How do you go about acquiring this coin ? I don't see it on any exchanges can I try to mine some how long do you think it would take to mine a small amount ?
No Exchanges so far but as for mining. Go into the wallet, go to the Debug Window, go to Console, type setgenerate true -1 and your mining, you can check your hashrate by looking at the debug log file in the Information tab. |

I'm starting to think the majority of crypto users are belligerent fools  1 BTC to buy up to 110 satoshi you mean, then as soon as the first coin gets sold onto the very low buy support I suppose it would need another 1 BTC right ?  Do people not understand markets with supply and demand ? If there is no one buying and the price being offered is low compared to people who are trying to sell at a higher price doesn't that make sense that it isn't worth anything or accumulation before news is released ? I am pretty sure it isn't accumulation  hahaha Look at the coin and tell me that at even 1 satoshi the market cap of the total amount of coins in existence and what the coin offers and has offered but never delivered is really worth buying even at that price. |

WOW ! Seeing you guys hashrate I think I will stop mining, still no blocks found, I can't compete  Someone GPU hack this bugger hahaha Well that is a cloud server... and its costing a pretty penny to keep them all running.. so mine won't be up for too much longer... but I have hit blocks on as low as 30h/s this weekend.. I didn't give up mining just yet, I hit my first block finally earlier How come the block reward is 50 HODL & the transaction description is 50 HODL but I have dust included in my balance ? 0.o |

When I found my block I checked it and it said it was confirmed but I looked now but I have no bitbronze it said connorp1525 found block #5068, do on have to wait a day or two before I get it in my mining pool account balance or did I not actually find the block, but the thing is it says I found it on suprnova's website what do I do?

Wait for the mined confirmations to occur then it will be available to withdraw. Just check how many confirmations are left for that block that was found by the pool. |

Ok guys enough of pointing fingers at each other!!! So far we have 1.2M sprouts worth of donations for a good dev!!! Also if I go back thru the threads I bet we can get it pushed up towards 2M DONATIONS or more from other coin holders, But we still need a dev. to fix the POS % BOTTOM LINE!! Its way to high unless you somebody comes up with a way to use them so there are less in circulation so at least we can get the price up to a respectable level! ( 100 sats Min) at least we can be in line with some other POS coins! So can we cut thru the B.S. and get the show on the road this has been put off for way too long!! What do ya think about starting a thread for looking for a new dev? Or any other suggestions? P.S. Also no relation to cryptowhiz420... Yes some times us old guys need a little 420 time for our (aches and pains) and last time I checked it was almost 100% legal!  Am I coming off deaf to you all ? The Dev is "supposably" back, not in prison or dead.  |

Just synced my windows wallet up again with the bootstrap.... My coins have gone into confirmation mode, lets just hope forks don't start happening.

In addition to dropping the POS reward, maybe it may make sense to add a minimum 10,000 sprout fee per kb of transaction.
Sounds like a step in the right direction too me but do you have any suggestions on who implement the code for it? Unfortunately I can not code but if I could I would do it for free and would not ask for 3 or 5 btc that's how much I love crypto and believe this coin a lot of potential if we can market it in the right way! For what purpose? To make it more pricy to send coins? Not really understanding the point here. Why woul I think somebody made a suggestion to put xtra fee to cut down the amt in circulation! HODLcoin is very hard to mine, I haven't hit 1 block at all in days  You see a good coin and find out you can't be a part of it, Guess I'm going to have to personally hate this coin for now lol really whats your hash rate? I mined 2 blocks on a rig that was maxed out at 57h/s and as low as 31h/s How can you tell your hashrate ? I am using the built-in miner inside the wallet with a Core 2 Duo (Dual Core) with the setgenerate true -1 option. I've even tried on a i5 for half a day and nothing.... Go to the Debug window.. its found under the Help drop down... then when in the Debug window under the Info tab.. at the bottom there is a little button it says open with an arrow.. when the file opens scroll down to the bottom.. in there will be your hash rate.. you should be able to find it.. if you need more guidance let me know.. I don't see where my hastrate is. All it tells me is the miner started and Proof of work found. NO, no, no. Go to Help, Debug Window, Console, type "getmininginfo". This will tell you your networkhashps. That only shows "Network" Hashrate not your own, the other way tells you your own hashrate. |
