Nema problema, sretno sa twitter-om. Ne znam kako twitter gleda na ovakve usluge i da li su protiv njihovo pravila korištenja. Ali samo polako, nemoj pretjerivat da se ne upale crvene lampice  Wink
13683  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Buying milk in the uk, co op v Lidl. on: November 23, 2018, 10:26:44 AM
Is it the same brand of milk in both stores?

If not the reason can be that larger producers can afford to sell their products at a cheaper price because of the much bigger production. They are profitable due to the big amounts they are able to sell even for a lower price. Their prices are not as high as for companies with a much smaller production rate. If the Ł1.52 milk you bought belongs to a local company for example that only sells in one city and is not well known all over the country or the rest of Europe they have to sell for a higher price in order to stay profitable.
13684  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: checking timestamp on bitcoin on: November 23, 2018, 09:58:51 AM
thanks for the help!!
so i can make a assumption that time is hard to reach to consensus or being accurate in blockchain?
Yes, as ranochigo said it can be very inaccurate and shouldn't be relied upon.
"Network time is never adjusted more than 70 minutes from local system time".

You can read a bit about it here:

13685  Other / Meta / Re: [RELEASED] @mention notification bot - now with Telegram on: November 23, 2018, 09:47:46 AM
Yes, is not going to be possible to find everything but something could still be detectable which is better than nothing Smiley
Maybe the focus could be on the 1-2 sections of the forum where most of the plagiarism issues take place such as the Altcoin section. I am not sure which other board has a lot of copy-pasted material but I assume it is mainly related to bounties. If that goes well it could be widened to other boards for example.

13687  Other / Meta / Re: Why can't we set up 2FA on this forum? It would be a good idea. on: November 22, 2018, 08:03:58 PM
Due to a couple of reasons:

If someone wants to write a patch for it, I will seriously consider adding it. I believe that safely adding 2FA would be very time-consuming, so I'm not willing to do it myself or direct Slickage to do it.

2FA is apparently fairly difficult to integrate into SMF (the current forum software).

2FA is going to be implemented in EpochTalk. I suppose we'll all be able to use it once the forum software has been replaced:

13688  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Dead man's switch on: November 22, 2018, 07:29:22 PM
The problem with some of the suggestions here is that the coins will be released to the Next of kin If you're in a coma, kidnapped or in jail.

Maybe we could have a program that makes inquiries from lots of relatives and family members about your current state (dead/alive) whenever you become non-responsive. It should be a questionnaire with simple Yes/No answer. If  majority of the family members/relatives  say you are alive then it keeps holding the coins. If majority says you're dead then the coin is released to your Next of kin.
But then there is another problem. That solution could result in the coins not getting released to the next of kin in time or ever if the majority of the family want that for any reason.
13689  Other / Serious discussion / Do athletes like Caster Semenya have an unfair advantage over their colleagues? on: November 22, 2018, 07:23:22 PM
Introduction:
Caster Semenya is an inter-sex middle-distance runner from South Africa. She runs in the women’s 800m and 1500m.

She has won several World Championships and Olympic gold medals including:

World Championships in the women’s 800m:
2009 Berlin
2011 Daegu
2017 London

Olympic Gold medals in the women’s 800m:
2012 London
2016 Rio de Janeiro

I remember watching the Olympic Games 2016 when I first saw this athlete. She was one of the favourites and ended up winning the women’s 800m finals. The purpose of this thread is not meant to discriminate anyone in anyway. Sport is meant to bring us closer together but the 1st thing I thought of when I saw her is how is this allowed? How is this fair towards the other female athletes? She obviously had an unfair advantage in terms of strength, durability, speed and lean muscle mass and then yesterday I came across an interesting article about IAAFs new change of rules that actually confirmed everything I though and felt 2 years ago.

IAAF is The International Association of Athletics Federations. And The International Association of Athletics Federations has introduced new testosterone rules since 1st November 2018.

The new regulations require any athlete who has a Difference of Sexual Development (DSD) that means her levels of circulating testosterone (in serum) are five (5) nmol/L or above and who is androgen-sensitive to meet the following criteria to be eligible to compete:

(a) she must be recognised at law either as female or as intersex (or equivalent);
(b) she must reduce her blood testosterone level to below five (5) nmol/L for a continuous period of at least six months (e.g., by use of hormonal contraceptives); and
(c) thereafter she must maintain her blood testosterone level below five (5) nmol/L continuously (ie: whether she is in competition or out of competition) for so long as she wishes to remain eligible.

Events this applies for: 400m, hurdles races, 800m, 1500m, one mile races and combined events over the same distances.

The International Association of Athletics Federations believes its new rules will “preserve fair and meaningful competition in the female classification” because women athletes with high testosterone have an advantage of up to 9% over women with normal levels of testosterone.

It is believed that the new rules could slow Caster Semenya down by up to seven seconds if her testosterone levels were to drop below 5 nmol/L.

Research by the IAAF shows that in certain events testosterone does make an enormous difference. An IAAF report notes that “most females have low levels of testosterone circulating naturally in their bodies (0.12 to 1.79 nmol/L in blood); while after puberty the normal male range is much higher (7.7 – 29.4 nmol/L). Absent a DSD or a tumour, no female would have serum levels of testosterone approaching 5 nmol/L, but individuals with DSDs can have very high levels of natural testosterone, extending into and even beyond the normal male range.”

Such very high levels of natural testosterone can increase their muscle mass and strength, as well as their levels of circulating haemoglobin, and so significantly enhance their sporting potential.

