1361  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Satoshi came out with bitcoin2.0 would you use it? let`s say he used his keys on: May 05, 2019, 02:54:03 PM
I think this whole Satoshi thing is irrelevant. Why should we care about him (let's suppose Satoshi is/was a 'he')? We got ten bloody years of experience a disappointing one.

I know, some people are just happy with bitcoin as is, I'm not, along with 99.999% percent of human population on the planet who still live under a corrupted monetary system which is run by central banks and governments and bitcoin has done almost nothing for them. Let bitcoin whales and  a bunch of smarties alone with their wealth and hobbies, people need a far more efficient alternative.

Bitcoin is the most promising technology in recent decades and the most disappointing one at the same time, thanks to junior technocrats who confidently and arrogantly resist change by sticking to their 'soft-fork' obsession and their "let's feel super smart" addiction.

It is not Satoshi's job, it is our responsibility and it is not about making fantasies about a utopic super-coin with magical power. It is about specific urgent technical improvements that we desperately need to overcome two major problems with current bitcoin: performance and centralization of mining.

It is not even about the solution, it is about the determination and will, it is about commitment. So instead of what op is asking I prefer to ask:

How committed you are to help with creating a truly decentralized and scalable Bitcoin?

Ain`t nobody making a utopic super coin with magical power, the coin is there it is called bitswift, with decentralized voting, fair distribution, basic income and file sharing. It is just a matter of getting people to use it. and refining it a bit so it is easier accessible and understandable to the general public.

I am 100% committed as you can tell by my post, I even shove it in the bankers face everytime I walk past a bank, shove it to politicians look at my tweets Wink  but no one seems to notice, no one seems to care. They will in the future, they will be foced to, you are right though, I AINT WAITING FOR SATOSHI ANYMORE, in fact I am starting to despise the man, unless he actually did get killed by the "elite". I have showed the future of bitcoin, People are just blinded by greed. Sometimes you need to give up a ok thing for a great thing.

The reason I wanted to satoshi to help as you can tell by this poll at the start of the post, he has the power and network of miners/people to get the ball rolling a lot faster. I know how to make it work within bitcoin itself, But hey, fuck it, I do me now. You want things done right, you got to do them yourself.

Maybe because you've inputted to its title 'token' that's why it's moved in the Altcoin Discussion, above anything else you still have a good point and people would read this if they find it substantial and even it's not in the Bitcoin forums.
I also have a way to tie it into bitcoin. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5137618.0

Watch the simulation as supplies get less.
Why do kids in the future get born into a 100% premined coin? Do we start 100m race or any sport before everyone shows up at a set time? or because we showed up early to the race do we start to right away?
1367  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold exist 1000+ years. while bitcoins exist 10 years. on: May 05, 2019, 05:05:45 AM
Gold exist for over a 1000+ years maybe? Bitcoin only 10 years. Also the internet existed about 25+ years. Bitcoin price is higher than gold by over 200%. I think the value of Bitcoin is going to sky rocket once again. When technology gets more advance n the Bitcoin system upgrades. Just another speculation.

Watch this if you want gold to replace fiat Wink https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7TLFyK_3Pk

not to sure why the admins moved this thread again away from the bitcoin forums, making all the links I sent people stale. THIS IS WHAT BITCOIN SHOULD BE! now this thread is stuck with a bunch of $laves trying to pump some b.s. to gain more $lave $ystem money, ahh well. I hope some of you see this.

Ancient Greece used to have a true democracy, the only reason they stopped was to many people came into circulation and they did not have blockchain tech, or computers, so they elected representatives. No one has tried it since, just voting people to vote for you is all I see and using other peoples money supply instead of a fair one is all I see. What good is bitcoin of fiat can buy it all up? A huge dishonesty in society is to accept paper money to define your purchasing power that is not a pure measurement. Manipulated by banks and governments using free press.

Bitswift de-listed from exchange bittrex and they still accept bitswift for their store. https://bitswift.shop/

I think this is the first coin to be useful after removed from all markets on coinmarket cap and centralized exchanges, "banks"

You can still obtain bitswift in their wallet or trade it.

Well done Bitswift. you are the first of your kind.
Well it's a good thing that they still collect the coin for their store, but the real question now is, how can one be able to make purchase of the coin since it has been delisted from all exchanges it was earlier listed, so if there is no way to make purchase of the coin, how can we then buy things using the coin, now you will see that the website is more or less useless especially to those that never had possession of the coin in the first place.

built in exchange in the wallet.
1375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think this is the first coin to be useful after removed from all markets on on: May 04, 2019, 11:11:17 AM
Actually it is not first for its kind. There are a lot of platform that has their own market or exchanges somehow. But it has different story. Why is has delisted? Is there any explanation about it?
can you give me another example of a token or coin on a exchange on coinmarket cap that got delisted that you can still buy stuff with, or even find the devs? I guess check their twitter, low trade volume.
1376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Using Bitcoins Formula and Blockchain, What token do you make? on: May 04, 2019, 09:42:13 AM
I like everything in this post except that part about the united nations running it, do we need them?. I made an account on this forum just for you thank you for opening my eyes. I been a long time reader, you made me a first time poster.

I mean you are bound by the laws in which country you reside in, however if we built a "big boat" people call them seastead`s https://www.thedailybeast.com/bitcoin-couple-nadia-thepdet-and-chad-elwartowski-face-death-penalty-for-seasteading-off-thailand this is why we need to call it a "big boat", we could live out in international waters anchor our "big boat" down and claim it as a island (so it would not longer be bound by the laws of U.N. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_waters, we would then be land, and we become our own nation. We could actually have more land than all of the countries combined atm.

We can win a major battle in the arms race and gain a new territory of freedom for several years.

Hey yo! Do you like high-quality hip-hop music? This track really shakes the speakers and makes me shake my head to the beat. Bitcoin and hip-hop are a cool combination  Cool https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HAwC0swp96I

1378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Using Bitcoins Formula and Blockchain, What token do you make? on: May 04, 2019, 08:12:46 AM
Decentralized voting, no longer must we vote people to vote for us.

File sharing to create digital passports and make sure everyone only has one account.

Decentralized exchanges, you keep your coins in your wallet until you trade, you don`t have to trust 3rd party sites that get hacked all the time. cough mt.gox etc etc

Duration mining, Time mining, UNIVERSAL BASIC INCOME

please note: I don`t know what the Bitswift vision is, I am just using his network as examples of the tech that could be used. I am not telling you to buy anything, shout out to Ardor network (showed me filesharing/voting), Bitswift (showed me time mining), Huntercoin(showed me the future), Blockchain(showed me the way), Groupcoin (gave me the idea for a fair money supply) and most of all Satoshi(gave this idea life).

This is my favorite:

https://youtu.be/eqxNbGvNamY - a Love Song for Satoshi Nakamoto Bitcoin Whitepaper. Made by Naomi Brockwell.
It is based on Taylor Swift's "Everything has Changed" rewritten with Love Song for Bitcoin.

Actually, since I've downloaded this song already so I always played this heartfelt music and added it on my playlist.

I added it to the list at the top, THANKS! IT IS GREAT!  Cry
