13141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Rising on: November 25, 2017, 09:51:48 PM
Ethereum is now at $469 and rising. together with Ethereum classic, they are the top gainers in the last few days. Is Ethereum the future? majority say that it is not scalable. how true is this
This is not the right place to talk about Ethereum, you should move this to altcoin discussion. To move it, look at the bottom of this thread and look for the left side that says "move topic". As it's obvious that this is a section for "Bitcoin" discussion.

thanks, i moved it.

Your welcome. And let's move on with the topic, I don't think ethereum is the future. This is a very long debate, people are divided for believing bitcoin is the future, others are saying bitcoin cash and some says eth is the one. Depending on what you believe since ETH whether will be the future or not it is a profitable coin that everyone can hold. And surprisingly the price of ETH now is $471 and I guess it's really to break $500 now.
13142  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC Hit The 10K Mark Before 2018? on: November 25, 2017, 09:46:13 PM
Will BTC Hit The 10K Mark Before 2018? I vote yes! Let me know what you guys think.

I think we will be hitting that earlier or before 2018. If bitcoin will be good and keep on increasing for this month and also for the month of December. Maybe at the 15th of December we might see it hit $10,000. Our next target is $10,000 and it's close to $9,000 now so let's keep the faith on until we see bitcoin getting there and will be stable at $10,000 so soon.
13143  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin is going up to 8.6K? on: November 25, 2017, 09:36:01 PM
Hi guys, im looking information on internet but i cant find nothig about why the BTC it's going up so fast to 8.6K.
Somebody have news about this.
Thanks

No one can tell you the real reason behind why the price of bitcoin is going up. I've been asking also before on how some dead coins are pumping but I'll give you an hint on this thing, the price are increasing for bitcoin is because there are a lot of people that are keeping it alive and keeps on buying. In other words, it's demand is greatly extending and keeps on growing so the result is like that.
13144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin More Important Than Ethereum ? on: November 25, 2017, 09:25:02 PM
Is Bitcoin More Important Than Ethereum?
For me it is more important than ETH, why? Because most of my asset is with bitcoin and not with ETH. I have some ETH on held but I don't actually depending on it, I'm more with bitcoin. But when you are an investor and you want to be wise with your decisions and things through the entire cryptoworld. You'll consider these two as something valuable and will treat it not too different since they can generate you profit.
13145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who uses myetherwallet? on: November 25, 2017, 09:13:04 PM
I do not like that many fake copies exist and there is a great risk of giving away your private key. If possible, a two-factor solution can help.

It's also alarming that they are being targeted to be imitated by these scammers and phishers. I can't blame myetherwallet.com for being popular and one of the most preferred ETH and ERC 20 tokens wallet. They are literally safe if you know how to use it since they are very easy to use. The thing is that you need to be careful not to them but to the fake ones that are trying to copy them, just always look at the URL and you'll be fine.
13146  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Staying on track with BTC prices on: November 25, 2017, 08:54:21 PM
Do you guys check prices of crypto's daily? I'm finding it so stressful to predict and watch prices shoot up and down.
When we are on the green days, it's enjoying and giving me a delight but when the price is going down it is literally stressful. I'm daily checking the price of bitcoin and also the altcoins that I hold. I need to do it since I'm having some stake for day trading and if I'm not going to check it out, I might miss some good opportunity of selling and buying. It's important to check the price but if you are just a long term holder don't do it.
13147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The best wallets for altcoins? on: November 25, 2017, 08:42:38 PM
There arefew on my choice try exodus, jaxx or coinomi. And as you mentioned you'll be also holding ETH my not try to keep it with MEW so that if ever there will be some ERC20 tokens that will be catching your eye that will be sufficient. With those given wallets that I mentioned, there might be some others that I forgot but those are the most used and popular ones.
13148  Economy / Speculation / Re: We are heading $9,000 next week? on: November 25, 2017, 08:31:32 PM
I really don't know what is the real reason behind the price increase of Bitcoin but the $10,000 mark before the year ends is not impossible if this trend in the market will still continue.

One thing is for sure now, Bitcoin's potential is growing and many new people are getting into it, some of the well known Altcoins too are on a positive growth. Despite of the bad issues that is thrown to Bitcoin within the last few months it's just like what doesn't kill you make you stronger.

My guess is because we are now so close to December, you know what's the news that will happen on December? It's about the CME thing. And ladies and gentlemen I think bitcoin isn't joking, after a couple of hours the price now is good at $8,600 and it's making to pump some more. For those that got an entry point earlier or with the last dip, congratulations but be prepare also there might be a storm coming.
13149  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Investment in a boutique hotel on: November 25, 2017, 09:53:36 AM
There is Land for the construction of Boutique Hotels. And the first stages of construction. But in connection with the fact that there are no funds, the construction has been frozen for more than 5 years. Who is ready to invest in construction. We need about 150 thousand dollars or about 20 bits.

