1361  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Popular Dice sites similar to PrimeDice? on: November 12, 2016, 10:31:51 AM
The 2nd most popular dice site is https://betking.io

We have had the most wagered of all dice sites (excluding PrimeDice) in the past 2 years, more than almost all of them combined.

We have the largest payouts due to our massive 6000 Bitcoin bankroll where you can win 185 Bitcoin in one roll.
1362  Economy / Securities / Re: BetKing.io - FOR SALE - 7100 BTC PROFIT - Bitcoin gambling site on: November 11, 2016, 10:22:39 AM
Announcing https://betking.io is for sale.

About BetKing:
BetKing is one of the oldest Bitcoin gambling sites, launched in April 2013, and has since grown to become the most
trusted and one of the most popular Bitcoin gambling sites.

BetKing offers the best provably fair Bitcoin dice (Hi-Lo) game.
Fast and easy to use with the largest max payout of any other Bitcoin dice site, 185 Bitcoin.

Here is the main Bitcoin Talk thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=910134.0

Over the two years BetKing has become the most trusted gambling Bitcoin site with a crowdfunded bankroll of 6200 Bitcoin.

Profit is over 7100 Bitcoin in past two years, most of which is this year.

Why Sell?
I have worked full time on BK for 3.5 years and I have some other projects I would like to pursue.
The right buyer would be able to improve BetKing for existing users and grow much larger than I can do alone.

What you get
The buyer will get full source code to the website, all domains related to BetKing and all social media accounts.
You will also get training and tutorials for running the day to day operations.
I will help you deploy the code to a new server.
I will also offer 2 months free support if you need it. This does not include adding new games/features.

What you don't get
Although currently BetKing has a crowdfunded bankroll a sale would only be made to someone who can provide their own bankroll.
You would want at least 800-1000 Bitcoin to keep BetKing having one of the highest max payouts but it could be less.
Any current investors would be cashed out before transfer of assets.
Any potential personal details of user accounts will be removed.
Gambling License. You will need to check the laws of operating a Bitcoin gambling site in your country.

Serious offers
Only serious offers should be made from buyers who can provide their own bankroll.
Offers should take into account the past profit of 7100 Bitcoin.
You can email admin@betking.io or pm on here. I can provide a pgp key if needed.
Profit/wagered stats for all games will be provided in a detailed report for serious buyers.

If no sale what happens to BetKing?
If there are no serious offers or I feel that the buyer is not going to run BetKing legit or to the standard that players expect then I will not sell and continue to work on improving and running BetKing as normal.
I am not looking for a rushed sale.

Feel free to ask any questions here or on email/site chat etc.

Thanks

Im quiet shocked  on this  news  which  betking.io is already for sale. Its really a  reputable gambling site  after all  these  years. If  you  are  making such  huge profits  why  you   intend to sell it?  If you gonna switch into  another   project , its still better to keep  this site as a  side  business though which  could really maximize  your  income  but  it really depends on the  time  you can  put on.  This  would  be  very expensive  and  i just want to  know what  would   be the initial  bid for this sale? So that other readers  of  potential  buyers  would  see also.

Running a casino is not something you can just leave on autopilot, especially when dealing with others funds (i.e. public bankroll).

Agree with you,  running a casino  would  really consumed  up your  time  because  you will need  to  interact and  need  to be active  most of the time to answer peoples  queries and  any  suggestions and  problems.  Leaving autopilot  is not  possible  for this  kind  of business, if  you have a  plan to  autopilot then  you  should hire someone but  its  not recommendable though. Better to  run it  on your  own.

@How  much  would  it cost  for this  famous gambling site?

Yeah it isn't realistic to run in spare time. If you don't stay active then players can move to other sites.
Even if your actual support time is low you still have to make yourself available to answer in timely fashion and top up hot wallet etc.

Regarding cost, I'm looking for offers and not wanting to put a price out there yet. The current highest offer is 1500 Bitcoin.

Hi
Thanks for the replies but Luptin has been selected as the manager for the campaign.
1365  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetKing.io - NEW DESIGN! Most trusted and popular crowdfunded Bitcoin Dice site on: November 09, 2016, 07:09:34 AM
Dean is a future scammer and he feels like coins there are all his.

He has already fucked plenty of people (myself included) in regards to simple shit like Affiliate system payouts n such.

Mark my words.

That is some heavy claims! Do you have proof? Any other issues apart from Affiliate system payouts? I would be interested in hearing more as I plan to invest heavy in BetKing, I already have most of my Bitcoin holdings there.

