My MSi GTX 780 Lightning  gets 2700-2800 in my miner program .
but i saw 4 Mhz on the pool website for a short moment.
it is now lower again.

my clocks are also slowly rising .
GPU utilization kicks in and lowers clocks in the beginning , then it slowly goes up.

something tells me , thats not right.
it is only doing that when it is not breaking a sweat .
so it could do better i believe.
i think the program needs a bit more tweaking .

i also get a lot of validate errors , with both ccminer30 and ccminer35, speeds are similar on both .exe

(x11)
Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I realize that higher GPU load higher hashrate , anyone know how to get GPU load to run 90% stable ? It keep swinging 60 - 80% average of 70%

Amazing! Cheesy

Do you include the new overclock friendly drivers and ccminer in the latest version?
I saw you posted a manual patch in your thread...

I've been away from the nvidia mining rig for a long time now, only have remote for now. Haven't been able to test your os, but it looks great.

Yes, of course I will include all above in next release Smiley

I am using evga gtx 750 ti SC but i am not able to get my card to run 1.7 mh for x11. Its only running 1.2 - 1.3 mh. All my setting is +0. The gpu load always run around 70% TDP 50%. I am using windows 8.1. Need advise to improve hashrate.

Is this when you trying to run just 1 card or several at the same time? When I run 4 simultaneously I can only get about 1.5mh/s per card. With the same OC I get 1.65mh/s to 1.7mh/s with only 1 card active.

I am only running 1 card. I only have a single card now. What OC setting u use ? i saw someone on earlier post (using same model) getting 1.75 mh each running 5 cards. What is your GPU load ?

I've got 1310Mhz on the core and zero overclock on the memory. These are two fan Gigabyte 750Ti cards and with all 4 cards active they are at 80% load each according to GPUz.

i keep getting 70% load. Is there any additional command i need to run to get the GPU usage higher ? for example AMD have that setx gpu_max_alloc_percent , do ccminer have some sort of environment setting i need to do ?

try this in the .bat

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
ccminer35.exe -a x11 -d gtx780 -o stratum+tcp://europe1.darkcoin.miningpoolhub.com:20465 -O worker.user:password

still GPU utilization that kicks in and lowers my clocks and performance .

GPU load is low too and varies a lot .

Does it matter which variation of the 750 ti you get?

1.  Have the dual fan versions outperformed the single fan versions?

2.  Is it worth it to get the most expensive 750 ti version that has higher clocks of 1294 in the gigabyte version?  These are $20 more ($179) than the standard OC versions on newegg.  Do they hash more or does it not matter because we can overclock all cards in the miner anyway.

3.  Any recommendations on cards with a 6pin power and cards without?  It would seem to be an advantage to have cards without since you would need less cables for running off a single PSU but what are people's thoughts?

I don't own a single 750 ti but I just ordered a single fan PNY, a dual fan Gigabyte superclock, and msi ti classic single fan version.

4.  Which leads me to my next question.  What have been the results from miners mixing and matching different branded 750 ti's in the same rig?  No Problems?  Can use same clocks for all without issues?

5.  Is there a best card/brand/type per dollar that has already been established?

Thanks for your input.

1. Can't answer all my cards are single fans. I have 5 Evga SC and 5 Msi OC

2. In my opinion, No. These cards all over clock good with a simple overclock tool. If you buy them locally the store might price match. I get mine at Fry's and they have priced matched everyone to NewEgg or MicroCenter.

3. All mine are non 6 pin. I have read the 6 pin version gets a tad bit more juice, but you are adding more wattage. So for me I perfer the Non 6 Pins.

4. I had mixed mine before I got 5 per card in the same rig. Just use the Overclock utility and you will be ok. I use Evga Precision. I use the fan controller to put each fan at 100% to test what cards are where. Then throttle it back down. In my instance for some reason Windows 7 does not detect them in order of 1-5 in the slots.

5. My favorite has been the Evga OC. Personally I am staying away from Asus for now on. I have 3 AMD cards from them and the fans are so much smaller that when they crank up on rpm's the noise is very, very audible. I can litterally put the MSI or EVGA next to my bed and you will barely here them. I don't have them in there but just to give you a comparison.

Last thing. One word of advice and it is VERY important. When installing them you do not need a super powerful PSU. BUT make sure you do not put more than 2 on one daisy chain from the power supply. I have read people who have had melted power connections. These daisy chains are not powered to run 3 or more cards on each. I have 5 on a 550 watt power supply with no issues. It has 3 seperate daisy chains and I have 2 on each and the 5th on one by itself connected to the hard drive. My biggest power supply I have is 860 watts but I only got that to be ready for the 880 when it comes out.

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks Wink

100% confirm. When not observing rig using remote access, card run at around 85% and running at stable 1.68 - 1.7 mh. OC setting doesn't seems to affect the speed. Using +0 and +x yield the same speed. Once i remote access rig, speed change to around 1.2 mh and once i log off, it goes back to stable speed 1.68 - 1.7 mh.

Since Blake is in cudaminer, and also used in ccminer by other algos.
Is there a difference of speed between the implementation in cudaminer and the one in ccminer ?

no, it's linux OS ready for mining (Kubuntu based)
but it's extremaly simple to start and use, even you are not familiar with Linux yet

i guess thats the price to pay for using windows (10% reduce performance)

it would be great if ccminer shows current difficulties.

--debug  or -D in .bat will show diff

EDIT:

can --interactive , -i  be added to ccminer ?
just like cudaminer has that option?

i wonder if that will improve my performance .
if i set -i 0

but ccminer does not understand the code yet.

i guess

ccminer30.exe -a x11 -d gtx760 -o pool:port -O worker.user:password

or

ccminer30.exe -a x11 -d 0 -o pool:port -O worker.user:password

try it.

EDIT:
And look in the ccminer "READ ME" file for extra info , it is located in the program files folder of ccminer.
