Same as the thread title the price reached a peak value and now the correction phase has begun taking the price low towards $6500. Maybe this correction will continue for a while or to some extent and once again the price moves in a gradual manner without much of the large scale growth.

Right now the price doesn't look to be increasing big, it stabilizes and moving within the price point of $5750 and $5950. Maybe this could be the resistance gain point to move forward when the days of segwit2x gets closer providing a price bump or else a price dumping.

I know it may not be possible right now, but do you think fiat will be gone in the future?
In my opinion, fiat money will not be lost because fiat money is used for transaction processing in order to make an agreement on both sides or more. Yes, fiat money won't get changed from the usage. Bitcoin is all about advancement and when more growth happens with the digital currency people might start using bitcoin in large scale. The same won't let fiat money get replaced and several countries will come up with plans of making their own digital token. |

Bitcoin cannot die or wont die. It is just the supporters will be bored out of it but it will still exist.
Now with altcoins, if bitcoin became less valuable then it might be because of them. If investors find it better to just use the service of this alts then they will all be lively. I dont one man who is fond of the crypto world could just easily quit. He will find something new that will excite him.
When something is not at all into circulation, then we can say that it has gone out of usage or dead. With bitcoin such scenario never exists anymore, because it has secured a place and more platforms have started using it on different needs. I don't find anything in similar manner restricting the participation of people from selected countries into their ICO. Even if such a restriction is imposed, it's not that possible to keep selected users from selected countries out of the ICO program. Even with KYC norms I don't think such a restriction is possible.

I don't think it will drop even for just $1000.Bitcoin was doing good this days , I actually foresee that it will continue to rise since holiday is coming and many people want to buy bitcoin but well if what you are saying is true then I am gonna use that opportunity to buy more bitcoins ! As in the above statement everything is happening good with bitcoin, in terms of growth as well in terms of people accepting bitcoin for different needs as well the marketplace increases. If the same continues, there won't be any more price drop to such a low value as $2000. Even if that happens, people will invest big, because most has benefited from the same. |

Actually it depends on what you are trading in. There is a few ways to judge whether you are profiting or not. One way may not means it is profitable in another way. For example, if you have invested in a certain alt coin at $0.20 each. Price of bitcoin up by 20% while your alt coin up by 2 cent to be $0.22. So in term of fiat, you are profitable but in term of bitcoin, you are losing. So you have decided which part you want to be in and from there it is easier to manage.
Yes it all depends on choosing the right choice of alts for your portfolio. Basically the price of the alts depends on the price of bitcoin most of the time. There are few alts that has the potential to grow and sustain with the bitcoin otherwise mostly the alts price increases a little. However hard predictions and analysis were made, everyone can't get the right choice of altcoins. Better is to study the market situation and pick the altcoins for trading and then based on the growth or decline in value holding or selling instantly seems to be the better form of trading or profiting through altcoins. |