Feel free to PM if you need to.

Of course he has no proof. The guy's an idiot. He's jealous and held a grudge for over 2 years.

Regarding the investment bug, I'm still looking in to it. It works for me so unsure what's the problem right now.

I've always said though if you don't trust me just divest. We have a huge bankroll and I could bankrolll the site myself now anyway.

If you can bankroll the site yourself, which I m sure you can, why dont you do that? I dont see a point of being altruistic and letting people do it for you. Just hard to understand what s the catch.

Less risk.
Having a much higher bankroll shows how trusted we are.
Allows a much higher max bet than any other site, which high rollers like.

Ok, I understand. BTW, my investment is still, entering 4th week. I do not want to seem like a spoiled brat, just trying to figure out if there s some kind of pattern for profit. Do these profit waves take place from time to time or what? Cause in my other casino investment, I keep getting a small but constant plus. With Betking, negative.

It can come  in waves. There can be periods of lots of small winners then one big loser.
We've also had a pretty slow week for some reason in terms of wagered/traffic. That can happen now and again.

Yeah I was expecting a newbie account to be posting such outrageous claims, without posting references for proof.

Yeah the invest option is fine now, Sorted itself out.

Cheers Smiley

Good to hear. There is still a problem for a couple of people and I hope to fix it today.

Thanks

Seems fixed for everyone now

Got quite a few replies already via PM.
Obviously I need to look through the links I've been sent etc so I might not reply for a day or two to give other people time to submit.

I'll update soon.

As the title.

Here was the last one we run https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1331786.0
I believe Yahoo is running a different sig now or has an app.

Going to try this for longer this time with a bigger budget too, maybe until the end of the year if it's going good.

The manager must take care of every aspect of the campaign including:
registering users
checking for multi accounts
making sure no one is switching their signature at any time during the campaign (best to show me a script you use)
payment to users at the end of each week (I will obviously supply the funds)
define rules
deal with any queries or complaints from participants
manage and update a public spreadsheet showing users/payments/post counts etc (prefer if this was automated too)

I think ndnh has run campaigns where everything was automated so check out his previous campaigns and spreadsheets.

You must have run a large campaign before, post links.

Thanks

1373  Economy / Gambling / Re: Who is the best Bankroll among this sites and why? on: November 02, 2016, 02:26:04 PM
Primedice.com or Betking.io. Primedice never showed their bankroll but i think they have bigger bankroll than any other site.If you see the stats on dicesites.com most bitcoin wagered on primedice and i just saw their chat 2k+ online. So it's should be easy to think they got a big bankroll.Betking proved/Showed their bankroll in public.

The 2k online users in chat is either a bug or fake as pointed out in their thread.

I don't know if they actually have a bigger bankroll than BetKing. They very well could but I doubt Stunna would keep all his Bitcoin in the PrimeDice bankroll. When hufflepuff stole 2000 Bitcoin off them Stunna spoke of closing the site IIRC and ended up lowering the max payout per bet.

PrimeDice bankroll is certainly big enough though. The BetKing might even be too big.
1374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gambling Investments on: November 02, 2016, 12:19:32 PM
Casinos that are taking in investments these days should have proof of liabilities its a way for you to track all the funds in the site.
Something that looks similar to this. https://bitvest.io/liabilities if it don't have it you don't know if they have what they say they have.

Agreed, it has to be the new standard.

It's not a new thing at all. Just Dice was proving it years ago and BetKing used to.

We don't now because:
1) We don't need to now. I spent > 3.5 years building trust here. If you don't trust me don't invest, we already have 6300 invested.

2) The reason we don't have all funds in one address is actually because players would have accounts closed on Coinbase and exchange sites because they could track the withdrawals from gambling sites that prove funds.

I think any new site asking for investment that has not proven to be trustworthy, like bitvest, they should show proof of funds. I wouldn't invest in small sites that didn't.

But a site like BetKing or say Just Dice I don't see the need.

Wow! So cool to see Betking here. Sir as the largest casino (correct me if i'm wrong) in the crypto world are you not interested in adding some few coins? Or consider other games or even sportsbetting?

I think they are making way too much money with other coins to need to worry about that! haha

It's certainly not a top priority since if you look at the wagered volume of all alt coins on other sites it is very low.
However the new site is being built with multi currency support built in from the start so that if we do decide to add a new coin or currency we can.

Looking for feedback on a new feature.

As some of you may know the new version of BetKing is in the works and one of the things we allow is users to setup their own casino apps that use BetKing accounts and bankroll.

