1341  Economy / Economics / Re: How corrupt is your Bank? - Violation Tracker. on: June 09, 2020, 06:55:25 PM
It's good, except that the website doesn't work for every country. But, I believe that no matter where we are living if we do some research on the bank we are using locally, we can able to see some reports and articles about them if they have really been into any bad stuffs or acts. Although this is not something that really comes to my mind, I don't bother about them.

Any bank that commits a crime will always have to pay for it. I have not had any issues with the bank I'm using, and I don't wish to have any issues with them. Everything is working just fine and I wish to have the same as long I might be needing banking services; anything different will lead to lots of inconveniences which end up in big head aches.
1342  Economy / Economics / Re: What opportunity costs will governments take. on: June 09, 2020, 05:49:18 PM
Well, I'm living in a developing country and you know the type of government here, they don't really care. The health system is really messed up, although I don't really know what will be their next action, but I think they really need to focus on the health system and build it to a level that is much better than what it is now. And it's time they support the medical practitioners and provide them with whatever they may need and make sure that they are lacking nothing at all.

Apart from health, I don't see any other sector that needs more attention, unless agriculture. Even finance is suffering, I do see many people are slowly adopting cryptocurrencies which honestly providing them better living compared what they earned from other things. Mining and crytpo trading are famous here but I am not sure about what government's take on this around the recession times.
1343  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What was your experience trading cryptocurrency? on: June 09, 2020, 04:19:35 PM
The first experience I had wasn't with trading, it was with holding Bitcoin. I was still a newbie then and I never really understood Bitcoin and I didn't know anything about the volatile aspect of it. How I got to know about Bitcoin was when I was searching for a means to receive money from abroad from someone and I stumbled on Bitcoin. At first I thought that Bitcoin was another form of PayPal and the rest of them. Then I installed my first Bitcoin wallet which was Xapo and I was able to receive my money.

But, after some days the amount I had in my wallet reduced and I had to contact support to know what's happening. That's when they explained to me and I had to go back and do more research to understand. And as for trading, there is nothing much apart from the trading losses I see as regular, which I can still cover up after a few good trades.
1344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: June 09, 2020, 08:03:38 AM
Poppovich has Tim Duncan right there if he decides to ever retire but if he wants Tim to continue the legacy and if he wants to make him into one of his great line of assistant coaches, it will require some more years to work together, I would say considering this season was a small loss, at least another 4 or so years working together to make Tim a great head coach.

If not, there is Brett Brown, Mike Budenholzer, Mike Brown, James Borrego, Jim Boylen, Ime Udoka and obviously my favorite Ettore Messina who now went back to Euroleague but definitely worth of the position.
1345  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < REFUND plan for Betking's players on: June 08, 2020, 09:45:06 PM
I don't think Bitsler would allow someone to win $5 million unless their bankroll is big enough to tank a loss like that.

Most casinos have a max profit to maintain their bankroll and according to their article page the max profit is 2 btc.

Coin            : Min Bet       / Max Bet      / Max Profit
Bitcoin (BTC): 0.00000001 / 2.00000000 / 2.00000000
That seems previously proposed but probably not in practice anymore, I mean not really a precise number to win.

I just meant if you wager 1 dollars you could get 5 million dollars looking at the odds that you could win. Because I was told even 5x million odds are possible. Obviously it would be very difficult to pay that up and the max bet wouldn't allow it, but that wasn't the thing I was talking about, it was the odds of how much it could be won.

I also said 1 cents, you could win 50 thousand dollars! Which is insane and I think available as the max bet? I never really tried max bet because I am not that rich so I don't know the bet, but if you wager 0.001 dollars which is 1 tenth of a cent, that is still 5 thousand dollars, which I am sure must be available to win as max bet couldn't be under 1 bitcoin (still not sure, never checked).
1346  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it time for us to get back to trading? on: June 08, 2020, 08:43:34 PM
The only reason to stop trading is not knowing what to do with bitcoin when it goes down. When the price goes down and you are holding bitcoin, do not sell the ones you have (that would be a loss for you) but keep on buying and decrease the purchasing average that you have. If you have the chance you can short bitcoin as well.

However when it is at the bottom already, just buy as many bitcoin as you can and be patient, when the price drops that much the only direction is up and it doesn't even take that long to recover. So the only reason to stop was not really knowing what to do and aside from that you should have continued trading. If you stopped because you didn't know what to do, the only reason why you should come back would be learning what you should have done and start that, if you still don't know, keep away.

Most of us disregarded bitcoin back in those days along the way making use of faucets as well, I am one of the early birds (compared to today) by joining late 2012, early 2013 and even with all of that I wasn't really smart enough to join earlier since I knew it, I was aware and reading and basically just on bitcointalk waaaay before I actually started to mine and make some money.
You are not alone. I ignored bitcoin mining itself. Please remember on early days even a simple computer could mine a full bitcoin all by itself and it wouldn't worth anything, it was like maybe 2 bucks or 5 bucks whatever those days. Yet I didn't do it, because I thought it doesn't really worth making my PC stay open for 7 days straight without ever closing and my gpu working like crazy making it possibly broke down or at least get older, just for couple bucks of bitcoin.

