made me remember a quote tweet that Erik Teng when Ronaldo left Manchester United when he said with him or without him, the club is prospering and no player is bigger than any club, he was clearly mocking Manchester United and Erik Teng but all this while Manchester United was having a good time in 3rd place, he was quiet as an introvert, but regardless of what Manchester United has seen, they don't have a place in the first place, that spot is lost long ago but the energy Liverpool has displayed recently is extra loud, perhaps since they lag behind with a match to meet Liverpool, they may be able to maintain the 4th lead or go back to 3rd place again.

Manchester United don't have any fixture with Arsenal for the rest of the season, it is only Chelsea I think they may face some difficulties to pass through in their next phase of match with Chelsea but at the same time, don't get disappointed if they trashed them as usual.
1302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: May 08, 2023, 09:31:28 PM
I must admit that it is the correct conclusion. Real Madrid's defense this season has been problematic as we have conceded 32 goals in 33 match. This is a bad statistic in recent seasons although Benzema and several other strikers have helped us avoid many defeats. You can compare it to the previous few seasons, so I won't argue about your conclusions.
Yes, it is a very bad stats, too many conceded goals. Ancelotti must strengthen Real Madrid defense if they want to compete for the La Liga trophy in the next season. This season, Real Madrid has failed to win the trophy due to defense and attacking problems. I think it is not only about the weak defense, but Real Madrid attacking looks not play consistently as well.

The number of goals conceded I noticed too, last season when they took the trophy, the number of goals conceded wasn't more than 31 in total for the whole season but this season is already 32 and some matches are yet to be played, that shows that Real Madrid has been unserious, the last time they had something similar with this number of conceded goals were 2018/2019 and they ended in the third, they are simulating this pattern this season.

Quote
Benzema, Vinicius and Rodrygo have all had good form this season, but when our defense is in trouble, it's not going to help us in our title race this season. In the end Real Madrid had to admit defeat in the title race with Barcelona, so all of that must be corrected next season.
They may have performed well, but they can't always be in good condition. Benzema often gets injured, so he can't play in some matches. This makes a problem since Real Madrid gets difficulty in scoring without Benzema. Ancelotti must try to add more top strikers for the next season.

I don't think defenders are only the problem, the forward has also relented on the goals they score. Rodrigo was fair but Vinicius and Benzema decline this season. No players come close to the number of goals Benzema had last season, even in the Champions League but look at what they are playing this season, they played as if they weren't the ones that made us proud of Spain last year.
1303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How's your gambling experience right now? on: May 08, 2023, 07:16:36 PM

The transaction fee on Bitcoin is increasing day by day. It cost now 14$ for a low-priority transaction to 17$ for high priority transaction. I was planning to make a deposit today on my casino account until I notice the high fee on my electrum sent tab. The fee is almost 5% of my total bankroll that I was supposed to deposit. I decided to rest for now since I will be down immediately by 5% for a transaction that I don't know when will gonna be confirmed.

Is anyone still playing today with this high fee? I think those gamblers that leave funds in the casino are very happy that they didn't need to experience this fee drama.

It is so sad that the mempool is full every hour with large numbers of uncomfirmed transactions when halving is not here yet and this is getting out of hand, the miners are not even giving any priority to lesser fees with low priority or maybe I'm part of the people who don't get lucky yet to get my transactions to verify, and what I don't understand with the mempool this time around is that, in the night and weekends, they are usually lower but yesterday been Sunday was different, the fees were higher and the night was even worse, this made me think these BRC20 tokens are nonsense spams and ddos attack on the bitcoin network.

