13201  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: November 04, 2016, 01:15:54 AM
If I must be honest, I do not think that the bitcoin will be used by everyone in 2022, we cannot also not predict this either but its just something that I do not see happening these days.
The bitcoin has a great future a head of course but I do not think that other currency's will me less more used.
I think everyone already knew that it would be difficult for bitcoin users to be able to have everyone in the world, it is very improbable, even fiat takes a long time to be used by everyone, hundreds of years ago

If the bitcoin is used by 10% of the world population, we can regard that as one of the top 5 currency.

You have the point, but I don't think that 10% of the world's population will be able to use bitcoin in 2022. But we can't say what is going to happen exactly, it is still going to depend on how the people will able to see the bitcoins benefits and its price will able to encourage and convince people from using it.
13202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you were rich, would you still gamble? on: November 04, 2016, 01:02:14 AM

The question is, if you wake up tomorrow with 50 million dollars, would you still gamble for fun, or would you forget about gambling and do other stuff?

No. There are so many better ways to spend your money, you can donate for charity and save some lives, you can fund some researches, you can invest this money or start your own business. There are countless possibilities to make good for yourself or other individuals or society as a whole. But if spending big money on gambling is essentially just giving them to casino owners. So I would only gamble with small amounts and preferably in PvP games like Poker.

I won't waste those million bucks with gambling by simply gambling alone as normal player. But I am going to be more wiser and going to invest it with some bankroll casino's that are more trusted they used to be. And I will going to build up my own real life business that can help me to attain and sustain my daily needs.
13203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: November 04, 2016, 12:54:43 AM
Many activities can become destructive if they drain too much time and money, but usually it is caused by other problems in life. People with happy and active lives rarely become addicts, mostly it inflicts poor, depressed, unsatisfied people.

But some of it also inflicts those rich people that has nothing to do with their money and they are just treating gambling as their personal therapist. I know some of those people who are not contented for a day if they can't gamble. And that is really funny for me, but in reality they are sort of experience a disorder and that is not just gambling addiction.
13204  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best place to get a free dog on: November 04, 2016, 12:49:48 AM
Why don't you just adopt a dog? It's free and you will provide shelter for a dog who has no owner. That's where I got my dog from and he's been my best bud ever since  Cheesy

The best places to get a free dog would be your friends.  Many of my friends when they have puppies would not know what to do with them.
Ask around.
The next best thing would be dog shelters... there could be one in your local area.  Most of these dog shelters would really appreciate having some of these dogs taken care of outside their facilities and be given to their forever homes.

I just did this last year when my sister is craving to have our own puppy. And my friend welcomed me when I was able to talk to him, because i don't have ample time to visit the animal shelters and I am sure I can't adopt dog there for free because of some certificates and ownership that needs to be processed and needs to be paid too. And this is going to get you free dog if you have a lot of friends.
13205  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What type of products you would like to buy with Bitcoins? on: November 04, 2016, 12:44:46 AM
And that's the problem with bitcoin, a lot of times we need to use a third part to escrow or something like that, a lot of scammers everywhere... And we stay in the same...

About the OP, I would like to buy a pizza, I can pay 10.000 bitcoins  Cheesy  Grin Cheesy

I had many experiences in that past and I know how the deal goes usually and from the first sentences I can estimate when a user tries to scam most of the time.
Besides the macbook that I want to buy with bitcoin I would also buy another apple product which is same hard to obtain them.

That's is really the problem in bitcoin, there are some stores that do accept bitcoins directly for payment for their certain products. But the hardest thing is that you are not covered by their service because you are out of nowhere and your location is not covered by them. So usually what you need to do is really used some third party sites or people and even merchants for purchasing the product you want. This what I did for buying my new 0+ phone.
13206  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How do you know when a site tries to scam you? on: November 04, 2016, 12:33:33 AM
"If you have some doubt then it's a scam"

Just hold your money, don't give it to scammers, invest in friends project or whatever, just don't wast your money/time.

Yeah, sometimes your own instinct is going to help you identify if they just want to scam you. But sometimes it is false accusing those good sites too. And the best thing, if you really doubt the site you are wasting your time for it. Then just simply leave it and find some other else and always remember that don't ever get into their sweet words, don't get fooled easily.
13207  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitcoin related job on: November 04, 2016, 12:31:14 AM
hello. I'm looking for a job which the payment is bitcoin. I joined signature campaign, but I was banned. then I looked for the other signature campaign, but I found no spot available for new participants.

actually I can translate English to Indonesian, but I'm not so good. I can edit videos, but I can't upload it because my connection is not so fast.

thank you.

Make a thread in Service Section and start promoting your skills about editing videos. Bump it daily too so that people will know it's active. You can't have lots of clients in an instant but it's a side income while you are working too on finding other ways to earn bitcoin.

There are only few people who has a thread of service like that so better start making one. But of course, you need a stable internet connection so that you can upload your works and show your clients about your portfolios. A good thread must come up with a good details in order to attract clients. So better put an effort here. Goodluck.