Maybe when I first stepped into the forum, they even shared this faucet site with me. And if I didn't just ban the first account here because using VPN I would have accumulated a lot and would have paid more attention to it. I've also had other tried out faucets that were popular back then. Who really knows that freebitco.in will remain?
It is still a mystery how they keep going with faucet model. I know freebitco.in is now a full fledged gambling house rather than naming them a faucet. If we are capable of predicting the future then we might have at least made use of freebitco.in by inviting all friends as referrals.

I haven't seen any announcements that the Majestic7 was cancelled but there does seem to be an issue with the rounds on FJ. The PL is on round 30, with two more games remaining. But if you select round 31 on FJ you get feedback that the matches are in progress. It might be something related to the date it was originally scheduled to be played and a simple change of dates in the system would fix it.
Still we have many days for next round hopefully FJ team will fix this all before start and we will able to have round 30 matches on before start of this round which is going to be expected on 19th June 2020.
But the current season seems too late into adding anything new and the season is basically cut short with games played very quickly back to back. So at the end of the day, I think by august or so (or even September) they will have enough time to code for the other leagues as well.

However as long as they do not automate it and make it all manual, they are not going to be able to reach to all of them, it is too much work to do just one league already, to do multiple leagues you would literally need people who would work hard just for that and that is not really a needed position if you could simply automate it instead. I am going to keep doing my "pick the top goalscorer from the better team" system going until I win, I feel like that could work eventually since those are highly likely scorers.

I have just started playing there. Well furnished and good designed site. And it have perfect mobile version. The security system seems much better. A user must need to set 2FA to access all the features. Affiliate commission rate should be increase. BTC and ETH withdrawal fee is high in my opinion.
That is what matters here I believe, not which website you think is the best casino out there, but about if you trust a website or not, rest is personal individual things. If a website is doing shady and scammy stuff, it does that, there is no stopping it and that is the end of discussion, after all nobody should play at a scammy website.

However if a place is liked and trusted there are tens of them out there and they all have something they bring to the table, it all depends on where you want to play and your personal preferences. Who could really make an argument about one website being the best out there when it all depends on what you want to do with that website. That is why I think wolf.bet is trusted and personally I like it, I gamble in 5-6 different places and not just one place, and wolf.bet is definitely in my list.
1350  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < REFUND plan for Betking's players on: June 07, 2020, 08:06:00 PM
^Jesus Christ, so this guy put up 9 dogecoins and in return got back 54 THOUSAND doge coins? That is 0.023 cents gambled, literally just a tiny bit over 2 cents gambled and he got back 140 dollars or so back. I mean I know 140 dollars is not a lot of money for many people, and to me it would be a lot of money but I wouldn't really have a life changing event if I won it, I would probably just have an easier month on June but that's about it.

However even with that, this is a 6000x return we are talking about, 2 cents becoming 140 dollars is not something I have ever seen anywhere else in the casino world, not just crypto but anywhere ever. I didn't even know 6000x was a possible odds, don't know the max odds you could win but I thought it was 999x, didn't know it could go even further up.

Seems that you need to do more researches about big win. Look at some previous pages of this topic, there was someone turned 100satoshi into almostba whole btc as the player won 1,000,000x payout. There are also many other bigger payout in this crypto world gambling industry. Mines game for example, gives you a chance to win up to more than 5million payout.
What the hell? 5 million times more than what you wagered? That means if you wager 1 dollars you could possibly win 5 million dollars, if you wager 0.1 dollars that is 500k, if you even wager just 0.01 which is 1 cents, you could still win 50 thousand dollars! Is that really true? I mean if it is that is a whole lot of money and I have never seen it. I really should do more research like you said.

I mainly play on sportsbetting and poker, sometimes when I am bored I do dice as well to spend some time but even that is rare and in many places I gamble there is 2 reasons not to have that, one is the obvious one where you get 999x max in many places, second is the cap, usually you can win like 10-20 bitcoins at most, nothing more, which is still a ton of money but not x5million levels of coverage for them.
1351  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto next big step: deflationary tokens on: June 07, 2020, 07:21:52 PM
Burning cannot be counted as a progressive step done toward development of a project or for a coin.
DO NOT TRY TO DECEIVE naive investors.

Most probably you must be an affiliate of all 3 projects you have mentioned and trying to advertise here in the name of discussion how XRP shills are doing the same for years.

First scammers tried just cloning coins with pre-mine and by listing them on exchanges.
Then, started ICO trends to scam in the name of crowd funding for developing projects.
Then same set of scammers moved to master node based coins after people got tired of ICOs but looking for POS kind of easy mining.
And now it seems, same scammers are attempting in the name of creating artificial deflation by burning tokens.

Better ignore such coins.
OP is trying to promote a new way of potential scams.

