true, if you got alot of bitcoins you can upvote your coin on mintpal that's how it goes..
let's hope that agx.io grows, if they do it will be a chance for nobl. as well
It is a chance? Hope that its growth will not let us wait for a long time Waiting is the most painful matter Don't fool yourself. If you can't wait then quit now. The entire Alt scene is crumbling right now. There is NO "quick money" to be had. This scene has been raped by Scam coins, Scam Pools, trojans, hardware gouging and Insecure/Scaming exchanges (did I forget anything?). And now the Governments are trying to figure out how to get their piece of the crumbs. Don't get me wrong, the scene and This coin in particular will survive. But it is not for the faint of heart and there will be a few months of consolidation while coins die and the witch-hunts are about to start. We are just seeing the first season of V-coin soap opera coming live to you from BitcoinTalk TV without commercial interruption. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

can someone tell me what it means to have my coins orphaned, still finding my feet, thanks for the imput
It means someone else mined them as well but beat you to the punch when it comes to being confirmed so even though you found them someone else that also found them got verified first and got the credit.

Time for X11? ASIC's and one hit multi's looking for targets. Most coins are getting protected and now that doge is the field of targets has diminished considerably. Rofo you need to seriously think on this. This coin cannot afford to be massively dumped. Yesterday Dif rose to 7.5 then dropped to 2 or so so they are getting a quicker switching algorithm that is getting around the 1 dif retarget. AFA Pools. I have used Poolerino from day 1 and have never had an issue (Except that pita invalid token so i have to enter the friggin captcha twice every friggin time). And Mike is always available and a supporter and follower of this thread. I can also vouch for Hash. So, I use it alot when I am fast switching coins. We need the P2pool setup. I miss the days I could code. Never grow old and broken.

nob.pool.mn invites you to mine NobleCoin! 0% fee!At pool.mn branded pools you will enjoy 0% fee and 100% uptime as ~2Gh/s worth of miners all over the world do! You keep posting and I'll keep posting. Heard this pool is a scam guys, best avoided. Edit: Well done on getting the right coin this time though Edit Edit: Though it's NOBL, not NOB NOB...rOFLMFAO W0w, looks great but does not agree with my wallet?

Hash rate just jumped to 7.5! 600MH/s currently!
I'm still wary that's the Blackcoin pool. They no longer publicly announce what coin they're mining after I pointed out they sit on NobleCoin when we're 26th most profitable. I think the owner of the pool must hold a grudge rather than have any intent to mine profitable coins. You can see how unhappy many on their thread are with the terrible payouts the pool actually gives for time/hashrate. The pool will die when more clue on, that or we'll be left alone. I was thinking of mining them and dumping them for nobl. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) but decided it wasn't too Noble. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Sorry been quiet lately guys RLS piling up lately. Keeping up with the threads though. These Exchange hacks have really hurt the scene. The Cannibalization I predicted has come about as well. I've pointed my miners at a stronger coin (Doge and Lite) I have to cash out and pay electric soon. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) And if the Dif falls below 4 I'll throw some back again. I check it every morning. Seeing it at 7 is like a breath of fresh air! Portents good things to come me thinks. I think the heat on coinmarket is paying off and although I doubt the BTC will get returned it looks like the alts are being shipped. AFA CoinEX I have a bad feeling that one is a runner. Oh and someone asked about CoinMarket software. It's on github If you can't find it PM me and I'll hunt it down again. Actually you can probably do a search on my comments as I left one there. Looks like the hack was from not Parsing logon text and a class object was allowed to be injected.

nob.pool.mn invites you to mine NobleCoin! 0% fee!At pool.mn branded pools you will enjoy 0% fee and 100% uptime as ~2Gh/s worth of miners all over the world do! +1 Hi i'm mining Noble in your pool and i feel all alone I'm having issue with wallet sync on win 8.1 , i added .conf file inside ...Roaming/Noblecoin dir and added to it all nodes that i found in the first page of this post but no active network connections in 10 minutes. what should i do ? Hi ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Haven't really had any problems getting the wallet to sync, make sure you have all of the nodes from the first page added (I use the debug window to add them)then try deleting the peers.dat file from in the appdata folder. I can probably get you a list of the nodes I use if it still isn't working. Edit: was being dumb and didn't read that you had already added the nodes off the first page, try deleting the peers.dat file and then leave it for a while deleted and waiting, 5 minutes and still 0 connections, i'll wait a bit more then i'll burn my laptop and this hotel with its damn ***** internet connection ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Maybe your firewall blocks connections to noblecoin-qt ? Hi everyone, i still have problem with wallet sync, my windows's firewall is ok (allow public and private) and i suppose connection is ok too because i tried with few different wallet and all of them worked fine. Any other suggestions ? Ok, can someone else confirm this. If I go to my wallet and type getpeerinfo it should give me a list of nodes I am connected to shouldn't it? Then you should be able to just add the ones I am connected to i got this : 19:48:36 Welcome to the NobleCoin RPC console. Use up and down arrows to navigate history, and Ctrl-L to clear screen. Type help for an overview of available commands. 19:49:26 getpeerinfo 19:49:26 [ ] I will try setting up a new wallet on a different machine and will let you know if it connects or not 21:02:40 getpeerinfo

yes op pick noble ... because it's nice ... and the dev is a nice dude ... that's what crypto needs, niceness because it's already at it's peak techwise so who needs advance, we can just get a really nice guy to clone bitcoin or litecoin and there we have it ... the future.
//irony (I really really apologize I don't usually bash coins or troll but really ? .... really ? is that all noble brings to the table ?, again sorry I don't want to offend anyone)
Your name Foolies or what? Because you certainly made a fool of yourself with this post.

