The first release was introducing BC to the world, now this release will focus on the great accomplishments of this community and the future of BC. We have to keep pumping out news about BlackCoin until BlackCoin becomes a household name. Now I know many of you are still recovering from the exciting week we just had, but we must as a community get back to business. Everyone needs to pitch in! Open Letter
Some people here are very naive and do not understand that without hyping and yes pumping BlackCoin we will still be at 1500 sat with 50BTC or less volume.
Please don't take this personally, Here's my issue with/question about pumping and this applies to all coins: What happens when a coin is very quickly hyped/pumped up to a multi-million dollar marketcap, to the point of producing a number of very "wealthy" people, but there is actually not enough fresh capital coming in support these huge bagholders leaving/taking profits? So what happens when one or more bagholders want to turn their "wealth" into wealth, before another one beats them to it? The higher the price goes, the more likely the big bagholders will be tempted to exit and the easier it will be to break the support. I mean, how many people are actually trading blackcoin or any other new altcoin? Are there enough people there to absorb the costs of bagholders leaving at a given price? If not, that is why a drop follows as some of the "whales" race each other to a low. The actions I took were the right ones and I stand behind them 100%. Trading at the volume we were trading at got us noticed by just the Mintcoin community, no one took us serious. Once we started trading over 3000BTC volume EVERYONE took notice. So yes some people will hold to a certain level and then dump, that will happen if the coin goes up slow or fast. There will always be dumps. We are trading around 30000 sat, last week it was 7000 sat. We are trading 4x higher than just 7 days ago! We were not going to keep doubling in value indefinitely, at some point people will cash out. However, more people started cashing out because of the behavior displayed in this forum. Announcing the dumps made people lose confidence and sell off before they lost everything. People forgot that we are still at an all time high, they were all paying attention to dozens of posts about dumps. |

