Committing suicide via such an elaborate plan would clearly not be foolproof. It'll bring much more shame knowing that he took a plane full of passengers with him. This seems to be quite the speculation.

More shame than what? You think it makes a difference in what ocean he decides to commit suicide, taking 100s with him?

As for foolproof, time will tell if we can actually locate the plane and discover what happened, but it sure is a better way then nosing over and flying straight down in much more shallow waters on a known location.  Im sure if the pilot intended to kill himself, he would have been aware of EgyptAir 990.

You said he chose to kill himself this way in an attempt to try hide the fact it was a suicide. Well there's only one thing more shameful than killing yourself and that is killing yourself and hundreds of others. Quite an elaborate and far-fetched plan just to kill yourself.

13342  Other / Off-topic / Re: Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. WTF? on: March 25, 2014, 02:08:17 PM
Why is pilot suicide a likely explanation? I've seen nothing at all to suggest that.

I say that based on earlier reports that indicated ACARS had been turned off manually and the flight computer reprogrammed to turn before the last radio contact, which would imply a deliberate pilot action for reasons he didnt want to share with traffic control. But I do not know what the source of those reports were and the timing of events seems to have been altered since, undermining most of my hypothesis. Even so, if I were to commit suicide by crashing a plane, Id probably prefer it remained a mystery too, if for no other reason as to save my family the shame.  Disabling all comms and flying it to the most remote part of the ocean where it may never be found,  is a good way of achieving that.

Thing is that at this point there is no evidence that the plane crashed: we don't have reliable radar data, no debris, no sightings... nothing. How can they be so sure that it went down straight into the ocean

There was nothing but ocean and planes tend to go down when they run out of fuel. Whether it went straight down or at an angle makes no difference.

If you are hinting at the possibility it ditched mostly intact, no passenger plane ever ditched intact on an ocean to my knowledge (lakes and rivers is something else), especially not an ocean as rough as the one where it went down. You'd also need to explain how the crew would be able to do the impossible by doing a successful ditching but were unable to prevent the plane from flying 1000s of miles of course for the previous 6+ hours.

As it stands now, the most likely explanation IMO is still pilot suicide or something similar to Helios flight 522:

13344  Other / Off-topic / Re: And the best wallet is... on: March 25, 2014, 01:16:41 PM
Desktop!

Best wallet is a wallet that is under your control.
If you want to transfer btc in and out I suggest android bitcoin wallet (official).

For desktop - Bitcoin qt (example)

If you want to buy some BTC and hodl - paper wallet / cold wallet

Never heard about this one, I'll check it out!

About which of them you never heard? Smiley

i am using online wallet i thinks its better for me! bcoz i never heard about other one if any one clear me difference in those about best Smiley please

Ok - if you are using online wallet - if server is down - you cannot use your wallet, it there will be some attack on this server you may lose your btc.

That is why I recommend to DO NOT keep your money @ online wallets.

Not quite with blockchain.info. If the site goes down you can still use your wallet.dat on another application. The site is pretty safe. Other online wallets probably aren't though.
Hmm IMO blockchain. Info  security sux a lot.
But chose us yours.

Please elaborate on why you think so.

This is such a great fun and when people are giving thumbs up and posting kind comments - this was for me wonderful experience.and I would love to make more and more but I need to earn money and youttube is not paying well if you havent got thousands of subscribers.

Buy them haha. Somebody is selling subscribers and views etc on the marketplace. Not sure if YouTube will be wise or not to the sudden increase though.

Hey guys/gals....is this signature campaign still active and if so has the original post been updated with the most recent rule changes?  Thanks! Smiley

It's still active and open and the rates have changed according to the rules, but Jnr members can't take part. The rates are likely to change on or around the 1st though.

Ah dang, I was under the assumption over 50 activity gets you off the "Jr." title.  My badddd, thanks for the info, will wait.

It did up until the last update. If you hover over the date on posts it tells you when a person last updated the post.
13350  Other / Off-topic / Re: Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. WTF? on: March 25, 2014, 11:26:31 AM
it seems there is some closure on this and I'm glad to here it.

There will be no closure until the black box is found.

I dunno. They could find bits of the wreckage but never the black box. I think finding wreckage would be sufficient closure.

13353  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many of you work and are 100% paid in Bitcoin? on: March 25, 2014, 10:49:37 AM

My salary is 100% Bitcoin   - 7 (17.9%)
My salary is partially paid in Bitcoin   - 6 (15.4%)

I think a lot of people are mistaking earning from bitcoin (trading/mining) and salary wages.
Probably some miners voted for this as the numbers seem quite impossible.

Or more probably people tend to not vote honestly.

it seems there is some closure on this and I'm glad to here it.  The poor families have had to deal with this circus and the media should be ashamed.  It was brought to my attention the CNN actually speculated that the plane was sucked up by a black hole...  I kid u not a black freaking hole....