...You should really try out disabling the ULPS, it was key thing on my rigs when my cards were turning off. I read about it from somewhere here few months ago when I started to mine. Here's some explanation of the ULPS http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=361702As you can see you don't need the Afterburner itself if you want to make some regedit "(run: regedit) and search for "EnableUlps" and set it to "0"." No option in Afterburner for some reason. The option is there on my main system. I'll edit it in the reg when I get up again. but It should nopt have an effect as I'm not having a power down issue. But it can't hurt to disable it either so thx for pointing that out. Guru3d has always been a favorite site of mine. I haven't signed on in years and just checked. here's the last time I logged in there. You last visited: 09-28-2009 at 13:03 LOL

don't see why windows is the problem, alot are runing windows on their rigs
Winblows OS/drivers are smarter than you. Didn't you know that? ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Do you have a dummy plug or video cable plugged in?
Edit: Also do you mean an actual PCI slot or PCI-E?
Yes tried hdmi,db-15 and dummy. And yes Actual PCI slot. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I'll post how when I get it sorted. What's up dude, I don't know if this helps with your problem but in PCI-E slot and with R9 290's I don't need any dummy plugs. Just install MSI Afterburner and turn off the card power saving mode ( I don't remember the name ) it's in the Afterburner settings. Save settings, restart computer and then the cards don't go off. I have also turned off the Crossfire mode in the Catalyst Control Center. edit. "Disable ULPS" is the power saving mode for the cards http://i1-win.softpedia-static.com/screenshots/MSI-Afterburner_9.png?1388734118Thx man. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) No Pci-e issues though. right now I'm running on 4 modified 1x extension cables on a 939 dfi lanparty. It only has 2 16x 1 1x and 1 4x pci-e lane though so I'm trying to use the pci slots as well. after that I may se about splitting the pci-e lanes but from my research there is only 1 passive adapter board and it may be board specific. The cost of active lane splitting is prohibitive compared to board replacement. I've modded the card bioses to .968v and after getting all this up and running I have a few idea's about lowering that as well. I'll give the disable ulps option a shot and remove the resistors and check to see if it works while I'm at it on the r9-270's.

Just sold 4 or 5 days of doge and bought noble. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Got new R9-270 today and trying to get it to run off of a PCI slot (YUP that's right). I have drivers installed and Miner recognizing card but refused to hash so far. ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) May be the mobo. Probably because It's a winblows machine. I may have to go Linux. Heading back to play with it some more.

IOW NobleCoin.

Also, for anyone who hasn't put their two cents in on the VoS forum post, please do so now the more support the better. Being listed on Vault of Satoshi would be an honor and move us even closer to our goal of being at the forefront of all altcoin currencies. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=519658.240Thanks in advance, miK I'lll try to get to that today. Got hurt the other day and on lots of meds right now so don't want to say the wrong thing. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) That's not good, hope you aren't badly hurt... Nothing major just being a retard forgetting how old I am. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Well I decided to jump on the boat with Noblecoins and bought myself some coins on AGX, I wish and hope a great succes for this noble coin
Welcome. Yeah I was mining other coins and exchanging them to BTC for buy support but this difficulty on NOBL is making it so hard not to mine ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) I hear yah! I swapped one back yesterday when the dif went below 4. Hashrate fairly stable now for a few days and still high up on coinwarz even though they use Poloniex as the price, rather than agx which is always a bit higher.
Most profitable coin to mine right now, really shocked difficulty is still so low - why other miners are not mining this I have no idea. Happy to keep mining this and support the network.
Being top coin on coinwarz is like a double sided blade. If the profit is higher then people mine it and sell it and while doing that, they eat the buy walls and push the price down. It's good to be listed on coinwarz but I think people just look at how many $ they can make per day and point their miners to most profitable. I'm mining other coins like Doge and Reddcoin and sell them to get BTC which I use to build some kind of buy support for NOBL. That way I kind of inflate the other coins a bit ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) and do something good for Noble. I like to see about 5 of the shit coins above us to keep the dumpers at bay. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) https://i.imgur.com/vedxsTk.jpgMe and my buddy's GhettoCoinMiner7,5k making some buy support for NOBL @ agx.io... ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Looking good so far, making about 0.05 worth of BTC @ day which is going directly for buy support. Looks good to me! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
