You dont have to use Tor when you upload the image to imgur. Upload it on chrome/firefox, get on Tor and post the resized link here on the forum.

The answer is exactly the same as the answer on stackoverflow.com on the link I posted. The question was asked at 08:04:54 AM and the answer came at 08:08:04 AM, 3-4 mins after the thread was created. Since both the question and answer is plagiarised I assume this is an attempt to receive some merits by Franco columbo and the other account could also be his alt.

A chat is not needed here at all. I am also against this idea not only due to the big amount of spam and malware that could be posted in the chat. But also because that might mean that some quality discussions and posts could be transferred to the chat instead of being discussed here on the forum because it is easier to post it in the chat instead of opening a thread or writing in an already created thread about it.

Rather than using transaction accelerators -- especially where you need to pay -- I recommend using opt-in RBF (replace-by-fee). Electrum is a great wallet which features RBF. If you send a transaction with low fees, you can easily bump the fee right in the wallet UI.

I find that bitcoinfees.earn.com tends to overestimate the fees required, and as it always calculates fees based on the next block, if you don't need your transaction in the very] next block but within the next hour or two, then you will definitely end up over-paying. This site ( https://www.coinb.in/#fees) provides a nice calculator which will recommend much cheaper fees, but you need to have a little bit of knowledge to use it properly. Hmm, the coinb.in calculator recommends 3 Sat/Byte atm and bitcoinfees recommends 34 Sat/Byte. That is a big difference. |

1.Idite na MEW ( https://www.myetherwallet.com/) i idite prema dnu stranice koja će te vidjeti da piše "Sign Message", a zatim kliknite na to. 2Na pitanje: "How would you like to access your wallet" kliknite na "MetaMask/Mist". 3.Povežite se sa vašim MetaMask nalogom klikon na "Connect to MetaMask". 4.Nakon spajanja MetaMask sa MEW sada možete napisati poruku koju želite potpisati. Nakon što ispišete poruku, kliknite na "Sign Message" da nastavite sa sljedećim korakom. 5.Nakon što kliknete na "Sign Message", otvorite MetaMask novčanik da biste potvrdili potpisivanje poruke. Runescape is an Online game which means that your laptop is connected to the Internet, why you cant download the newest Electrum version is not clear to me as there shouldnt be any limits based on the age of your computer. You can try sending some tokens with gas price set as 0.00000001 and see if the transaction will get broadcasted. If the queue is not big maybe it eventually will. You always have the option to update the gas price with metamask if the 0.00000001 isn't enough and make it 0.00000002 etc and try again when the SafeLow Cost is low which unfortunately is not the case now.