I've also been working on a leveling/bonus/achievement system for the new site and wondered:

Would it be better to allow app owners to setup their own achievements/bonuses for their own site instead of just having one global system on BetKing?

I think it's a yes but the code is more complicated to write and so really depends if theirs interest in potential app creators wanting this feature to see if I should prioritise it or not.

hi

sounds very interesting

is there already any ETA

you are asking
Would it be better to allow app owners to setup their own achievements/bonuses for their own site

I would say yes because imo each app owner should decide what bonuses he wants to give out and then all app owners will try to give better bonuses than others and this could be nice for the players and business. I would even suggest to give each app owner the option to give bonuses in form of chips of their own casino chips that would only be usable on their own app with an expiration date. I hope this makes sense

good luck

I hope we can have a public test by the end of this month to test performance, find bugs and get feedback and feature requests etc.

This test will just be the new backend plus apps feature, it will not include the new poker, sports or casino software yet.

Have you ever played games on kongregate?  Something similar to that would be cool, where each game unlocks badges and awards in your main account.

Yeah that's kind of how I thought it would work. Not checked that site in years though so will have another look. Thanks

I agree but some new people who want to invest in casinos would rather to have atleast proof of the sites trustworthy and not only hearsay from others.. it's common thing for new investors now.. since a lot of scam sites are multiplying.

This is something I hear all the time but no one gives any proof. Where are these so called scam casino sites that people are investing in and losing money?

If you mean obvious HYIP sites in the investor based games section then yes, you will lose money and all of them should be avoided.

But point out one scam casino in the past year?

There's not been any for a very long time.

Also the trust for BetKing isn't hearsay, do a very small amount of research and you will see that.

Good points. Dooglus checking your funds must have helped and you are right - the last year has been very nice with regards to the lack of scams... Touch wood!

Dooglus checking funds had little effect. It was just something a couple people thought would be a good idea. It was very recent when we had a 4500 btc bankroll and most extra increase has been from player losses. Was good of him to do it obviously but it didn't really boost my profile or anything. We were well established for years before that.

5 Bitcoins in one day???  Shocked

That's 150 Bitcoins in a month!

If I had all that money to burn in one single day probably I was on a beach with my girlfriend and not working anymore...

Holy crap. Agreed. Why would I risk 50x what the layout is? It's not even a bonus or anything it's just a chance that you could win 1/50 of what you just wagered. Omg that's just too rich for my blood.

This kind of promos is suitable for whales only, for low bankroll players like us will hard to participate on this promo. Of course the main reason is about the risk, wagering 5btc is not easy for us. For me, maybe I need to play several days to wager that amount.
Even in this promo we still need another luck after we wager 5btc because the winner is chosen randomly. Anyway good luck to all players who participate in this promo.

This is not a hard promo at all even if you have very small start balance.

It doesn't need to all be in one bet. You can martingale or straight bet very small. e.g.

To wager 5 Bitcoin in 24 hours you only need to wager 0.000057 Bitcoin per second.

I'm sorry but when we bet 0.000057 at 99% chance, expected loss is 0.00000057. So if we play that bet per second, at the end of the day our expected loss is 0.049248. And this is just only for a chance to get 0.1 bonus. Please don't try to fool us with showing that low amount of satoshi and say "per second". This bonus is just a trap.

Would you rather I just sent you 10 Bitcoin?

Every promo on this forum is based on wagered amounts and expected loss. Every casino bonus is.
Unless you are talking about sites giving away a couple of satoshis for free to faucet players and beggars.

If there's two sites and you are going to wager 5 Bitcoin on one anyway would you not rather play on the one where you might get an extra bonus?

I'll just stop the promo now.

Why do you get offended now? Yes indeed the promos on this forum based on wagered amounts. But just only 1 week ago another casino started a promo for wagering 0.004 btc and win another 0.004 btc. As you can see this was all about promoting the site. Not to gain a lot of btcs while giving to people a few btc. This promo was just something like that: "Give me your time and 0.05 and I'll give you a 1/x chance to make it 0.1!" You made a good move with destroying this promo while everybody didn't see this disaster.

Not offended.

This promo was not me expecting to get lots of Bitcoin. Far from it, I would have been losing money. I did it because I hadn't done one in a couple months.

Was it the best idea? No. But it was a very simple thing to put up that was still giving players money that required little admin time, of which I don't have at the moment since I am working on a new version of the site.

I'll think of something better to try another time.