Open LetterDear community, This letter is a very lengthy, and I apologize in advance for the length, but I hope everyone that has a vested interest in BlackCoin takes a moment to read it. The past several hours has been a sobering moment for many, and I hope this community will pause to reflect on what has occurred over the past two weeks. First I want to start by saying yesterday there was some comments made on reddit that I would like to address first: http://www.reddit.com/r/blackcoin/comments/231hv2/it_is_602_pm_in_nycdid_i_miss_it/I have made it clear I am not part of the dev team and my actions are not that of the dev team. However, people have assumed I am part of the dev team because of my efforts to get BC out to the mainstream. I am not part of a massive plot to pump and dump BlackCoin, that is just ridiculous. I would not waste money or time building an infrastructure around BlackCoin just to watch it destroyed. If I wanted to pump and dump I would have done so already, I have no interest in selling until BlackCoin is #1, period. So please stop with the conspiracy theories. Some people have contacted my regarding my aggressiveness when promoting BlackCoin. ( I have already stated I do not do passive aggressive, I do aggressive aggressive.) Many of these people consider themselves the top "bag holders". Some people have been extremely rude and disrespectful with their comments publicly and behind the scenes. I am not going to get into a debate over who holds more BC, but between my wife and I at the height of trading we could have dumped and purchased a new house for cash and still have a bit left over for a vacation. We have multiple addresses spread evenly. My point is not to brag, I have never disclosed how much BC I hold. My point is I have never sold any of my personal BC and like many I am holding strong. BlackCoin can be worth $10.00 a coin tomorrow and I will not sell until BlackCoin is #1. So I get very annoyed when I am contacted by people who tout how much BC they own and demand that I "control" my actions. If it wasn't for my actions we would be still trading below 7000 sat and fighting with the Mint community.I vowed I would never get involved with any coin because I think 99% of the coins are worthless and the communities are just around for a quick profit. For a short time I thought Mint had promise, but that was a very short time. When I started really paying attention to this community I realized there might be something very special here. I think rat4 is a brilliant, SoepKip has drive, and this community is loyal. It was those factors that made me want to jump in and help, not the coin itself. A coin features is not the driving factor of a coins success. Yes features are great, but it is the dev team and community that makes a coin successful. This community lacked one thing, someone to promote and hype it up.Some people here are very naive and do not understand that without hyping and yes pumping BlackCoin we will still be at 1500 sat with 50BTC or less volume. I have a specific plan to get BlackCoin to the top, and the slow and steady approach some are advocating for is just simply stupid. My actions are not random and there is a clear path for BlackCoin to reach #1. This is not hype or delusional thinking, there is a lot going on behind the scenes to make this happen. Bitcoin has already established an infrastructure and it is getting bigger everyday . Services that support Bitcoin can easily be adapted to support BlackCoin. Train tracks laid down over a hundred years ago can still support new trains being built today. Bitcoin has done all the hard work for us already, now all we have to do is force everyone to accept us. The only way we can do that is from the bottom up. I know rat4, Soepkip, maarx, and others behind the scenes have done a tremendous amount of work and they should be commended for their tireless efforts. But everyone has his or her strengths, and my strength is taking a product from 0 to 60 in a short time but then keeping it relevant. I have done this more times than I can count. Anyone who has invested in a business know you do not invest in an idea, you invest in the people behind the idea. You can have the best idea in the world, but if a investor does not have confidence in you, the investor will not invest in you. We have to show investors and the world BlackCoin is not a novelty and I can't do that alone. I need everyones help to make that happen. The recent dramatic increase in trading and volume came from the promotional efforts of this entire community. It is not because of the multi-pool and I hope from this point we as a community stop focusing on the multi-pool. There is way too much psychological dependency on the buy pressure of the Multi-Pool. The multi-pool cannot sustain the buy pressure required to keep BlackCoin trading high at this level. The media campaign we did last week can be repeated and as I have stated that was just the beginning. We have to keep actively promoting BlackCoin and never stop, but I need the community to work together if we are going to succeed.The price drop is nothing and to be honest I am glad it happened. This community needed a dramatic wake up call. You have to fight to get to the top and we have to keep fighting to stay there. This week was a dress rehearsal for the future and I hope everyone has learned from this. So much focus over the past 4 days has been on the movement of the charts, watching Mintpal, and announcing every dump that happened. Little to no focus was on what got us here in the first place, and that is getting the word out about BlackCoin. This ludicrous behavior of announcing a dump has to stop immediately. If you scream fire in a crowded movie theater you will cause panic. Many of you did that yesterday and are still doing it today. I firmly believe if people were not announcing dumps we would not be trading between 20000 - 35000. We can all see the price dropping, no need to announce it multiple times a minute. Do not worry about this price drop, more coins to buy cheap. Dumps will happen that is the nature of trading. Dumps happen all the time with Forex and crypto is no different. I have no doubt in my mind we will be back on track when everyone calms down. Just a week ago we were trading around 7100 sat and now we are trading above 20000 sat. This is what happens when you are in the spotlight, prices go up and down dramatically. One event could bring us back to 90000 in 24 hours. Finally....I pride myself on being a man of my word. I am an old school businessman that has done deals on a handshake. I made this community a promise I would help get us to the top, and the fundamentals to get us there are still the same. But this will only work if this community gets back to the business of being a community. It is okay to celebrate when we get to a new high, I was excited as well! But 100 pages of how many sat we went up or down is just ridiculous. PS: To the naysayers and the people making comments about the recent price drop have your short moment of laughter, because it will not last long. All you have done is motivate the people involved to work harder. I have decided to put my personal projects on hold and focus exclusively on BC for the next 60 days. Hi....thank you for purchasing the card, but unfortunately I am not doing custom printing at this time. I would also like to point out accepting crypto for a physical merchandise is a huge risk. The value of BC could have dropped and I would have been responsible for the difference in price. However, thankfully it didn't. |

