1362  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: It is time to question Poloniex market manipulation on: May 16, 2016, 08:02:05 AM
This is quite normal. A lot of people are expecting a rise in price when a coin is listed on Poloniex.

Yes I understand. But do you think that Polo uses this to their advantage?
Do you think they fill their bags with that coin before listing it?

1363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: It is time to question Poloniex market manipulation on: May 16, 2016, 07:54:57 AM
Also, they just added 2 coins in 2 days.
Decred & Voxels.

Both of them pumped up.
What do you think about this?  Roll Eyes
1364  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you had to choose a better name for Bitcoin, what would it be? on: May 16, 2016, 07:32:46 AM
Say the Bitcoin community would ask you for a new name;  a new name must be chosen for Bitcoin.

What would be your proposal?

How about buttcoin?
Or is that already taken?

1372  Other / Meta / Re: Why doesn't Bitcointalk support 2FA? on: May 15, 2016, 04:40:19 PM
2FA is going to be implemented in EpochTalk. I suppose we'll all be able to use it once the forum software has been replaced:

https://github.com/slickage/epochtalk/blob/master/app/templates/login.html

Epochtalk looks good.

1373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My computer have just been hacked for BITCOIN ransom! on: May 15, 2016, 03:09:45 PM
Have heard that kind of hacking software before, which encrypted all files on my computer, and when my brother have been using the computer (or course carelessly), it is hacked and they demand a 1.2BTC ransom... These are just one more bad news of BTC, and even make my family members have even worse image on bitcoin... And we decided not to pay the coins to the hacker as all important files have been backed up.

Whay do you think?

If all the important files have been backed up, don't pay those assholes.
This will only encourage them to do this more.

I'd recommend you to upload a single file online and create a new thread here, so that people can help you decrypt them.
Just a tip

1374  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitcoins Talk Trust Issue on: May 15, 2016, 12:28:14 PM
You can, if you do something trustworthy.
If you ask for trust, you'll only get negative trust. Wink

1376  Economy / Auctions / Re: (AUCTION) PAYPAL BUSINESS VERIFIED AGED SINCE 2015 many transaction on: May 15, 2016, 11:17:28 AM
You're an idiot if you sell your paypal account, that or a very devious scammer. Any crimes committed, such as money laundering or fraud will be traced back to you. That is the only reason people buy these accounts, to scam others.
Theres so many good buyer too Wink

You won't find any of them here.
I think you shouldn't sell your personal Paypal account.
It will ONLY be used to scam others.

These guys are pretty amazing.

But I don't think they'd be accepting payments in Bitcoin anytime soon.
1379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Peercoin - Dead or resting? on: May 15, 2016, 09:33:47 AM
Whats your opinion on peercoin? Is it dead or simply resting? From what i know it was the first POS coin so it should be worth at least as much as LTC but it is only worth some 90k satoshis ($0.41). That is about 1/10th of LTC. I was thinking about buying some but im not sure if im catching a falling knife or taking chance of a good investment opportunity....

I wouldn't recommend you to buy it.
Check out some other alts or other POS coins, if you want.
1380  Other / Meta / Re: Why doesn't Bitcointalk support 2FA? on: May 15, 2016, 08:43:52 AM
Didn't know that we were shifting to Epochtalk.
That'll support 2FA though, right?
