Very true. Any coin that can't handle being listed on a exchange probably has no business existing in the first place. The people in the end decide what something is worth. The problem with getting on an exchange without a clear road map is that airdrop recipients have nothing to base their price speculation on, and will take the first price offered. When a coin registers really low on the market, there is an uphill battle to get it to an amount deemed favourable by the dev and long term holders. So having a clear road map before getting on the exchange will definitely be beneficial. Either way, the dev has the final decision. Almost every country which exists has this system of credit score. Some of them may call it with different names like in India it's called CIBIL score. I'm not aware of such central credit score thing in Europe. I might be wrong. I know there's a central bank system that checks if you have unpaid loans but that one you can erase yourself from. Every country utilize a certain form of analysis to determine credit worthiness. How else do you think individuals/businesses are able to acquire loans? It's defintely not because an applicant has a great smile or posses a witty personality. so yeah, no matter where you live, a form of credit analysis is in place. |

This project could be good and could be bad, to speak as a baby. It could help the companies to prove they are transparent but it could also help the states to see if everything is going on perfectly well. Anyway, it's stay a brillant idea that could be very usefull but things has to be done correctly.
I really don't see any negative outcome in your message. Any format that keep companies transparent, and hinders the ability to manipulate data will be beneficial to everyone. It will guarantee that government funded incentives is allocated to the companies that actually deserves it. In many scenarios companies have to prove the viability and legality of their account , register ect.... And it's not always easy to prove all these kind if things but with an infrastructure like PAYPIE it will can become easier.
Agree with you on that but the reliability of the algorithm is still questionable. They should give some demo of the platform showing it's reliability. If you reach 200k ETH just keep it slow when it will be dump time please  . But I guess ICOs that raised a lot will wait for ETH to go PoS instead of huge dumps I anticipate that it will have a huge pump when it's released on the market. And with a huge pump, a dump is inevitable. Such things don't concern an investor who is in for the long run though When there is a price decline after the pump, that's when you need to buy tokens, and not on time ICO. Look, after listing on the exchange, all tokens first fall. A lot of coins have a pump after been listed on the market and even with the dump, still retain a value much higher than the ICO price.