There is always an alternative, I still used Tron with USDT deposit, they are also slightly higher now since people are using them now as an alternative since the Bitcoin network becomes congested but they are manageable compared to Bitcoin.
1304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: May 08, 2023, 06:53:06 PM
this trophy is for Italian team, Sevilla being the only Spanish team in the midst of three Italian clubs in the semi finals, Sevilla has to beat juventus to qualify to the final, which with juventus current form is not possible, it will be a tough game. But I don't see sevilla scaling through to the final. Juventus is favourite for this title. But sevilla will give them tough match.
Juventus and Sevilla matches are ahead. Juventus will want to win this match in a big way. Because Juventus are not in a very good position at the moment. Every match is now very important for Juventus to win. So hopefully Juventus will be able to beat Sevilla in a big way.

I beg to differ, Juventus lost her last 2 matches last month and ever since then, the 3rd, 4th and 5th matches is the incredible result when you consider their last 5 matches and Sevilla also has been on a winning rollercoaster, so I expect this match to be very tough, it is possible that the match may end up in the first leg as a tie but the way the two of the teams are on form, I expect great match come next week.

Bayern Leverkusen and Roma are not still doing well in their domestic league and funny enough, Leverkusen is sitting at no.6 in their standing while Roma sits in no.7 place in their respectful leagues, very hard to choose the team that will make it out of this group in Europa but I have a big stake for Sevilla to win the league cup when they meet from a team in this group.
1305  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: May 08, 2023, 02:09:32 PM
I can say there is a higher chance for Manchester City to win that game against Real Madrid because of the recent names we saw from both teams. But in the game between Ac Milan and Inter Milan, both teams have the same situation and that's hard to predict the game between Ac Milan and Inter Milan because Inter Milan is a stable team and we can't as how they are going to perform.
Although Manchester City has a higher chance than Real Madrid by looking at the names of their players, as you said. But Real Madrid has a manager which is very experienced in this events. So it's still 50/50 for me Sir, actually same as match Inter vs Milan. All team has a chance to qualify for the final, it's just that maybe there will be a team which will make a mistake in this semi-final, because little mistake can have a huge impact to them.

I'm a bit more concerned about Real Madrid than you do and I am more thrilled that won at the Copper del Ray 2 days ago, but concerning that experience, don't you think that Manchester City wouldn't have learned from the mistake they did last season? They had Real Madrid at hand last season and let them slip out of their fingers towards the end of the second leg match, I doubt if they will slumber again after that last embracement. Besides, Real Madrid doesn't give me confidence like the way Manchester City is doing, and when I say me I believe I speak for the rest of the people that Manchester City will beat them except luck thrivers upon Real Madrid.
1306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 08, 2023, 01:37:02 PM
Arsenal's victory against Newcastle I think means nothing to Arsenal anymore, they will not be able to catch Manchester City's points, now that they are 4 points away with 4 remaining games this season, of course it is almost impossible for Manchester City to drop points in 2 matches.

In fact, this defeat was very influential for Newcastle, now the competition for the top 4 positions is getting fiercer, Newcastle and Manchester United have suffered defeats this week so Liverpool are getting closer to their point gap.

Liverpool still has a great chance of finishing in the top 4 of the standings by hoping that Manchester United and Newcastle play poorly in the remaining matches and Liverpool win their remaining 3 matches.

Arsenal as a whole is very proud of their victory over Newcastle, if it hadn't meant anything to them, they would have given up on chasing the league title by now, but now, after clearing Newcastle in an away match, they are more determined to win the rest of the league, what they need now is to finish the rest of the match because Newcastle was the only challenging match I expected from them and they have won it, they should be able to trash Brighton, Nottingham Forest, and Wolves with ease.

