Teach them to read the rules of the forum as well as the specific rules for the subforums they plan to post in.
Read the sticky threads and ask questions if you are not sure about what to do before you break the rules and get blacklisted.
13762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think about Hardfork this time? on: November 13, 2018, 09:55:50 PM
Any hard fork is basically free money no matter the amount. You get some free coins just due to the fact that you were in possession of the original coins in the required block and that is it.
Npr, zanima vas da provjeriti da li ste imali i koliko BTC 01.01.2016.

To možete učiniti na sljedeći način.
U linku ispod upištite svoju BTC adresu koju želite da provjerite iza =

https://blockchain.info/charts/balance?address=SOME_BTC_ADDRESS

...It's also can be useful if you want to check is your Bitcoin address is eligible for one of Bitcoin forks and see how much coins you can get.
Yes, that is right. BCH will have a fork on November 15th for example and this is a good way to check if your address is eligible for the new coins.
13765  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Check the balance of your Bitcoin address at a specific date on: November 12, 2018, 10:54:53 PM
@Kavelj22
You need to enter your BTC address at the end of the link like the post says.

I was not able to find the exact errors but here are a few topics that show proposals and solutions to similar errors, maybe you will have some luck with them.

You might have better luck moving this thread to Beginners & Help or to the Minning section.
13767  Other / Beginners & Help / Check the balance of your Bitcoin address at a specific date on: November 12, 2018, 10:05:49 PM
I couldn't find if anybody wrote about this before, sorry if that is the case.
Someone asked if it is possible to check the balance of a BTC address at a specific date in the past, for example 2 years ago. It is possible with Blockchain.info

This is the way to do that.
https://blockchain.info/charts/balance?address=SOME_BTC_ADDRESS

Input your address you want to check the balance for above where it says SOME_BTC_ADDRESS
There's a button on the bottom where you can change to a different time frame, for example you want to see the balance 6 months ago, 1 year ago or for all time.

13768  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Confirmed but not delivered Transactions on: November 12, 2018, 03:50:29 PM
So the $5.61 are now in Payeers possession but their costumer support says that they are not going to send the BTC to your wallet?
How you asked them if you can pay an additional $0.39 (to respect the $6 minimum) and will the BTC be sent to you in that case?
Or make a new $6 transaction and get $6+5.61 (from the 1st transaction) credited to your wallet?
13769  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: ICenter telegram Attention! on: November 12, 2018, 03:37:37 PM
What do you mean, how can a telegram group steal your bitcoins? Did you send them to someone claiming to be an admin or offering investment opportunities?
Some more info would be appreciated.
13770  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Antminer S15 VS Baikal BK-G28, What to choose ? on: November 12, 2018, 10:55:41 AM
Maybe this will help. This is just an estimate provided by those sites, I am not sure how reliable the information is.

The Baikal BK-G28 could get you the following results based on the most profitable coin.

For the Antminer just enter your electricity price in the provided field and see what it comes up with.

13771  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How do Bitcoin ATM's work? on: November 12, 2018, 10:41:25 AM
It varies from machine to machine but the process is pretty similar for most of them.
Have a look at these youtube videos to see how to use one.

13772  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What are your experiences with Bitcoin ATMs on: November 12, 2018, 10:37:00 AM
Bitcoin ATMs are used all over the world and you shouldn't have any problems using one and in case a problem does pop up just do what the previous users suggested and get in touch with their customer support and they will sort if out for you.

You can check this site to see where Bitcoin ATMs can be found:
https://coinatmradar.com/

Note that using these ATMs will incur a fee on your end, they are not free and the fee is probably around 4-8% depending on the ATM i think.

https://blockchain.info/charts/balance?address=BTC_Adresse_hier

13774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get free listing on exchanges ? on: November 11, 2018, 08:32:35 PM
This exchange claims that they offer free listing of ERC-20 tokens so you might want to check that out.

13775  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BEST TELEGRAM SIGNAL CHANNELS on: November 11, 2018, 04:10:51 PM
If you are interested in learning how to trade and earn money with crypto it would be a better idea to read some quality books or watch some videos about trading, reading charts and understanding the way exchanges work. Dont try to trick the system and become rich over night. The groups you are asking about will not help you to earn money - you will be the one earning money for them. Think about it, if you have a bulletproof way of earning big amounts of money would you need to sell this over social media for 5-10$?
13776  Other / Meta / Re: [Suggestion]To draw more attention to the rules! on: November 11, 2018, 04:02:14 PM
I would suggest the following.
Once a new user registers the first thing he sees after entering his login details are the rules of the forum. I have seen that on other forums. And dont give them the option to immediately close the page by clicking accept, instead a countdown of 30 secs would be initiated and only after the time is up they would be able to click on accept and access the forum.

This should be the case every time they login to the site for as long as they are Newbies. As their rank changes to Jr. Member this would no longer be the case. It is no guarantee that they will read the rules but maybe some will.
13777  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoin on: November 11, 2018, 03:50:03 PM
If you want to avoid all the hassle with registering and verifying your accounts on exchanges visit some local cryptocurrency forum from your country, go to their marketplace section, find a seller, arrange a meeting over a coffee and do it face to face.

13779  Local / Altcoins (Hrvatski) / Re: Airdrop..?? on: November 11, 2018, 01:58:38 PM

13780  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are you using a password manager on: November 11, 2018, 01:51:14 PM
If we dont trust exchanges with our funds or wallets that we dont have the private keys for I dont see much sense to trust a third party with the passwords we use for those exchanges and sites that are important to us. Plus password managers are hack-able and pass stealers and keyloggers can be configured to search for the files that those password managers create to store the passwords in.
Not to mention leakages or if a bad actor decided to sell millions of passwords of their clients one day.