This is really gooood! Way better then we kept going from 30k over 100 ij one batch.
I also thought. wtf its over. but it was just a classic shakeout and msny lost due to panic. Had yu been away 2 days. Yu would see yu went up 100% again lol. Now just as 10k. Its gobba be s few days hovering aroynd, more dips before bursting true.
It's not going to take days - Hours. The weak hands have dumped all they have, the price is steadily building up once more 68,800 as I type this. As it climbs higher more and more of those who dumped in the 50,000s and below will panic buy back in causing another massive price increase - only this time, there wont be a dump because they have seen what happens when they dump thinking its game over - they get burned and deservedly so. You also have to take into account out friends in Asia are starting to trade. BC price the past few days has been increasing right about this time. |

I know everyone is very excited about the recent price increase. It is exciting to know many of our members will become Millionaires very shortly!!! But I must caution everyone that we cannot get too comfortable and let our guard down. Far too many coins have been exactly where we are now and the community lost focus. Now many of those coins have been forgotten and are dead. A lot of "hope" is being put into the multi-pool, but we as a community must make sure we keep spreading the word about BC and keep innovating so the multi-pool is just one tool of many in our arsenal. As I have stated before this price level is not a bubble and people are investing in BlackCoin because they feel BlackCoin may have a future, and they want to be the first investors to get in early. However, if we cannot prove without a doubt BlackCoin is sustainable for the near and long term future, and is a viable alternative and/or replacement to Bitcoin, people will lose interest and move on to the next coin. We have to keep pushing as if BlackCoin is still worth only 5000 sat. So lets please not let BlackCoin be the next "flavor of the month" coin to fall victim to it's own success.

The money goes towards paying the writer, using a distribution service to get the press release picked up, and hiring "bloggers" to post links about the articles all over the web eg: comment boxes, forums...etc..etc |

BlackCoin Is Here to Stay A week ago we announced Blackout Wednesday. We were mocked, made fun of, and some people suggested we were all disillusion to think BlackCoin would ever become the next BTC or even LTC. In less than 7 days not only did BlackCoin go from trading at 7100 sat to trading at a high of 94000 sat, BlackCoin crushed numerous records all in the same week. This entire community that believes in BlackCoin made this happen and we all deserve to celebrate!!!
But last week was just the beginning, we have a long way to go before we become #1. Some have claimed I am only here to pump up BlackCoin so I can dump later. Yes they are partially correct, I am here to pump up BlackCoin and keep pumping up BlackCoin until BlackCoin is #1!!! Actually, I was watching cryptsy and the same happened, slightly off timewise. Seems like the usual whale dump to cause a panic selling then immediately grabbing the cheap coins. No it didn't. It went down to 83,000 and that was due to the "panic" on Mintpal. It did NOT go down to nearly 50,000 as it did on Mintpal. I did saw 60,000 on cryptsy. I changed 2 pairs of underwear Damn, if you don't know the markets by now get out.. And let the pros in.. When a stock dumps, Its because someone with a hefty amount of coins wants to buy more before the price rises too high.. This creates a panic. perfect for the buyers. All you have to do is look at the order books and you will see for yourself. Do you know how much BTC it takes to go from 90000+ sat to even 60000 sat? Not to mention in less than 5 minutes? If it stayed at that level I would agree, but then it bounced right back up in less than a minute. No dump that massive has a correction that quick. I love BC but no coin is that resilient. I do not want you guys saying it was a dump and it wasn't, and then next thing people really start dumping in fear. |

IT went madly fast indeed I saw it all.. But Iconic I have seen this twice at 4k. with a dump down to 3k. But yea that was just 1k.. There is a huge difference between dumping 10k in 7-8 minutes, than dumping 40k in less than 5 minutes and back up again in 1 minute. That is literally impossible. |

i personally hold 80K+ coins. Cashing out right now to earn a small profit would be a really stupid act. i see a bright future of this coin.
Yes 20000 sat swing should be normal. Some early adopters tried to cash out for profits. Correction will be made in the next few hours.
But this swing went so fast.. From 90.000 to 58.000 that was just a very manipulated dump to get more coins cheaper. You have to admit that. That was not an actual dump. it was a Mintpal trading glitch. NOTHING drops that fast. |

That wasn't a dump...it was a Mintpal error. No way you go down that fast and then back up again in just 2 trades. Mintpal can't handle the volume.