Manchester City also has the advantage of having an outstanding match against Arsenal in their 35th played match, but they also have Champions League, and that match is very important for them, because if they focus too much on winning UCL this season, lord knows they will be exhausted, and perhaps Everton and Chelsea will do their thing, and maybe Lampard will be praised by City haters for not allowing Manchester City to lift the trophy this season.
1307  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: May 06, 2023, 07:52:16 PM
It seems that Real Madrid is more inclined to continue to be in a safe position in the league, because we think they know that it is difficult for them to win the league title. Taking second place between Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid is indeed a pleasant impression to watch, but it seems that Real Madrid is not too focused on that , they are preparing for the Champions league and maintaining their safe zone in the laliga.
You are right. Since Real Madrid has no chance of winning the La Liga title, they are not worried about the La League matches now. I don't think it's too important for Real Madrid to finish second in the points table. Madrid will now look to win the Copa del Rey and Champions League titles. Madrid must win against Osasuna. At the same time, Madrid prepares for the match against Manchester City. But I look forward to seeing how Madrid performs today against Osasuna. As the match will be played at the Bernabeu. It looks like Madrid will dominate and win

How could you say it is not important for Real Madrid to finish the second place, they have lost the second place that has been given then peace to Atletico Madrid, and Real Sociedad they lost to in their last match is right below them with seven points, they need only 2 wins of matches to renew their hope of finishing third while Real Madrid fight to qualify for the champions League next year and it wouldn't be a good stepping stone for them in the next season.

It is such a pity that Real Madrid's performance has declined drastically, even the team they don't give chances is just making way through them to get 3 points, since they can no longer lift the Laliga trophy, they better lift Copa Del Ray otherwise they should expect any banter their fans push on them because they have not impressed me with what they have done this season.
1308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: May 06, 2023, 07:15:38 PM
I think that Manchester City is the favorite to qualify further in this encounter.I am not in any way underestimating Real Madrid as they have won Champions League more than any other team and not for nothing they are called the team Queen of Europe but because this time simply Manchester City has better quality players than Real does with all due respect to Real.

Manchester City was near eliminating them last year when their quality was not the same as this year and they lost it I don't know why in the last 3 minutes of the second encounter but I know this most likely won't happen again.
That is definitely what most people think as well. Like when you look at sportsbet.io for example, City has 2.14 and Real has 3.15 odds at this moment. That could of course change with time but it is clear that they consider City as the favorite.

It is not about being a favorite, the odd algorithm monitors all teams' performances and provides input on what each team deserves. Manchester City, for example, has been a beast in every match they have played; I consider them to have less odd than Real Madrid, which has not been consistent with winning matches, and as I'm writting, Sportsbet Odd has shifted a little to 3.2, and when you look at other bookies, they are slightly lower for both Manchester City and Real Madrid and that's because they are not using the same parameters.

Quote
By comparison Milan has 2.94 odds and Inter has 2.66 odds for example which means that they think these two teams are much closer in every aspect and the game could end in a tie, even ties are 3.05 for Inter-Milan game and yet 3.85 for City vs Madrid game, which says they do not expect a tie at all. So when you consider all these odds, most people and most sportsbooks are considering City as the heavy favorite in this game. They may not be 1.40 or something, but they are as clear favorites as UCL semi finals could get.

As a smart gambler, it is not necessary that I must bet for either of the teams to have a straight winning, the odds are normal and it is enough to double any amount that is wagered on them but I wouldn't risk this, I rather choose a win or draw even if the odd is slightly lower for inter who doesn't yet have the record of recent Champions League trophy in their gallery.
1309  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 06, 2023, 05:16:52 PM
Chelsea so far has performed not so badly as expected from them Grin and funny enough I actually place a bet on them to lose the game but so far it has been a draw until  the 82 and 87 minutes were they managed to convert two changes and now currently lead by three goals to one. A nice victory for them and at least they have finally broke the dead lock of so many streak of loses and frank lampard I feel will sleep tonight with his both eyes close after such miserable start for him.

Finally Chelsea decided to win today,One of the best Saturday in a long while and finally escape relegation. How funny  it is other clubs are fighting  to winning  the trophy and Chelsea  is celebrating a narrow escape from relegation how hilarious. Well they still deserve  an applause for the past few weeks Chelsea  has not been Chelsea, didn't  expect  such performance from them, and Conor Gallagher scoring  the first goal in just 9 minutes of the game,  impressive performance from Chelsea. I could see smiles on the faces of there fans which they have not gotten in while.