1352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Devs please have some respect on: June 07, 2020, 05:40:08 PM
Scammer devs are usually people who created a project out of nothing and they think that everyone should follow their train of thought about the token and everything will be fine. This is not a dictatorship and you are ruining all of decentralization process that bitcoin first created. If you create a token and think that there is a way how it could be awesome in the future but nobody listens to you, that is still your fault.

You have to consider every single possibility when creating a token, including and specially people not caring about what you think should be done. People will do whatever they can to make a profit, including destroying a coin as well because they do not care about your coin at all, they care about how much profit they could make from your token and that's it.

1354  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency can not replace fiat currency. on: June 06, 2020, 06:04:50 PM
When talking about cryptocurrency you always think about bitcoin. Do not forget that stablecoins are crypto currencies as well and we are talking about them here as well. So if you want stability and not get dangerous but still want to be in the crypto world, you could perfectly accept something like USDT and people will pay that.

All we need is a payment method, a system where it is easy and quick for the buyer and seller to exchange USDT very easily, plus we also need that payment method company to increase adoption of USDT spending by going around marketing it like crazy, at first it would cost them a ton of money but if they can spend tens of millions of dollars for a long time while racking up debt like crazy, in the end they will have tens of thousands of places using their payment method to exchange money which would make them cash forever.
1355  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to live without banks? on: June 06, 2020, 04:30:42 PM
Unfortunately it is not in my nation. There are some stuff that you need to use banks for and that is the biggest trouble. Normally I could just be in crypto all my life, and whenever I need money I could just cash out directly from some ATM (well btm for bitcoin I think) and that would be enough, that way I would have zero problems with the banks and would never use it, but looking at how the nation requires me to have bank accounts for many stuff including bills as well, I can't do it.

I can't even pay my gas bill with cash, and during winters that is a lot of money to pay. Banks are really something I hate and I never liked them, ever since I was 19 I always had problems with them being existing and ruining the economy however they want, but unfortunately I also need them as well.

I understand that Werner is a good player and everyone thought that Liverpool who has won the champions league and about to win the premier league and be on champions league next year with a good squad should have gotten him. However, what you are forgetting that this team already played very well on the league, they could break the 100 point record as well so they are one of the best teams ever. Do they really need another player to make it even better?

Would getting Werner really make their team better? Are we 100% sure about it? I think they are already very good, they do not need Werner at all, it has to be someone superstar to make any changes for a team like Liverpool. This is not mbappe or neymar or anyone like that we are talking about, its Werner and he is good but he is not a worldstar player.
1357  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: June 05, 2020, 07:19:47 PM
It is not that all teams who are 4 games between the 8th seed, it is only the 9th seed team and that is only if there is 4 game difference or less. So, in this scenario Grizzlies will be facing Blazers who is 3 games behind and Grizz needs to win once over Blazers whereas Blazers needs to win twice to go to playoffs. Obviously that is an example on the current standings, with the 8 games that is going to play it will change.

The reason why this happened was there was about 20 games? or so left in the league I think and considering there is a shortened version of the league they had to give the teams a bit of a chance to make it to playoffs, since they can't do the full games, they did this 9th seed thing. If you are 10th seed, doesn't matter if you are 2 games behind or even half a game behind, you are out, 9th is the only one that has a possibility.

These type of organizations are very hard to manage, it is really not a one man job, I should know because I have been trying to organize a fifa tournament during this pandemic and I know how many challenges there are to make it happen, it is certainly at least a two man job and it is much better if you have 5 or 500 Cheesy.

At the end of the day what @efialtis has managed during this pandemic to make people play something so that they wouldn't be bored out of their mind is really something to be held, dude has done it without much help and they has managed to get a lot of people as well, that is the trickiest part of the organization, finding people to play. They didn't just find people, but they also found the best people, you guys are all a bunch of amazing people to be around.
1359  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading mistakes i do on: June 04, 2020, 06:11:57 PM
For me, when I am in this situation I simply accept that it has happened and it's just a mistake, there is nothing that can be done to reverse that. So you just have to accept it, despite that it is difficult, but you have to do it and focus on future opportunities. If you keep worrying about the opportunities you have missed you will be distracted and won't be able to see the opportunity that is in front of you.

So, forget it and focus on finding other opportunities. I can remember that I had this same problem investing in many altcoins in the past, but I never worried much and the opportunity still came back bigger with some other altcoin. So, get ready to grab the future opportunities rather than being worried and missing out them.
1360  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tips for good trading on: June 04, 2020, 04:39:08 PM
Good tips. I think it's mostly the top altcoins that are pegged to Bitcoin, like the Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Stellar, Litecoin and others that are on the top list. There might be others I don't know, but most of the altcoins I see that are not on the top list usually have a price chart that doesn't correlate with Bitcoin. And paying attention to Bitcoin is very important. I don't really give my attention altcoins, and I also don't invest in much, except a few altcoins and it has been working for me.

It's good to always read the chart before investing so that you don't end up investing when the price is at its peak. If you invest at the peak, the price will drop and you lose your money.