But it seems that op is not able to market his own skill because he admitted that he is not able to upload videos, as he said. That is going to make his skill not to be market. I would suggest that you should fix first your internet connection with your service provider and once it is already done and good enough you can sell your services already.
13208  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: signature campaign rank sells on: November 04, 2016, 12:24:29 AM
Up to which I understood, OP is asking someone to leave a signature campaign and after that he will join that place but it is not sure that OP will get that place or not so it is useless and no one will leave his place if he is already earning some income from his advertising for a campaign.

OP is just Member, so if he want move in to the place of Senior or Legendary Member in signature campaign it is just impossible. It always depends on posts quality of each user - if quality is good he will join every campaign that accepts Members.

But i doubt if he is asking about this kind of switch.. Probably he just misunderstand some forum/camapign rules.

Op is certainly wants to buy a position for a signature campaign that has been a slot for any position that can be offered to him. He is thinking that the slots also can be bought even without applying. Not knowing that he must be the one who needs to enroll and get the slot for his own rank. And base on his rank member, he can already get a slot for it.
13209  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Social Enterprises on: November 04, 2016, 12:18:08 AM
Unfortunately, most people that are interested in Bitcoin are doing things based on personal profit.
Hopefully it can be used as a tool for change, because as you pointed out, it makes so many things easy that were not possible before.
As time goes on, I would not be surprised to see charities and other social causes become involved with crypto-currencies.

Bitcoin is one of the finest digital currency i hope in future it will bring a positive change in our lives. i absolutely agree when people use it in a positive way to donate for a social cause .

It is already giving the people, us change for our lives. And haven't you seen some charities asking for bitcoins already? They are already in crpyto currencies maybe you are just late of knowing it because it is not kinda making some noise in the scene. But they are many of it already in the market. Just like this one: https://thewaterproject.org/donate-bitcoin
13210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will be see bitcoin as international currency? on: November 04, 2016, 12:13:14 AM
I agree with the fact that not many people know bitcoin, I am sure some ask what is even that? I did that when I was new to it
The only way I think to make more people know about it is, those millions of sites accepting only paypal as payment to also consider use of bitcoin.

Don't worry about it, there is a rumor that paypal is already talking to coinbase and hired the CEO of xapo. So for sure those millions of third party sites are going to be forced to completely adopt bitcoins for their payment system. And I guess that is near to come maybe 2-5 years from now is the most possible timeline.
13211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is CHINA CONTROLLING Bitcoin? on: November 04, 2016, 12:07:59 AM
probably i think the question should be like is chain the reason to keeping the bitcoin network alive. well i know that chaina has the biggest mining firm in maybe all over the world ans sure they are doing huge profits but by this thing they are also effection a lot of transactions to get confirmed and pass

Because of majority miners were living in China so they are contributing a very big contribution in the bitcoin network. But it doesn't mean that because of it, they are the ones who are controlling the whole bitcoin network. Maybe they are or maybe they aren't because I think the big whales and big pump and dump group does.
13212  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: November 03, 2016, 02:28:13 AM
Always matter we are here to earn money if the price of bitcoin is increasing we are happy and specially for those who have more invest money in terms of bitcoin. Even those users who do not have investment and only earners of bitcoin the price are matters.
Thats right most of us here are looking to earn coming from our investment for sure price matters to us because if we seen btc is rising up value in our fiat will be bigger if price drop down its a good timing to do alt trading while waiting for it grow back again.
With different interest of people here as we are working in different ways to earn money but one thing is certain to us is that the price really matters. If there's not price then bitcoin will not be this successful and we can see the price increase is a sign that people are trusting bitcoin because it matters to them.

Of course it does matters, because no one will ever get into attachment without value / price. If bitcoin does only small value then for sure many of us here will not waste our time for earning some small portion of bitcoins. But since we can see that the price of bitcoin is getting higher, so we are more affected with the price of it.
13213  Economy / Economics / Re: Paying taxes on forum? on: November 03, 2016, 02:23:27 AM
I believe that any taxes I should not have to pay on this forum. There is no law which would oblige me to do so. And if there is no law that I'm doing the right thing))

This forum doesn't even collects tax from its member, if this forum is collecting tax from us then there is no need for the admin to ask some advertisers to get some space throughout the forum. And bitcoin is still not covered by the law so there is no need to pay taxes unless your government declares a law that you must pay your obligation.
13214  Economy / Economics / Re: Loans too risky? on: November 03, 2016, 02:16:57 AM
It is easy to apply online here in forum if you have a very good collateral and you had been trusted by some of the trusted people here. But many lenders are still depending on your source of income, so that they have assurance that whenever you are going to borrow. They have assurance that you are going to pay your debt.
I have tried applying for loan on the forum, despite the collateral I have, I was rejected and given a very bad review which made me stay very far away from those lenders, they can be very cruel at times. Just respect yourself and find hardwork to do so you can solve your problem instead of seeking for loan that you may never get.
Well, getting a loan is difficult after all you are asking someone else for money but at the end of the day it depends on the collateral you are offering since not all lenders will accept the very same collateral.
Currently its best giving loan without collateral is very risky every person want his money in safe hands and currently we have many scammers just because of this you must have collateral equal or above your request