I'm not happy for Chelsea, but at least the players have shown they are deserving of their weekly wages after receiving them for six solid weeks while contributing nothing to the team. But seriously, I'm not impressed; Bournemouth has been a team they routinely destroy in their previous matches, but their failures will cover that to celebrate their meager achievement. I also stand to be corrected, but Chelsea has not been in relegation, they were about to because before they won today's match, they were sitting in the 15th place below Bournemouth they just faced today.

Frank Lampard has achieved something great today, I hope he wins the rest of the matches otherwise he will remain the worst Interim/caretaker coach Chelsea will ever have, and not only that, but he also risks leaving the coaching of clubs, maybe national leagues will be where he will finally retire.
1310  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop comparing BTC to FIAT. FIAT is dying every single day. on: May 05, 2023, 02:24:15 PM
Look at $100k.

Now imagine owning $100k 20 or 30 years ago. Wow, that was a lot of cash! You could have bought a home, maybe a nice car and still have some money left in the bank.

Today... do the math and see what you can buy Grin

Inflation is killing FIAT every single day.

So stop comparing BTC to FIAT and see the true value of Bitcoin. Don't go "wow" when BTC hits $100k. Because $100k today doesn't value that much anymore. It's still low.

Given the poor FIAT value 1 BTC is terrible cheap these days. $30k in 2009 is not $30k in 2023. You need like $42k for the same purchasing power.

What I mean is... don't sell cheap when you do it because you might never see your BTCs again.

Sell only for your real needs. Get the house or the car of your dreams. Have some money in your bank account. Live your life. But don't keep them all in the bank, those money will disappear day by day.

The governments will keep printing...

Anyone with Bitcoin knowledge would know enough that Fiat and Bitcoin are not related by ideology, not by principles or policy, the only thing they have in common is the means of settling debt, Fiat could depreciate after a long period of time while Bitcoin could depreciate for a short period of time if there is tension or any form of FUD but it can appreciate to beat inflation 10 times faster ahead of inflation, I think the topic should have been don't save money in Fiat, rather it should be in bitcoin.

The government will print because the system is designed in that manner, the policy of FED allows them to do that, they can go brrr on their machines anytime they like but Bitcoin protocols are static, you can't change the genesis code, the 1 million will remain 1 million in hundred years to come, that is how it will be till then, no proposal can nullify that rule of Bitcoin.
1311  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: THE VIEW OF SOME PEOPLE OVER BITCOIN on: May 04, 2023, 09:05:08 PM
Some people don't see Bitcoin as a normal currency and think it's too risky because its value can change a lot. They also worry that it's used by criminals for illegal activities like money laundering. However, other people think Bitcoin is amazing because it's different from traditional currencies and could change how we use money. Nobody knows for sure what will happen to Bitcoin in the future, but people are still talking about it and interested in it.

If we are to compare the money launder through cash and the money launder in Bitcoin, I'm sure that cash will win by a wide margin, so the idea of Bitcoin is used for money laundering is a misplaced discussion that is not necessary; also the opinion of people doesn't stop bitcoin from doing what it knows better. It will grow regardless of what you think, where you come from, and what societal position you hold. Instead of listening to what they say negatively about what Bitcoin is doing, you should rather don't give attention. If you want to buy Bitcoin or planning on how to buy, do and ignore the negative sentiments.
1312  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The fear of losing bitcoin... on: May 04, 2023, 08:51:18 PM
I have seen and witness people involving in bitcoin, most people can not stay a moment without panicking. A colleague of mine who have Minuit bitcoin has buggy me with chats and calls to update if bitcoin will survive this years, why can't people know what you're engaging into first before diving into it and start acting like a child. Different set of people are into this bitcoin, even people don't have investment are making noise of bitcoin price collapsing.