What do you expect from mass media? http://youtu.be/LV6A4QiAkVw

Thing is that at this point there is no evidence that the plane crashed: we don't have reliable radar data, no debris, no sightings... nothing. How can they be so sure that it went down straight into the ocean and tell the people who are desperately waiting for informations that their beloved ones are all dead? That's outrageous. When a single person disappears he/she won't be proclaimed dead only after two weeks of search, and here we are talking about big aircraft with 239 people onboard.

True, but imagine them tracing that missing persons phone to the middle of the desert then going dead for three weeks. You're not going to survive in the desert (or sea) for so long. Of course there's a possibility that the plane is ok, but it's highly improbable.
13356  Other / Off-topic / Re: Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. WTF? on: March 25, 2014, 08:27:42 AM
It won't end the speculation and you're right people will still cling onto hope, but they're probably just prolonging their grief. The relatives wanted answers or responses from the investigators* and weren't* getting any but that's because there was nothing really to report other than they were doing their best to look for it, but that it probably crashed.
The authorities did this to Run away from the Defame it will bring to them.. just imagine authorities saying " We Tried , We Failed " they will never say this.

Well that's still what they're kinda saying, but they have a momentous task here. There's several countries out looking for it so it's not exactly incompetence; it's just a needle in a haystack scenario.
13357  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: RitzGrandCasino Scam, not provably fair, deleting replies in thread. on: March 25, 2014, 08:18:15 AM
Every single one of the threads he has made have been self moderated. Are you trying to hide something Ritz?

yeah they aint getting customers so, so they keep making new threads, and locking out old ones

This is his reason apparently:

Because we are the highest paying signature program , we get trolls from our competitors.
And that's why we self moderate. So we can delete the trolls.

1 account per person. Anyone trying to use more than one account will be banned. And all monies lost. Your traffic must be productive in players joining and spending money to continue in this program

I wonder if he'll use one of the above excuses to not pay anyone?
13358  Economy / Services / Re: Earn up to 0.5btc/month for your signature on: March 25, 2014, 08:11:30 AM

It's Ritz's attitude and behaviour that leads me to believe he either doesn't care or has no idea how to build a brand or run a business. If the advertising wasn't effective I doubt PD and others would be using it. I reckon it's very effective as where else will they draw customers from? Ritz is also a new casino whereas PD is one of the oldest and most respected so it'll naturally pay off more for PD than it will for Ritz as he needs to build up trust and faith in his site and business, but he's kinda done the opposite of that so far with his behaviour.
What I mean is that I don't think the signatures themselves contribute as much to Primedices visitors as the name Stunna and Primedice has on this forum. Everyone around here knows it's a legitimate site, because of all the payments that's been made and so. I don't know about Ritz, he's too new around here for me to make a proper evaluation of him. I'm taking a risk and hoping it pays off. Otherwise I'll just have
to cry in a corner, I guess.

I wouldn’t be so sure. Most of the new business will come from newbies looking to get rich quick, and they won't necessarily know of PD's or Stunna's rep but a quick look into PD or Stunna will see that they seem legitimate and overwhelmingly trustworthy. I think a big part of PD's popularity comes from having their name plastered all over this forum (which is of course backed up by their trust if anyone has doubts). It's win-win really, but you can't just turn up and buy rep and trust by offering more money as it often backfires.
You're making a good point. Still, every new site has to start somewhere, and you can't just go crazy and distrust everyone that isn't Stunna. Have to give people a chance to get established, otherwise PD will have the monopoly.

I think you should distrust any people on here until they've displayed behaviour and actions that prove otherwise. Trust is earnt; Stunna has done that, Ritz hasn't yet, but hopefully he will with time. There are plenty of ways sig operators can gain some trust quickly, but Ritz didn't do any of these and flat out refused to and deleted requests from people who mentioned them, which of course further added to peoples' scepticism. The burden of proof is always on newbs and so it should be.
13359  Other / Meta / Re: delete acount on: March 25, 2014, 08:02:05 AM
You can try to pm theymos about it.
Maybe he can delete it for you.

He wont. Just delete your posts and do as others have said by changing your email and password etc.

Looks like he might just done this  Cheesy.

The plane take off to china (north of malaysia), why the hell they go to indian ocean, west of perth  (south of malaysia)
seem they hide something here Huh

Of course they are hiding something here.  I highly doubt we will ever find the truth.  They are hoping that people just bury their heads in the sand and ask as few questions as possible though. Less lies to cover up that way.

Well of course the conspiracy theorists will always have their views. We never landed on the moon too, right?

They've been given a great deal of ammo with this one.  It's not like this plane just flew of course, had a mechanical malfunction, and crashed into the sea.

I don't think any rational person would accept that explanation either.

What is so unbelievable about that? Seems perfectly plausible to me, but I'd wait for more evidence before speculating, but what should a rational person believe then? Some wild unbacked conspiracy?
