Is it because of the very high salary demands that Liverpool intend to sell Mohamed Salah?
It is worth exploring further regarding information Liverpool are considering Mohamed Salah to let follow Sadio Mane.

Indeed Liverpool have Diaz who is projected to be a promising future Liverpool player coupled with Liverpool's official signing of Darwin Nunez, but for now, allowing Mohamed Salah to follow Sadio Mane is not the right time.

Liverpool have signed new players so wouldn't be much surprised if Liverpool don't try to meet salary demands of Salah but honestly they both should try to come up to something. Salah contract extensions talk started at starting of this year but till now nothing has progressed. With one years left on his contract it is likely that he will be leaving if they don't agree upto something.

Honestly I don't want to see him go out of Liverpool. He has done great under Liverpool and lot to offer still.

Gabriel Jesus to Arsenal is very close. The deal is agreed between the clubs and now only thing remains is to discuss the personal terms and Jesus will join Arsenal. Massive break in transfer window for Spurs as with Laca and Auba leaving the club, we needed a tough striker and Jesus is a perfect striker. Can't wait to see him in red next season.

Manchester United has been slow to take advantage of the transfer market this season. Indeed, there are still many internal matters where Erik ten Hag will find it increasingly difficult to fix the formations. On the other hand, Liverpool and Manchester City are so quick to take advantage of this situation so that they are increasingly in front to lead the English League next season. Support for Erik ten Hag is still so lacking that it looks like a lot of work has to be postponed. De Jong also never finished signing his contract.

Slow only this season? They have been slow in transfer window for quite some seasons now. They dragged so much time getting Sancho so yeah they do take quite a time. The thing is that they always bid below than expected and when the club gives them a bid to match to let the player leave they always try to propose them a bid lower to that + add ons. So in short, their proposal always falls short of what the club expects them to match. It's the same story going on with De Jong right now.

Kalvin Phillips to City is reported to be in advanced stages. Fee is reported to be around 42m so this is a great signing for City. With Fernandinho leaving the club they did need a holding midfielder and Phillips is a great target. He has PL experience and is good at his position so a very good transfer target in my opinion.

Yeb i also think that is a Help and a great deal for both Dortmund and Haller and the good thing is that he knows the German League.
The needed support and help for him to score goals is already there and should be not a problem.

Oh yeah you are right, Sebastian Haller played for Frankfurt before moving to West Ham so yeah he does have Bundesliga experience. So I don't think he is gonna take much time adjusting. Besides like I said Dortmund is a great team and has lot of players like Bellingham, Reyna, Brandt, Hazard , Reus who can  give an enormous support to Haller.

Priority Arsenal than Manchester United with reason more playing time I think is not really good option for Gabriel Jesus. He loss chance can play on UEFA Champion League with Arsenal than Tottenham Hotspur get ticket for participating on Champion League. I think Gabriel Jesua still have chance get more playing time with Tottenham Hotspur but on right winger aide replace position from Lucas Moura and Dejan Kulusevski. Central forward will be placed for Harry Kane and Son get his regular position on right winger side.

I think the main reason of Jesus leaving City was lack of playing minutes. With a squad so dense it was evident that most of the players would not find playing minutes. I think he won't make a move to Spurs when there is already a high class striker as Kane and players already at other wing positions as it will be the same situation there, unless Conte changes formation which I find very hard. The thing is there is no guarantee while at Arsenal he can easily play as a striker with not much competition at that position.

Although I do agree that CL ticket is a huge factor and can turn things around.

Also looks like the deal with Dortmund and Haller is fix now.

That is a great deal for Dortmund. Dortmund needed someone to fill in for Haaland and Haller should be a great fix for them. Well not as well as Haaland but he can do most part of the job done. Haller had a great last season at Ajax but teammates helped him a lot and same will be required at Dortmund. Dortmund has some great talents and I think he is gonna love there a lot.

Honestly I thought Dortmund will go for a young replacement but well they needed a scorer and Haller scored good amount of goals for Ajax.

I still wonder why he had to leave Inter Milan to begin with.

Well Chelsea needed a striker as Werner wasn't working much for them. They needed a strong striker and they thought Lukaku would be an ideal candidate for that. On the other hand, Lukaku also thought that he can make a difference there but it started well but he dropped on his form and had a bad relation with coach and that drifted away things for Lukaku. Now he wants to get back to team where he had good relation with and good form in so he is interested in Serie A return. No one predicted that things will go wide this much for Lukaku at Chelsea. Everyone thought he can make some good contributions at Chelsea so he then made a move to Chelsea.

Liverpool refused to meet Salah's demands like 400 thousand pounds per week. This is quite alarming for his future with Liverpool. Some sources say that Liverpool want to keep him for longer years but it is really hard to do this if they don't want to pay the amount Salah wants. He is undoubtedly the most important player of the team now and he deserves a much better contract. Liverpool shouldn't be stingy about this otherwise they can be a lot weaker than this when he wants to leave for free at the end of next season.

Yeah this one seems like quite a problem. Liverpool already lost Mane and losing Salah will be quite some blow to the team. Still I think they do have players but to make and develop them to the Salah's level will take quite some time. It's better to give a contract extension even for a short period until the new players develop.

Liverpool who has a pretty good defense is constantly trying to improve their defense by buying young players (defenders). Ramsay is officially bought by Liverpool from aberdeen, even though he's still young but I'm sure Klopp will give him the opportunity to play a few matches.

I haven’t seen him play, his signing doesn’t excite me but who am I to question Klopp. Even if this signing just allows TAA to rest a few more games per season it could be good. I don’t watch Scottish football but fingers crossed Ramsay can be another Klopp genius signing like Robertson was from Hull for £8,000,000.
Liverpool signings have been spot on ever since Klopp came in. I haven't seen any player that they signed and has gone waste. Diaz , Konate, Tsimikas , Minamino ...and so all have been wonderful signings. It's all about how well the coach uses those new signings and Klopp is very good in handling his players. He always maintains a good relationship with his players which is very essential inside a team.

Borussia Dortmund offered 33 million Euro to Ajax for Sebastien Haller. We know Haller is one of the best strikers on the market. He had an excellent season with 34 goals. Dortmund, who lost Haaland, can only close the gap by making such a star transfer. I think they made a very good move. We learned that the player is willing to play in Germany. I think this transfer will happen and Borussia Dortmund will continue on their way without losing strength in terms of attack.
That's an interesting rumour and should be a great move. Ever since he move away from West Ham to Ajax, he is having a great season and is scoring quite some goal for Ajax. Without a proper goal scorer now for Dortmund, they do need a striker and Haller seems to be a great as he has lot of potential and lot of room to develop.

Despite Mane’s age being 30, which is a major disadvantage in the world of football, he still shows much strength and physicality, he still looks strong on the pitch and always running. I belive he could see off his 3 years contract at Bayern munich. Liverpool have gotten a good deal with Sadio Mane on their hands I mean not every player at age 30 will still be worth 40million euro. Surely he will perform well at Bayern Munich.
30 years is still not very old in my opinion and I agree with what you say, his age is not a barrier to staying competitive.
He's still very worthy of a player and his form hasn't shown any signs of slowing down at the moment.
I'm still pretty sure he will put in a good performance at Bayern and although the competition hasn't started yet and we haven't seen how he adapts but for a player like Mane I have no doubts about his performance in the Bundesliga next season.
came to replace Lewandowski at Bayern I think Mane is decent enough, he is 3 years younger than Lewandowski and Mane's form at the moment is still quite good, I also have no doubts about that.
and if this rumor is realized, Bayern are very lucky to get quality players like Sadio Mane at a very cheap price because Mane's contract with Liverpool only has 1 year left, like it or not Liverpool have to let him go this season if they don't want him to leave for free next season .

And Lewandowski is not performing? How do you come with that. In last two years he has broke so many records including Gerd Muller's record of having scored the most goals in a season. IIRC Lewandowski scored 42-43 goals to break the record which goes to show he has been in exceptional form in last couple of years. Yeah Mane is also a talented player but we can't compare them as both plays in different position. As for Lewandowski out of form as you said^^, I strongly disagree.

Romelu Lukaku finally came to an agreement at the end that Chelsea have agreed Romelu Lukaku on loan to Inter Milan for 10 million euros plus the addition, so Inter Milan will get Romelu Lukaku back and I hope he can shine again there even on loan.
In this way Chelsea will certainly look for a replacement for Romelu Lukaku who left for Inter.
Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1538570259006996482

Inter Milan are really doing some impressive additions to strengthen the squad, and they are getting some great deals for next to free, I don't think Lukaku would have any problem settling back in to the Squad. it's great profit for Inter at the end, given how much Chelsea paid for just a year ago, they also signed Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana on a free transfer, and are also on the verge of recruiting Mkhitaryan, He might not be a top rated player, but I'm sure I'll bring some additional energy to the team would be perfect replacement for departed Ivan Perisic.

Add Juventus star Dybala in too and that will definitely make everything ready for Inter to kick things off next season. Inter have been the most active in the transfer window compared to any other team in Serie A. Last season they were close to winning Serie A but this time they wants to make no mistake and keep everything ready.

Cool move for Sardio Mane I wish him good luck in he's New club.He was under paid for the credible job he did for Liverpool side , I think he deserves better than what he was paid ,doesn't make sense to me how he was treated in Liverpool that lead to his departure. During their matches ,Most times he does the job while others takes the credit.