But come to think of it many have bitcoin in B figures but you can't hear them making noise but people with $30 will not allow you to rest especially if you're responsible for introducing them. Bitcoin will rise when is due to rise, remove fear and plenty rumors.

Lack of orientation is the problem, people now are days come with the common knowledge of Bitcoin and when their expectation doesn't align with the reality they saw with Bitcoin, that is when fear comes in and they start panicking. Your friend obviously doesn't have a proper guide about how Bitcoin works otherwise, he wouldn't be bothered about how the performance has been this year or how it will go this year, there is much in Bitcoin you can enjoy rather than just the usual buying and selling but adequate knowledge is what they lack.

You are also making it look like you are belittling your friend, I mean $30 is big money to some people and the fact that it is his hard earned money, you shouldn't make it look as if the guy didn't make an effort and besides, you have to try the little you can afford to lose so you don't regret later. Next time you want to introduce someone to crypto, tell them what they need to know, not the usual sugar coating and hype.
1313  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: On location with broken phone; How to pay? (Bitcoin, Monero, or ectc.) on: May 04, 2023, 06:04:31 PM
Hello everyone, Suppose I want to pay for my consumed meal in a restaurant. But my phone with wallet, (or my hardware wallet) just broke; How do I pay then? Is there a crypto solution that I can still pay? Or is the only solution, that I have to make a verbal promise with the shop owner.

Regarding Bitcoin, Monero, or ectc.

Thanks for the answers.  Wink

This is a humorous and smart question that necessitates a solid response. If your phone breaks, you should live the item and go fix your phone or hardware wallet, and I believe when you created a wallet, you have the seed phrase saved somewhere as a backup in case of something emergence like this, once your gadget is fixed, you can come back and pay for the item you want to buy, I think most places that accept Bitcoin as a means of payment usually accept payment before they give you their services due to network complication or anyone attempting to outsmart them, usually a block confirmation of payment will be seen first before they give you that item.

However, have you thought why your hardware or mobile phone will just break all of a sudden if you handle it with care? Learn to also take care and maintain your device with proper instructions, those precautions will also save you from this kind of embarrassment.
1314  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Addiction. on: May 04, 2023, 05:45:54 PM
I don't think there is anything like investing addiction, investing addiction only applies when one repeatedly invests without ever seeing any returns. As long as profits are being made, investing should not be considered an addiction. Take the venture capitalists in the crypto space for example, it's difficult to find a new project with a solid background that they won't invest in. They pour all their money into start-ups in hopes of creating something valuable during the bull run, this is what they do, investing runs through their blood and this is not only in crypto, it happens in other places.
On the time that addiction turns out to be already that some sort of gambling addiction into your investing decision then this is where shit happens. You shouldnt really be making yourself that getting desperate on whatever you've been doing. Everything should be in balance but ofcourse there are really things which we are really that extremely dedicated on the sense that we are really that keeping on doing it
even it do crosses the line already.

You can't run into a dipshit when you follow due process but of course, the unexpected does happen that is why risk management is very essential in every business. In any investment, as long as profit is made, that is not considered as an addiction. Even in gambling, they don't see the addiction of players until they start seeing losses in their games, that is the time you see frustrations, and inner pain becomes physical and the same goes with investments. Look at Tesla for example, they are not only into cars but other also into energy like solar energy and also space satellite as they now provide internet across the world and they are still investing in other sectors.

The essence of investment priority should be profit-driven whether they are investing annually, monthly, or weekly, as long as the money that is put into business yields profits at the end of the day, I don't see that as addiction, that is what the business was designed to do.
1315  Economy / Economics / Re: 2023: What money lessons have you learned so far? on: May 04, 2023, 05:21:59 PM
Some of the crucial money lessons I learned in the past few months both from personal experience and from watching other people
1 Invest in the future of your kids so that they have something to fall back on:
There is a saying that even though I don't come from a wealthy home, a wealthy home will come out from me. The ease with which your kids will experience life when you consciously focus on investing in the future of your kids, cannot be overemphasize. You'll be less stressful, less anxious because you got it all covered. What are some investment you think are wise to be made for the future of your kids?