“This evidence shows clearly that (at least in certain events) DSD athletes with levels of circulating testosterone in the normal male range have a very significant competitive advantage over female athletes with testosterone levels in the normal female range.”

I also want to point out that the allowed testosterone levels for DSD athletes used to be 10 nmol/L in the past before it was lowered to 5 nmol/L. Many of the medals she won stem from the period when the allowed testosterone levels were 10 nmol/L.

Increasing testosterone levels in women from 0.9 nmol/L to just 7.3 nmol/L increases muscle mass by 4% and muscle strength by 12-26%.

Do you think that she would have become World and Olympic Champion if she had the standard female testosterone levels (0.12 to 1.79 nmol/L)? Do you feel that the decision and rule change by the IAAF is fair towards female athletes or unfair towards DSD athletes? What is your general opinion about inter-sex athletes participating in women’s competitions?

I am going to share my opinion.

Even with the new rules where the allowed testosterone levels are 5 nmol/L, individuals with DSDs still have up to 5 times more testosterone compared to their female colleagues. She was born that way and she did not cheat or use drugs and illegal substances to increase her testosterone but still the fact is she has an advantage over all the other competitors, although not to a fault of her own. Taking all this into consideration I will have to agree with the IAAF and their way of protecting female athletes. Individuals with DSDs should in no way be discriminated from participating in competitions but they cannot and should not be allowed to have even a slight advantage because if they do then the playing field is not the same for everyone.

Your bounty will be paid to the ETH address you provided and it has nothing to do with the bitcointalk id you entered. Most bounty managers have a rule that once an ETH address has been submitted you can t change it later to prevent scammers from doing just that. But if you notice a mistake with your other details you can just contact the manager to correct it.
And always double check in the spreadsheet that you are included/approved for the tasks you applied for so that in case you weren't you are aware of that.
13692  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Somebody maybe virus stoll my ETH :( on: November 22, 2018, 12:25:13 PM
Online wallets (or wallets accessed via any browser interface, e.g. MEW) are way easier to steal funds from.

A virus would simply create an entry into the DNS cache. If a user tries to visit MEW, the virus is redirecting him to either (1) the attackers server or (2) a local hosted server on the targets machine. Once he enters his private key / seed --> Funds being stolen.
That is exactly what happened to MEW a few months ago. When Google DNS servers were hijacked and the users were redirected to a phishing site. Many users didn't notice that the site was not a secure https site and continued entering their private keys despite a warning displayed by their browser.
I cant remember how much ETH the hackers stole in the process.

@OP sorry for your loss, hopefully you can remember what you might have done wrong to avoid doing it again in the future.

I've decided to dedicate my days on this forum to hunting down on such pajeets and scheming/unscrupulous members...
Hunting them down and bringing them to pay for their sins...
You haven't created any threads or made any posts besides the 2 posts in this thread for the period you have been here, just wondering how you are hunting copy-pasters?!

Regarding help with spotting plagiarised content you dont really need much else besides google like the previous users suggested.
Just enter a sentence you think might be copy-pasted and see the results.
13694  Other / Meta / Re: Save Bitcoin Discussion subforum on: November 22, 2018, 11:45:50 AM
Bitcoin discussion and Altcoin discussion are very similar in content. Threads with 300+ replies that are impossible to keep track of with very little quality content whatsoever.
13695  Other / Meta / Re: [RELEASED] @mention notification bot - now with Telegram on: November 22, 2018, 11:41:27 AM
@Piggy is it possible to configure the bot to recognise words in the same order? For example User A posts something and in case User B copies his post (plagiarises it) User A gets a notification or a notification is sent to thread for everyone to see. Imagine how much this would help with copy/pasting issues.
In case the same order of 5 or 10 words is used the bot sends out a notification.
Sorry if this was already discussed I didn't go through all posts.

13697  Economy / Reputation / Re: Legendary members "supports" fraudsters ? on: November 21, 2018, 10:06:34 PM
This forum has a dedicated place for reports about scams. It is called Scam Accusations.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Gather evidence about the alleged "legendary fraudsters" and post it in a detailed report there. But if you want anyone to take you seriously you need to provide the proper evidence. This thread is just a bunch of sentences that cause a headache to read. No offence to you but it seems you typed this in a mad state of mind and didn't bother checking what you wrote in order to make it meaningful. Where is your evidence? How can you say that the admins and the site dont do anything about scammers and fraudsters when there are 1000s of tagged accounts?!
Create your report and give a helping hand in tagging/banning those who deserve it.

From your post history it seems that you are an English>Polish translator. You should really put more effort in creating meaningful threads that people will understand.

13698  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if bitcoin face a ban in INDIA? on: November 21, 2018, 09:17:26 PM
Its pretty hard to ban Bitcoin. And besides the situation in India is a bit different. Indian banks have been instructed to end their partnerships with costumers and businesses dealing with crypto currencies. Could this be the beginning of a ban - possibly but not necessarily.

If they ban crypto exchanges to operate in India you can just use a foreign exchange.
If they make it illegal for their citizens to do business with any exchange at all they can use VPN, socks and proxies and still continue with their dealings (although they would be breaking the law in that case).

I apologies since I suggested that you should export your private key and @mocacinno is right, you should go for and use the seed phrase instead.
13700  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Q | Trezor on: November 21, 2018, 10:28:58 AM
You cant import your private keys to an exchange but you can to another wallet like Electrum.
You can also transfer your coins to an exchange that supports the hard fork. There the fork is done automatically at the scheduled time. Once that is done you withdraw the coins back to your wallet.

Here is a guide how to import your private keys:
