I have tried "setgenerate true" and "setgenerate true -1" and still cant get the cpu mining. Is there something I am missing. I looked in the appdata debug but can't find it in there also.

Thanks

Don't know what this means but here it is: height=551  powheight=551  trust=552  moneysupply=110200.00  posmint=0.00

I must be blind as a bat because I don't see my speed in the log in appdata.

Can anyone post a full 280x config?  I am struggling to get over 2.3MHs.

I am getting 2.99 with this simple bat: sgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://east1.us.stratum.dedicatedpool.com:8004 -u "YOURUSERNAME" -p "YOURPASSWORD" -I 19 -w 128
I have to keep my core at 975 and mem at 1500. If I clock my core higher I actually have lower Mh/s

@ozzy1926

Did you set the wallet qt to "-server"? Without the quotes.

Here is what  I see.

280X Miner 2.977 Mh/s    Dedicated shows 3.030 Mh/s
270x&270  3.764 Mh/s    Dedicated shows  3.986 Mh/s

I know that Dedicated fluctuates by the minute but it seems to be showing the hash rate.

I also ran the 270 and 270X on same bat because I got the .dll error if I seperated them.

The bulk of the profit is my 780. The 750Ti's are earning about 0.012btc a day. Havent done a full day yet to be sure though

So if I get that right then I have the potential with my 12 750ti's of earning 0.052 BTC per day at Nice Hash?
1368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] cudaMiner & ccMiner CUDA based mining applications [Windows/Linux/MacOSX] on: May 18, 2014, 08:47:48 PM
At current BTC price that 0.085 Sync is worth 0.061819 BTC, which is $27.51. I believe my math is correct.

I'd take that any day of the week right now. With only 4 maybe 3 days left to mine this. I am getting all I can. I am in the same boat with about 0.085 Sync per day. I already sold my take from last night of mining.

is it seriously staying at that price? thats like maxcoin style

It is fluctuating all over the place. I sold at 0.64 BTC. Then it dropped to 0.5 went back up to 0.741BTC. It is selling on BitTrex. Just keep an eye on where you want to sell.

Yea, these seems to be really profitable right now.  I think I'll have to dig out a couple more 660s which do pretty well on x11.
Also throwing a few MH of CPU at it right now also. I normally don't do that but with this coin it's worth it for a few days.

I agree. I went all in with about 31 Mh/s and expecting about 0.105 Sync per day. If the price holds steady I'll be happy.

I'm at dedicated http://sync.v2.dedicatedpool.com/index.php They seem to be having the occasional stratum disconnect issue.

12 mh/s gets about 0.055 sync per day.

I just put on 15 18.3 mh/s to the same pool and the pool stats page is showing 0.044 0.085 sync per day. Sad
Diff must be going up fast?!?!?

Must just take a few minutes to settle in.

Jump on Sync Coin while you can. Hurry.

Mining solo or using a pool (which one)?

Thanks

I am at dedicated. I haven't tried solo even with 10 750ti's. The diff when I started was at 500 it is at 1,083 right now.

Hey,

could someone give me a hint what is the best coin to mine with 6 750tis right now? I was away for some weeks and I would really appreciate if someone could suggest a good coin Smiley

Thanks a lot.

1373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Open Source XPM Pool + GPU Miner (aka. madPrimeMiner) on: May 14, 2014, 08:47:06 PM
i have 68CPD power

the profit calculator says i suppose to mine 55xpm a day with current diff, and through the last day i mined about 40xpm.
How-to calculate profit from CPD with MadMax's miner.

Quote
XpmPerDay = (CPD*(11 - Diffuculty) + CPD/32,27) * (1000 / Diffuculty^2)
Where 32,27 - coefficient 10ch number/11ch number
For example 68CPD with difficulty 10,95:
XpmPerDay = (68*0,05 + 68/32,27) * (1000 / 119,9025) = (3,4 + 2,1) * 8,34 = 45,87XPM
Pool fee: 2,2935XPM
Total: 43,5765, it's like about 40xpm Smiley

It seems, calculator uses different coefficient, not 32,27.

Radeon R9 290X with diffuculty 10,95 mines 0,558 block/day (using 10ch version).. 11ch shows 0,47cpd + some 10ch shares (I can say how much shares, no statistics). If shares more than 2, 11ch version more profitable since diffuculty reach 10,95 Smiley

Thanks for the quick calculator and break down.

If anyone can answer me this.

I am up and running about 2 days now. I think I registered on CryptoBullionPools correctly.

I see no stats on my stats page though. Does that mean I did something wrong? I also show no valid team points or 24 hour folding points. Or no payouts.