Nothing beats having an investment set aside for kids; when they are trained to understand what investment is, they will master it and continue the process for future generations, but there are personal dreams that everyone wants to realize and actualize before they die. Don't be shocked if the children you raise have little interest in the financial system; some will prefer a simpler life where they can put food on the table and appreciate nature; it always happen.

The first reason is for security purposes. The second reason is so that if you lose your personal items, it will not hurt so bad. Besides who still carries cash when you can make payments digitally. What do think?

I enjoy this with the new Nigerian policy where most payments are now conducted digitally, and it has helped me curb my lavish spending, but adoption is yet immature; there is more work to be done here to encourage its adoption.

3 You need a side hustle even if you have a main job
This cannot be over emphasized. There is no job security. Nothing is promised. Learn a skill or turn your interests or that thing you enjoy doing in your spare time to a side hustle. We all need the extra cash.

4. If you need a motivation for saving, attach a goal to it. This explains itself. Save with a goal or purpose in mind.

What money lessons have you learned so far?

Having a single source of income is dangerous and risky because if the means become unavailable, you will have to find another job and bills will be piling up. It is best to always have another side hustle so that when one is unavailable, the other will be paying bills pending until you have another opportunity to slot in another one.
1316  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - what is your plan when we reach $100k? on: May 03, 2023, 11:54:19 AM
I do not have much Bitcoin currently but I am planning to convert a lot of the profits I make in my altcoins during the bull run into BTC which I will then hold till the 2028/29 bull run.

I expect Bitcoin to reach at least $100k at the peak of the next bull run, possibly $150k.

Just wondering what we are all planning to do when Bitcoin does reach $100k - are you selling or are you holding till the 2028/29 bull run?

Is the statement in bold a guarantee or just another speculation about the price? I noticed that some forum members have wallet addresses displayed on their profiles, and it appears that these wallets belong to them because they have received several donations to those addresses. What intrigued me about these wallets was that, even when Bitcoin was trading above $50k last year, the owners did not move a single sat from their wallet. This made me wonder how long they intend to hold onto their Bitcoin in that wallet. Some of these individuals received their first Bitcoin as far back as 2014 and they are still holding onto it, this proves just how committed they are to the idea of holding and not selling their Bitcoin anytime soon.

I am not sure about what I will do if I end up holding a large amount of Bitcoin, but I have until 2028 to make that decision. When that time arrives, I will weigh my options and make a choice. However, I do hope to live long enough to see that year because death can come knock on the door unexpectedly.  Cry

1318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Adopt Bitcoin or keep Experiencing same Challenges with Banks on: May 03, 2023, 10:49:16 AM

https://twitter.com/BitcoinMagazine/status/1651979784555986948?t=CpgXrTvClaIShFGipwOrJQ&s=19

Another reason to think twice about using banks or any centralized institution to have our asset in custody, exercise control over them, denied us from having access to our assets, leak our private information and take down all our hard earned labour earnings we have secured with them or take advantage of a decentralized network with your investment in bitcoin and have full control over your financial assets.

Now that the bank is at the verge of going down completely due to a sudden withdrawal of it investors, this gives more closer attention to using a traditional fiat system and embrace the new era of digital currency with bitcoin, such a decentralized network is what people feels more secured because you can have full control over your financial lives, investing in banks is no more an interesting thing to do than taking a big risk on investment having several recent examples of centralized institutions going down.

