1341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Listing an Exchange on Coinmarketcap on: February 21, 2019, 07:02:14 PM
But does anyone know which are the critical factors?
Or have some advice on how to get it approved?

As far from I know, for listing an exchange on Coinmarketcap you have to meet the following basic criteria:
  • You have to publish an API that exposes the last price and 24h volume of each coin/token.
  • At least has been operated in sixty (60) days.
  • You have to provide a representative from the exchange to communicate for any clarifications with CMC.

Besides evaluating the basic criteria when deciding to add a new exchange listing CMC also evaluating several other factors such as Community Interest, Trading Volume, Uniqueness, and Age of The Project.

disebabkan 1 Big news

1344  Other / Meta / Re: Merit number indicator on showPost list ? on: February 17, 2019, 05:03:04 PM
Merit number indication on " show last post of this person" list.
Is this possible, is this a good idea, is this necessary and useful?
Well, it's not a bad suggestion. But, IMO if the purpose just to see post which was merited by others the campaign managers can use Merit Stats (for example) from the participants itself.

With this way I think the managers won't wasting time to see/read spamming or bounty report posts from participants.
1345  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best trading bot available? on: February 15, 2019, 08:18:04 PM
I didn't have any experience in trading using bots before, so I can't give you recommended trading bot because my lack of knowledge on the trading bot. My own purpose by write post here is to give you reference a new website (botcompare.top) that make a review about trading bot which includes how many indicators, strategies, and exchanges they use on their trading bot.

Maybe this site can be used for your reference to choose trading bot. And you can give some advice or request to the site by joining their discussion in these thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5108604.0

Note: I don't have any relationship with those site developer or staff.
1346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ☛ Signature Bounty & Merit System on: February 15, 2019, 07:23:30 PM
What if, all account will start at zero level or newbie rank or zero merit count. For that, we will see who can post a comment that is worthy of merit. So that we can see who have a sense of humor posting in different section, and it will be a challenge beyond their expertise. What do you think?

It's at least interesting. But scarcely can be realized. And it's not fair to elder BTT users that registered in the beginning when practically nobody believed in cryptocurrency.
Lol, I think its bit become an off-topic discussion and if still continues it won't discuss signature campaign (with merited posts) but merit system itself.

Well, as far as I know there is some signature campaign (BTC/XRP/LTC payments) was adopt it to give bonus payment to participants who got merit on their post.
1347  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: (Ask) tentang bagaimana cara mengedit Whitepaper (WP) format PDF? on: February 15, 2019, 05:36:34 PM
Agan belum coba klik link yank saya sodorkan?

1348  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: (Ask) tentang bagaimana cara mengedit Whitepaper (WP) format PDF? on: February 14, 2019, 12:04:56 PM

1349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ☛ Signature Bounty & Merit System on: February 14, 2019, 11:20:32 AM
So by using regular expressions you collect last week message data to the table and analyze that. All information about user's merit points is here.
And if the same message was merited by several users it also can be checked automatically.
Okay, that's a good method and maybe can be applied to manage bounty. But, how about high-quality posts was didn't get single merit out there?
1350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ☛ Signature Bounty & Merit System on: February 13, 2019, 03:44:11 PM
The idea is interesting. This would encourage people to write quality posts and possibly further reduce the amount of spam in this forum. But on the other hand, capitalize merit quite difficultly and it can result in a new wave of sales merit and will give the opportunity to influential accounts to capitalize on this. Merit as gratitude for useful information will almost never be applied.

To partly avoid the situation bounty reward could be paid not for the count of merit points but for how many different users merited the message.
For example
1 user merited the message - 1 stake
2 users merited the message - 3 stakes
3 users merited the message - 8 stakes
5 users merited the message - 25 stakes
So it's not matter how many merit points you get from a single users
So, what do you mean is add some additional stakes to post/message which has been getting merit from others?
I think almost of bounty manager/community won't do that (manual check).

As far from I know, bounty manager will add some bonus stake to participants who have been getting some merit points. They do not add additional stake by merited post/message
1351  Other / Meta / Re: Does forum has mission, vision and core values? on: February 13, 2019, 02:57:58 PM
I suggest theymos to create a new topic, that specifically desribe forum's mission, then pin it in Meta board. Such a pin topic on forum's mission will make lot of sense for newcomers.
I don't think by creating a new topic which describe the forum's missions will not make any changes to activities in the forum. If it can change (some) members activities I guess it just going on for short-term.
1352  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [Q&A] Tanya Jawab Seputar Forum Disini/Ask about this forum here! on: February 13, 2019, 02:41:53 AM

1353  Other / Meta / Re: [Suggestion] Disable the delete or edit rights on OP's page of OP authors on: February 11, 2019, 03:11:39 AM
So far, I think the best solution is using archive.
Whenever investors or users doubt that projects are highly potential scam ones, simply using the archive to store their original OPs, and whatever posts need to store for later investigation.
Using archive to store the opening thread is good too. But, IMO this way has some weakness. For example, if OP deletes or edits the opening thread before someone archived that thread then everyone can't see the opening thread anymore.

1355  Other / Meta / Re: [Suggestion] Disable the delete or edit rights on OP's page of OP authors on: February 09, 2019, 04:34:53 PM
Therefore, View Edit History might help and might be the only solution.
Yeah, I also think so. If it can be applied to the forum, I'll recommend it to open in new tab. So, all members can view full edit history from the OP (include opening post/thread).
1356  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who do people dump tokens below ICO price and how can this be stopped? on: February 09, 2019, 05:32:53 AM
I think it can be prevented if the ICO's team will minimize their allocated amount on bounty rewards.
I don't think with minimizing the allocation on bounty rewards will stop investors or bounty hunters to dump token as soon as possible when it lists on the exchange

Yes, that is a big problem that needs to be solved by the dev and the teams so they can continue the project without seeing bad news that might happen in the market. But still, it's hard to stop people from dumping the tokens because people need to make a profit and that is why they sell their tokens when it gets list. But if the project is very good, the dump will not take a big effect, and the price will be back to the stable price which people can buy and sell and then make a profit.
If the project is good or has bright future I think people won't dump it easily, especially people who completely understand the development of the project

Which post? I don't think that address without sign message will be accepted as proof. You have to mention it for refference.

1359  Other / Meta / Re: [Suggestion] Disable the delete or edit rights on OP's page of OP authors on: February 08, 2019, 06:13:16 PM
I can't imagine how it will work if the OP can't delete his/her started thread without disabling the edit option, I think it's impossible to apply your suggestion to the forum.
1360  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin wallet rank on: February 08, 2019, 05:32:43 PM
That's great that there's another reliable wallet for us crypto users to store our coins in a safe wallet and besides I didn't say that Ethereum is not actually safe but we should consider the problem about the phishing attacks maybe not only in there but also in other wallets. Make sure you have installed some security in every trade you have made like Metamask and don't let anyone can access your account or sharing your private keys.
What are you talking about? It seems you are talking about ethereum wallets such as MEW and metamask. Did you read the OP problem's, he/she ask for recommended bitcoin wallet not ethereum wallet.