1376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore XPM GPU Miner discussion on: May 13, 2014, 08:07:11 PM

I was mainly concerned the max diff hasn't risen after finding 10ch. I thought I read that if max diff isn't above current diff then I have no chance at finding a block. Just dknow what makes the max diff rise.

You mean max diff like in

Tue May 13 22:46:12 2014
New Block: 542038 - Current Diff: 10.942038
Total/Valid blocks: [ 0 / 0 ]  -  Max diff: 10.531706
        [    4ch] [    7ch] [    8ch] [    9ch] [   10ch] [   11ch] [   12ch]
 Total: [  4926K] [   4944] [    573] [     57] [      5] [      0] [      0]
  ch/h: [ 169920] [170.522] [ 19.763] [  1.966] [  0.172] [  0.000] [  0.000]
Estimated CPD:  4.8297, Average CPD:  4.1389, Mining time: 28:59
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's just max diff of chains your miner found. So if it's lower than current diff then you haven't found any blocks yet.

Correct. It just that my Max Diff hasn't changed in over 20 hours now. I have added 6 more 10ch and countless other channels.

I am just wanting to know if something is wrong and I am wasting my time right now and need to change some settings. It is still finding channels but Diff hasn't changed like I said in over 20 hours.
1377  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore XPM GPU Miner discussion on: May 13, 2014, 04:49:07 PM
So I have found a total of twenty 10ch but only 1 block. 2 of my cards have been stuck at the same max diff for over 15 hours now after finding more than four 10ch each.

I just am just curios if I am wasting my time so I can move on to something else if needed.

With difficulty 10.94 now only 6 in 100 10ch will be valid blocks. Do you realise that? I think that CPD 10 (for example) will give per day about 1 11ch block and 0.6 10ch (with diff > 10.94) blocks. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Had no idea. Thanks.

Been runnig a R9 280x for 23 hours now. CPD is 4.6375 and I have found 8 10ch but my max difficulty has stayed at 10.770764 since the 3rd 10ch I have found.

Using an Intel Xeon L5520 here is my bat: NsXpmMiner.exe -o localhost:7332 -u YourLogin -p YourPassword -xpm "my wallet address" -di 0 Using version 8.0 solo.

Anything I might be able to change or add?

Does it matter which variation of the 750 ti you get?

1.  Have the dual fan versions outperformed the single fan versions?

2.  Is it worth it to get the most expensive 750 ti version that has higher clocks of 1294 in the gigabyte version?  These are $20 more ($179) than the standard OC versions on newegg.  Do they hash more or does it not matter because we can overclock all cards in the miner anyway.

3.  Any recommendations on cards with a 6pin power and cards without?  It would seem to be an advantage to have cards without since you would need less cables for running off a single PSU but what are people's thoughts?

I don't own a single 750 ti but I just ordered a single fan PNY, a dual fan Gigabyte superclock, and msi ti classic single fan version.

4.  Which leads me to my next question.  What have been the results from miners mixing and matching different branded 750 ti's in the same rig?  No Problems?  Can use same clocks for all without issues?

5.  Is there a best card/brand/type per dollar that has already been established?

Thanks for your input.

1. Can't answer all my cards are single fans. I have 5 Evga SC and 5 Msi OC

2. In my opinion, No. These cards all over clock good with a simple overclock tool. If you buy them locally the store might price match. I get mine at Fry's and they have priced matched everyone to NewEgg or MicroCenter.

3. All mine are non 6 pin. I have read the 6 pin version gets a tad bit more juice, but you are adding more wattage. So for me I perfer the Non 6 Pins.

4. I had mixed mine before I got 5 per card in the same rig. Just use the Overclock utility and you will be ok. I use Evga Precision. I use the fan controller to put each fan at 100% to test what cards are where. Then throttle it back down. In my instance for some reason Windows 7 does not detect them in order of 1-5 in the slots.

5. My favorite has been the Evga OC. Personally I am staying away from Asus for now on. I have 3 AMD cards from them and the fans are so much smaller that when they crank up on rpm's the noise is very, very audible. I can litterally put the MSI or EVGA next to my bed and you will barely here them. I don't have them in there but just to give you a comparison.

Last thing. One word of advice and it is VERY important. When installing them you do not need a super powerful PSU. BUT make sure you do not put more than 2 on one daisy chain from the power supply. I have read people who have had melted power connections. These daisy chains are not powered to run 3 or more cards on each. I have 5 on a 550 watt power supply with no issues. It has 3 seperate daisy chains and I have 2 on each and the 5th on one by itself connected to the hard drive. My biggest power supply I have is 860 watts but I only got that to be ready for the 880 when it comes out.