I comprehend the points you've raised, however, achieving Bitcoin dominance and adoption presents a challenge. To capture people's attention, accurate information about Bitcoin needs to be widely disseminated. However, the very things that Bitcoin opposes are also gaining popularity. For example, centralized exchanges are preferred over decentralized exchanges (Dex), making it difficult to convince people that the KYC and practices of centralized exchanges are detrimental to them in the future. From my perspective, centralized exchanges are no different from banks; one is just more dominant than the other and this presents a significant hurdle in promoting Bitcoin's adoption.

Allow me to throw back a question at you OP. You wrote about the benefits of using Bitcoin and advised people to abandon traditional banks. But, in light of government sanctions or opposition, what do you propose as a solution that can benefit both the government and Bitcoin adoption? We understand that decentralization is critical to the success of Bitcoin, but the government may not be in favor of it. Can you suggest a win-win solution for both parties?

The gunners did what they think was going to get them closer to the title by giving the fans a little hope by securing all 3pt against a struggling Chelsea side and they [Gunners] are hoping for a miracle to happen in the game between Man City vs West Ham. Anything can happen and it will shock some football fans if City lose to The Hammers, so with the way things are going I just feel Pep would rather lose the EPL than lose the UCL, that's his main target and with all Pep has always been saying that the league is still open that is not yet over, Mind games or what? Funny though.

The gunners has come this far not to just give up like that, they still have that little spark of making a bigger flame by winning the title. A slight mistake from the Citizens and it is done, Arsenal are winning it, the gunners have made their own mistakes and is time to wait for the Citizens to make theirs.
Honestly I refused to rule Arsenal out of the title race and this win over Chelsea have taken them two points clear, although they have played two more games than City. Sincerely from my knowledge of the game, Manchester City is in more of a disadvantageous position. Fulham was the only team they had that have nothing to play for. Now, all the remaining teams they have are either battling relegation or fighting for European spot. So I think Arsenal  are in a better position to win the league than Manchester City.

You think so?  Huh Have you reviewed Manchester City's last few matches or should I say their month of April performance? I think they are the ones with the merit of lifting this league and Arsenal with the disadvantage except if they have in mind to replace each other few past weeks' performances. I have had quite a few numbers of Manchester City on my slip of bets and they all went as predicted. Some were double chances of X1 because of fear but as I digress, I switched back to straight win W1 them to win any match that comes their way and it has been fruitful so far, they will lift this league no matter what.

Barcelona's match against Osasuna has 10 minutes left and it looks like this game will end in a goalless draw. Even though Barcelona had benefited greatly with one of Osasuna's players getting a red card in the first half, it seems that Xavi's squad can't do anything even to score 1 goal, they are having a hard time. On the other hand, Osasuna, who only played with 10 people, actually performed quite well with a very strong defense. Complete possession of the ball is on the Barcelona side with 76% and Osasuna with only 24% for now. But this domination doesn't seem to mean anything to Barcelona and let's wait to see if one of these teams can score a goal or not at the end of the match.

It was a tough match for Barcelona, because many people thought that Barcelona will use that red card Osasuna got at 27 minutes to achieve many goals from the match but they struggle to got one goal at 85 minutes to defeated Osasuna 1-0. If not the red card Osasuna player got in the first half, it would have be difficult for Barcelona to win this match because despite the 10 players in the field, Osasuna players still displayed well till 85 minutes before Barcelona strikers gain access to their goalpost to achieved victory from the match. I think, Barcelona coach need to work on their defense because their strikers were not comfortable in the front because of the defense that was not too strong through out the match.

When Jorge Herrando received a red card, Osasuna knew they were at a disadvantage and responded accordingly by adopting a defensive strategy in their match against Barcelona, but even with that, Barca keep cooking them with more pressure but Fernandez tried his best to always make the goal outside the net which result with many corner kick for Baercelona, but accolade is well deserve for Ossasuna, they tried their best because on a normal ground with the red card effect, they should have condeded more goals from Barcelona than what they had. With the rest of the matches, If Barcelona should win two out of the remaining 5, they will be declared as the league title winner.
