Shareholders in 20 minutes.

Like This?

I too believe that this is the logo VMC should be using. It's very clean, light and memorable. Lightyears ahead of the current logo.

I also "+1"

ACTM at .0029 ...fuck

begin rant:

I have held my tongue long enough. I am fed up with Ken's inept sense of decent communication (beyond a few grunts here and there) and his awful sense of design and marketing. That logo is third rate at best. If that bloody awful site is doing so goddamn well; WHERE ARE THE FUCKING NUMBERS?! As funders (I won't call us shareholders anymore for obvious reasons) of this little experimental venture we have a right to know.

At this point, my FUD is that ACTM will not gain momentum again because of competition and difficulty AND the fact that for whatever reason, Ken refuses to do trade magazine type PR to get the word out AND and to tell us current state of progress. I am frustrated that Actm and vmc are never even mentioned in the news the way other companies are. At this point Ken may have funded and built his company for free off our backs. It doesn't seem to matter to Ken if the stock evaporates. He doesn't own any. So frustrated right now. All Ken (or someone in the know) has to do is tell us and the world what progress he is making. But day after day it's silence and the confidence drizzles away to nothing as he seems too socially inept to know how to communicate.

Unless no news really is bad news.

end rant.

we're very confident that within a short time, shares will be valued what they are really worth

This is one thing we can both agree on

This is exactly what a naive investor needs to hear to ride on the scam train. Well played Labcoin Smiley

This is an absolutely legit operation and many of those calling us a 'scam' will have to eat their words.

You have provided zero proof to show us your legitimacy. If you were an absolutely legit operation, you'd have no problem sweeping all doubts and shutting up us sceptics. But i guess you just can't do it.

Time is money.

If time is money for them as they say, then why waste another minute replying on this board? Yet they don't have a spare minute to post a picture?

Would a respectable company leave their customers in the dark if they had all the chance in the world to give some proof? Would AM do this?
1368  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 04, 2013, 10:15:48 PM
Where are the trolls now? In a feeding frenzy?

I'm not sure if you'd call me a troll, but I bought some of this stock after the press release and so far I've made a 57% profit.

It's stupid to get emotionally attached to these stocks. If new information comes out you change your assessment.

Never considered you a troll, read all your comments you had good arguments. Cheers.

1370  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Cheerleaders convention on: September 04, 2013, 11:39:26 AM
Good news everyone!

It will take at least another 50 pages, before you guys realize, it's time to close this idiotic thread and replace it with official announcement ONLY thread.

This was from page 193 and we are at 273. Disappointed indeed. You morons have produced 80 pages of useless drivel and demonstrated your illiteracy in finance, investing and management in every imaginable way. Looks like we have two types of cheerleaders -  confused fan-boys aka "cheerleaders A" and confused trolls aka "cheerleaders B".

I must say, this is like a retarded cheerleaders convention. Maybe you guys ( iCEBREAKER, Stuartduck, Mabsark and the rest of you) should give each other few medals and fuck off for good. How about trolling ASICmining? They have 600+ pages of mostly useless blabberings - it almost begs for your worthless input.

Now, lets get back to the topic.
Ken, have you started to negotiate the NDA, used so well to keep us all in the dark?
BTW, 15th is coming up. You promised to publish financial statements on 15th of every month. I still do not see the July statement. Can this 1 million dollar Co make it happen this month?

I bet I am not the only one, who likes to see the following
(as requested previously)

1) updated roadmap
2) high level project plan (task list, back log or what ever you like to call it) with milestones, dates and cost estimates
3) detailed, short term project plan with milestones, dates and cost estimates
4) regular updates to 1-3
5) financial statements like CF, PL
6) update balance sheet

And pleas, do not tell us you can not do it because of that NDA. This is bull shit and you know it.
Compile requested documents and get a fkn approval form eASIC. Daaaa....

I have to repeat this. These are legit concerns and requests.
1371  Economy / Securities / Re: ActiveMining Overview and Speculation Thread on: September 01, 2013, 07:14:07 PM
The orderbook is getting stacked up right now...There has been a big dump of Labcoin in the past few hours as the stocks have switched places.

I was hoping for a better bottom to add to my position, we shall see.

Big dump? Switched places? What are you talking about? It basically the same as it was.
1372  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 01, 2013, 06:24:31 PM
Let's go down, deep down and touch the .. center of the earth  Grin
Lets not because I'm here and don't even want to be. Lets go up so I can get my money back and then it can go down. Ken is bringing news tomorrow to officially announce the eASIC deal. I hear it on IRC channel.

