If I have $ 10,000 it looks like I will split it to several cryptocurrency. First bitcoin might be around 30% maybe the price will be high if in 2020, 50% in ethereum and also eos, both currencies are the most potential in my opinion. The rest maybe I will try to invest in ico or buy other underated coins. I'm not too expert about this but that's what I think is the best.

Depending on the ico, lately a lot of ico who have a high rate + expert review on the ico rating website but eventually scam. IMHO, I think The first thing that is very important for the solution provided by Cryptocurrency and Blockchain. So I see this thread is old but interesting. Many factors influence it but so far I know "real" investors will not sell their coin or tokens under ICO price unless there has been no significant development on the project for several months. All I know is that they sell their tokens or ico from the Bonuses they get when they follow the ICO or the bounty hunters who sell it.

IMHO, I think btc still not stable right now, maybe we should wait around 1-2 weeks to see some altcoin price rise. After that maybe altcoin will rise slowly or maybe altcoin price will fall because btc prices are rising (Some holder may convert their altcoin to btc because the price goes up)

Note: Some good altcoin usually will not be too affected from the rising or falling btc prices