Giving loans without collateral is the best? You got to be kidding me, maybe you wanted to put up some charity and do some charity works for the people who needs money. That is just applicable with the banking companies and they are even reviewing the applications of their clients wisely because they know its risky and it can be a fall down for them.
13215  Economy / Economics / Re: Big Crash coming on: November 03, 2016, 02:09:48 AM
With all indications it seems that it is not going to crash and is pretty steady to rise and not come down the way they have been for the last 24 hours atleast.
You are just talking about just a very short period of time whereas bitcoin sits very strongly even for decades. There will not be any possibilities of big crash but there should be market fluctuations which might have reason of profit booking or panic selling anything similar to that. But, in long run there will not be any room for any crash.

Crash are just myths with bitcoin, this incident is just making a good chance for those opponents of bitcoin in the market so that they are going to shift with some other 'new' projects. Thinking that they are going to surpass bitcoins success today, but in reality there are no big crash that will come, it is just because of up and downs in the market with supply and demand.
13216  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: November 03, 2016, 02:03:39 AM
We are all having this dream but its the question if this will also happen, lets hope it will go to a higher amount, I have a good feeling about it and that we can maybe get some good amounts from it too.
We just have to see what the bitcoin will bring us in the future, could happen..

If you believe bitcoins will give you riches then let it be. But bitcoin is not going to make rich instantly, you need to work hard for it. And I do believe it also, but without hard work your dreams with bitcoin are going to be useless with bitcoin. Dreaming without proper application is going to be null and as well as planning without execution.
13217  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How do you know when a site tries to scam you? on: November 03, 2016, 01:57:34 AM
Well,if you see a deal that is too good to be through,or you see a deal that you literlly dont understand at all how the site are making some profit out of it,then you are probably being scammed.

If it is too good to be true, then it is aint true.

That is actually quite right that the sites trying to scam someone mostly uses sweet words and good returns that should attract the users and mostly new users who does not have any experience in such things get attracted by them and the scammers get their money from then while they regret later on.
There are a lot of other possible symptoms to identify a future scam site, but misinterpreting a well hospitalised customer support will not be a right approach in my experience. Because, probably a customer support will always use sweet words and they are completely independent from admins who only having the plan of scamming you in near future.

Don't believe with customer supports, because scam sites can easily provide it. They can speak to their own and defend themselves if you are going to ask them if they are scam. Because I talked to a forex scam site and he called me out, but I already know that they are scam and I can say that my experience there is really tough because they will convince you to invest $100 to them with their sweet words and promises.
13218  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Online Shop that accepts BTC on: November 03, 2016, 01:51:52 AM
Lots and lots of online stores have started accepting bitcoin. Some have been providing very user friendly shopping experience with bitcoin. One among them is purse.io where users can now purchase certain products that was available in amazon.com.

This is because they can see that the usage of bitcoin is becoming more attractive and a lot of people all over the world are already using bitcoin. That's why many stores are just adopting bitcoins because they know that their service will become more popular if they are going to start accepting payments bitcoins.
13219  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: November 03, 2016, 01:42:10 AM
However internet advertising of bitcoin can help local business if and only if they are themselves willing to accept it - which I am afraid from my own personal experience, not.
You cannot say that local businesses will not prefer adopt bitcoins. There are reasons why they are now willing and not willing to do so for now maybe one simple reason must be they know little or nothing about bitcoin. But, as time goes on, it will get to a time that most of those businesses will be begging you to pay them through bitcoin. I am sure those magic times will come in real soon.

The time when almost everyone would be using bitcoins will come for sure... but i don't think anyone would beg someone to pay them with bitcoins as in that time there will be a lot of customers for them willing to pay them with bitcoins so they wont need to do anything like that i guess...
Do not you ever see some banks are proving special discounts for using on particular shop ?
Why not we may consider them like begging to use their cards? similarly we may get times shops will provide huge offers for bitcoin payments to enforce people to pay in bitcoins.
It is still hard if people especially the business owner did not believe in bitcoin they still have a lot of doubt.
And it was the biggest problem that bitcoin have to solved.
As tine goes by indeed people will say welcome to bitcoin , but looks like it is required time longer than expected.

This is really a very hard thing that we are going to encourage them to use bitcoin. But I think by just simply showing them the value of bitcoins today for sure they are going to get excited to it and will going to be a good start for them that will make a new unique trend in your community if they are going to accept bitcoin.
13220  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Engraved wallet into jewellery on: November 03, 2016, 01:23:29 AM
Very thoughtful boyfriend you are, because you are even thinking to give some gift to your girlfriend. Because even I do have girlfriend, I don't even thinking to give her some gift. But for sure if you will make it cute and explain things to her, then for sure she will appreciate the effort that you will give to her with that engraved wallet.
