Basically . the premine and free distribution to a specific population is what makes the "national coin". What will make the peseta coin be used if the people don't have it? How did Bitcoin spread? organically via its users. Spaincoin is just a “a classic pump-and-dump scam” It is hard enough distributing the coins to people who have no idea about this and have to install a wallet, so imagine if you told them to start mining... For such people, there are giveaways. "Airdrop" always results in a drastic devaluation of the currency, as we seen in the case of Auroracoin, Spaincoin, etc.. It is hard to imagine that a real business would take a currency with 50% pre-mine seriously. On the other hand, Pesatacoin has a high adoption rate (already accepted in over a dozen of stores), and developers are soon releasing PayPTC ( https://vimeo.com/90411524) a payment system similar to BitPay that will enable fast and easy integration into brick and mortar stores. To be honest, I'd be ashamed to present such a blatant rip-off of AUR as my own coin.

To be honest, FY! We will see where the train goes. Most things in the world are rip-offs. Look at car designs, for example. Spaincoin idea surely came from Aurora, and that is fine.... What I'm hoping will happen is that by dropping coins to the public, the public will be more aware of spaincoin and all cryptos. Hopefully this will spur an interest in spaincoin and hashrate will go up substantially. +1. |

the loss of btc on this investment is painful to watch. I could've sold during the pump and came out with a few grand but this is just ridiculous.
yea pretty much hurtful i made my self a good profit on the second peak when mintpal came to play got out at .007 and got back in at 002 thinking is was going to rebound back up, at that point cryptsy never add it the coin and after making 8.5 btc rebyuing with 3 btc im still holding and buying some more with what i made and the mintpal peak, hopefully we get some big investors with some heavy btc movement. |

i know must of us feel sad that is going back to the 30s and yea im currently holding 4588 coins, but looking at aurora after the first day of the drop and how this coin has over come problems it has great potential ¨great dev too¨, if you happen to have a little more btc just buy some more, every time it goes down i find my self buying 500 to 1000.
