It's scam faucet. Earlier it was paying, but 3-4 months ago it stopped to pay. Now I tried to withdraw my Doge ballance, but only got error message. I think Portugal could well be in a sweet spot geographically of plenty of sunshine, wind and hydro opportunities. but not much country have good spot in geography.