Proof?
Obviously, the comment was BS. At least it would have been if you read the status of my position. I accidentally bought a bunch of shares of ActM a couple hours ago in an attempted buy-in of Labcoin at prices that were 15% above the going rate at the time, i.e., it was trading at .0031 and I bought at .003499. I'll say anything to get the price to go back up at this point.

Ok but it could be worse. What the chance of it going lower and what's the chance of LC going higher in the same time period? It's possible you're going to have opportunistic cost from staying in ACTM.

I honestly hope this dumping keeps going on for a couple weeks.
I have some BTC tied up in some other investments and if they do well I would love to go all-in ACTM asap

The long-term (1 year) potential of Activemining is through the roof, any long term shareholders that didn't expect a lull period are kidding themselves, please keep the dump coming boys and girls

Me too but maybe there will be big wall at 0.0025 because few will want to sell for less than they bought in. Anyways i'm glad i'm out.
1375  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 01, 2013, 11:08:52 AM
For the people planning on selling their Labcoin shares to jump back into ActM when things pick up: I'm not sure there is actually enough people selling to get in low. If there was a sudden shift in momentum it's only like one or two bigger orders back to .006 - .007 for the most part. Good luck though!

Correct. As I've pointed out twice in the past few days these price moves are on very low volume. 10k sale is moving price a long way down - and the reverse will be true. So when people try to get back in (even before news) they will be in for a surprise. Any money you might make in Labcoin will be taken back off you by ACtM sellers when you try to get back in. lol I'll say thanks in advance on their behalf.

That just means you should act now before someone else does and sends the price crashing down.

Look at it like this though. If you have 100 ActM shares and sell them for 0.002 BTC, you'll have 0.2 BTC. That'll get you 50 Labcoin shares at 0.004 BTC. If you sell those Labcoin shares for 0.01 BTC in 2 weeks, you'd have 0.50 BTC. You could rebuy 100 ActM shares at 0.0050 BTC without taking a loss. If you rebought ActM at 0.0025, you could buy 200 shares.

I agree but you're saying like 0.01 Labcoin is set in stone. Not arguing with you but where do you get this confidence from?
1376  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: September 01, 2013, 10:01:40 AM
The way I see it the question here is not if the NDA will succeed and ATCM will deliver in the near future. You (we) can bet on this and stay-in but the movement that is happening right now is that ACTM will probably tank until NDA is lifted. It's all about these news related movements. Meanwhile while this is happening there are other options which will deliver sooner than ACTM and people will rush/have rushed into that. So Mabsark isn't off here.

Question is how long will it take for eAsic and ACTM to seal the deal and how fast can we get back on board. I guess it's pretty sure to say it won't happen at least for couple of days, after that I have no idea...
1377  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: August 31, 2013, 01:50:10 PM
How beneficial is this shroud of secrecy really for the 2 partners and how detrimental is it for the shareholders? What kind of information can they hide from their competition that they don't otherwise have? Or what information could they use anyways?
1378  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread on: August 31, 2013, 01:45:00 AM
There are lots of things that should not be covered by NDA.

What about controller board designs? You're going to need a ton of PCBs, have you guys figured out the design? Do you have the BOM and the gerber files?  Have you contracted a PCB Mfg to produce the boards? What about an SMT line for assembly? What about the interface protocol and software support?

None of that stuff should be covered by an NDA or even related to eAsic (unless you're having them do the boards as well, but then there's still no reason to have an NDA)

I hope these good questions won't get avoided, again.
1379  Economy / Securities / Re: ActiveMining Overview and Speculation Thread on: August 30, 2013, 08:13:42 PM
Rumour has is that Cointerra/HashFast and KNC are better alternatives. But I really don't want to buy miner to do it solo and i'm also wary of the group buys. Is there an IPO at one of these 3? We all know that solo miners take the short end no matter how "advanced" their chips are, especially if you're not "first in the line".

What is the better alternative than ACTM?

This "rumor" you're referencing is advice from the trolls over in the other ActiveMining thread. I highly suggest you do your own research, do not trust the opinion of these people.

I would have to be knowledgable in this field (know about chip development etc) to come a sensible answer. Since i'm not, i can be easily swayed in different directions and that a problem. I also don't spot the trolls so easily, especially if they mix techical discussion in there. That's why I'm asking starter question and hopefully get even more answers so I can make a less clueless decision.

Currently I am invested in ACTM but at the same time on the lookout for other options.

iCEBREAKER's latest comment on "Re: [BTC-TC] CryptX introduces the PETA-MINE - IPO launched" thread.

"I've learned an expensive/valuable lesson today, by missing the opportunity to buy cheap Ice.Drill/ACTM shares on BF because my coins are stuck in BTCT's completely shitty manual withdrawal queue."