I think Sadio Mane has achieved everything there is to achieve with Liverpool, and about his pay I'm very sure how would have gotten a better pay upgrade should he decide to renew his contract, but he seemed to be more interested in embarking on a new challenge, and the club that has been his home for many years decide to honor his decision. Even as an outsider, I hate to see him live, and I'm not sure it can get any better than it was with Liverpool.
Yes he is looking for new challenges and getting out of his comfort zone so that it can improve his experience by trying out a new League. Although his new team is a team with high dominance in the Bundesliga. I'm wondering whether this will reduce Mane's quality to be competitive or not, because it looks like in his new team he will get things easily.

With Lewandowski likely to leave Bayern, he will enjoy the spotlight in Bundesliga this season or in next season. I don't think it will affect Mane's performance and instead he will have good career there given the difficulty in Bundesliga. Mane has got the pace, strength and much better play style and I think he will have no problem adjusting at Bayern.

Barcelona still want more than €90m for their talented midfielder Frenkie de Jong. Manchester United are hoping them to decrease their asking price by €10m or €15m to be more eager about signing him. Manchester United should be aiming some other transfers to finish also and they don't want to pay this much money. On the other hand I don't expect Barcelona to decrease the transfer fee by this much. I wonder if Manchester United will still be convinced to sign him despite this.
I think Manchester United will reconsider if Barcelona stick to the price they paid for de Jong, and they will look for another player if they don't get this player. But this depends on Manchester United themselves, if they believe and believe that at such a price it will be comparable to the game from de Jong, I believe they will agree on that.

It's doable as Frenkie De jongs salary will be a problem next year so Barcelona wants to rake in as much money as they can from the de Jong's sale. The earlier bid of 60m bid was denied and they are preparing another bid of 70 m + add ons. It should be a good addition into United squad but I won't call it an impactful signing.  De Jong has lot of potential but he hasn't fully developed yet.

Erik ten Hag's first season as Man Utd manager wouldn't make difference in comparison with the poor performance of his predecessors, however if the management and board of the club gives him more time to rebuild the team definitely he is going to make some progress and impact on the club in the long run, with exit of players like Edinson Cavani, Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata, Nemanja Matic and Paul Pogba at the end of last season, this gives room for fresh talented players who will form the core of Erik ten Hag new Man Utd squad gradually restore their last glory which is a gradual process.
Man United's current condition is really messy, so it won't be easy for Ten Hag to fix everything, at least he really should be given plenty of time (maybe it takes 2 seasons). In addition, there must also be support from the boards because what is certain is that Man United will need a lot of money to replace the many players who have left Man United and for that, Ten Hag must not waste it, which he should sign players who can really be useful to the team (not signing high-priced players who end up being a joke, like Solksjaer did when he got Maguire).
I agree with this^^ . Given the current state and the manager they are hiring they should try atleast giving some time to manager to make the squad strong again. It's a tough task but they have to make some impactful signings in order to build up the squad. ten Haag took some time to build the squad at Ajax and he will definitely take more time to build squad at United but he will at point make a better squad than what it is now. I like the areas where they are targetting players in transfer market but let's see how well those signings go off.
1379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 18, 2022, 08:28:45 PM
Even though Arsenal have completed the transfer of Fabio Vieira they are still thinking of making a move for Youri Tielemans as well. I think that a probable Tielemans transfer would add a lot of power to Arsenal's midfield. Maybe they will have many options there but Tielemans wouldn't have any problem on gaining a permanent position in the starting eleven as long as he doesn't have any problem with adaptation. They are still after Gabriel Jesus too which shows that they don't care about spending a lot of money now.

They already have players in midfield so I am not so much sure what they are thinking. Lot of players will be sitting on the bench or possible that maybe they will change bit of formation to play most of them out. With Haaland's transfer I am sure Jesus won't cost around much and should easily fall under Arsenal's budget. Tielemans on other hand might be a difficult one since he is a crucial player for Leicester.
1380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 18, 2022, 08:02:38 PM
The Serie A might be a good choice for Gabriel Jesus if he is going to join one of the rumoured teams which are Milan and Juventus. Otherwise I don't think that the Serie A is very good for him. He is more likely to join Arsenal these days as they seem to be closing in on signing him. Arsenal will have to spend quite a lot money to finish this deal but they still don't seem worried about that. Because they are in a big need of a decent striker and they don't have so many good options.

Both the teams you mentioned already has players. AC Milan recently got Divock Origi and have Zlatan and Giroud also , if you talking about Inter then they also have Lautaro Martinez, Dzeko and there is possibility of Lukaku playing for them next season. As for Juventus, they recently bought Vlahovic so I don't think they also need to buy a player around 50m and just keep him on the bench. City is reported to be expecting around 50-60m mark for Jesus so I think it's not hard for Arsenal. Besides with Lacazette and Auba gone, we do need a consistent and filled with potential striker.
