All of these threads cropping up about BTC-E failing to restore access to customer accounts and funds are centred around the claimant being asked by BTC-E to provide a set of identity proofs and the details of previous transactions but, when said proof is provided, the response by BTC-E support is to cancel the support ticket and throw around accusations of fraud without any evidence to support such being shown by them.
This kind of behaviour is not exactly unfamiliar to members of this community. It has always usually preceded an exchange collapsing in some fashion.
Maybe this is true, maybe not... But I don't care, do you understand this simple fact? This is not my business while you're baselessly claiming the otherwise. As far I remember, Snowden has a residency permit, which was recently prolonged for the next five years. Thereby he can't be extradited unless he committed some serious crime in Russia, something like mass shooting. Even Putin himself can't do it.

А возможно-ли интерфейс локального кошелька оформить в виде плагина к браузеру? При первоначальной настройке выбор-хранить базу локально или как тонкий клиент работать. И сам валлет локально/в облаке.
Сейчас это привычней чем отдельные окна программ.
Представились кнопки на сайтах. Отправка платежа криптовалютой в пару кликов прямо из браузера.
можно, думаю, такое оформить... оформлять команды для api кошеля и вперде не только. сам кошель ставится как плагин браузера. одной кнопкой в каталоге плагинов. без закачки клиента и установки. Клиент всё равно где-то должен быть, в том или ином виде, иначе кто будет проверять корректность транзакций? Полновесным и независимым он быть не может, поскольку модель безопасности большинства браузеров не позволяет прямые подключения по TCP/IP, да и доступное для хранения данных место тоже ей ограничивается. Есть вариант пробросить TCP порт клиента в браузер через вебсокеты, тогда на JavaScript можно будет реализовать маленькую и очень упрощенную версию клиента.