It is interesting to know who is ready to invest.

Put the links for reference here, you can't say that you have lands that are for construction of five star hotel, boutique hotel or celebrity hotel. And I know you are trying your luck here why not just pass the project or gather more funds into the same industry companies where you can propose that project and not by asking people here as if everyone will take you seriously here?
13150  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy bitcoin now? on: November 25, 2017, 09:43:46 AM
For those people that are keep on waiting for the price at dip. It's a wait or never, I do believe there will be some dips but still you had to wait for better price in the future. It only matters that you'll buy today because we do think it's expensive and we want it cheaper. Basically, if you'll buy at expensive rate today in the future the price will be more expensive so yes keep on buying bitcoin now before you'll see it as something that can be afford by people like me.
13151  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where to invest bitcoin? on: November 25, 2017, 08:50:28 AM
Dear, sometimes its not necessary to invest your bitcoin in altcoins am saying this because back then in December 2016, bitcoin was around $650 and now it over $8k. So if you hold your bitcoin since then its definitely a huge profit.

I agree on this. Before when I was new many are keep on suggesting me that I should transfer my bitcoin funds to other altcoins. But since way back that time, I'm not comfortable that I don't know what I do. I'm lack of knowledge about trading by that time. And this is also my observation that bitcoin's price is increasing very quick so we had to simply hold our bitcoin and not necessarily invest it to different altcoins.
13152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do the name affect to the price??? on: November 25, 2017, 08:32:18 AM
This is what's on my mind too, since they are putting the tag name of "bitcoin" on their coin it makes them popular. The same goes with Ethereum, Ethereum classic. But it's not totally the whole reason why these coins/split coins has a good price. They are upgraded and has their own features that allows them to gather many investors that adds up to their market cap.
13153  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc: hodl or invest? on: November 25, 2017, 07:26:43 AM
Is it better to hodl
btc or invest it in other crypto like bitcoingold or bitcoincash or bit connect and others? Where will you profit more?
It's the best to hold bitcoin while you can and if you can avail to keep on holding it better to stay with that plan. But if you are not comfortable and contented by just holding your bitcoin and you want to invest into some other altcoin. Please stay away from bitconnect, it's not a real investment that's a ponzi so don't promote or put your money in there because you are helping them to stay as a ponzi.

13155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin replace gold? on: November 25, 2017, 02:11:42 AM
Gold cannot be replaced but its value can be overcomed by bitcoin. Bitcoin is now gaining its momentum to strive as better type of currency among others.

Gold will remain, it's the most preferred precious stone in the world. It's like the bitcoin in the jewelry industry. But there's no way to replace gold with bitcoin, they are far from each other and has different uses. Bitcoin is for online transactions while gold can be use to produce another product such as jewelry, utensils and other products where it has a raw material coming from gold.
13156  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Internet Marketing on: November 24, 2017, 11:35:31 PM

13157  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: November 24, 2017, 11:19:58 PM
Panic selling is never recommended i would never panic sell because i know i can make a lot of loss if i try and sell in panic when i see the price went down for a couple of minutes and i think i would rather prefer to normal sell than panic sell.
You don't say this to people that are panicking when they are witnessing the price of bitcoin falling very quick. Before this is what I do, I don't care about the recovery but what I feel is that I'm FOMO. And after several months being in the bitcoin world, I understand that the market is reacting that way. The whales are shaking the weaklings so that there will be more bitcoin that will be supplied back to the economy after being held.
13158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why hate BCH? on: November 24, 2017, 11:10:46 PM
Before I have hatred with BCH because I thought that it will be just a nonsense and very useless coin. But look on where it is now, #3 on the coinmarketcap. And the good thing about my decision is that I still haven't sold my BCH. Things are changing very quick and my hate to BCH was gone because of the potential profit that I can see. But when it comes to the talk about taking over the legacy and main chain, I'm out with BCH.
13159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: November 24, 2017, 10:44:57 PM
do you think it too late to invest in POWR now ?
It has been on the social media and trading groups, they are keep on pumping this coin but I guess the hype is near to over. If I were you, take the advantage of the high and healthy market now. Sell some of your alt coins that has gain good amount. And look for some other coins that are negative at this moment, wait for the price to increase with those negative coins at this time and just do the same thing.

Factom is good. I maintain some Ethereum and a few Bitcoin too.
Factor is on negative now, it's a good time to buy.
13160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will BTC be a major in college? on: November 24, 2017, 10:36:10 PM
Not specifically BTC but cryptocurrencies in general. You think it will become a course of study / college degree at some point?
Not bitcoin itself but the technology behind bitcoin can be a major in the future. I'm talking about blockchain technology, bitcoin is a cryptocurrency and it can be included to economics subject and other financials or accounting courses. Well if that's the whole cryptocurrency itself, including majority learning such as the tech, smart contracts and other things about it together with mining and confirmation of transactions.
