1381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Keep safe your Bitcoin from hacker on: June 26, 2018, 03:16:41 AM
If you want to secure your bitcoin there are two ways to keep safe it.
1. Online wallets.
2. Hardware wallets.

If you chose  number one you have to take some steps for keep safe your bitcoin.
1. Take a very heard password.
2. Keep your password in a very secure place.
3. Don't save your password in online.
4. Activate two step authentication.
5. Don't share your password to any one.

For your help give some trusted wallet links...

For bitcoin i will take the second option, using hardwallet.
Except bitcoin has release the wallet in browser extension like metamask in ethereum.
You dont need to input your wallet credential when using it.
1382  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin rwach to $1M in 2020??? on: June 26, 2018, 02:15:22 AM
Honestly, I don’t think that Bitcoin can reach $1M by the end of 2020. No doubt, the Bitcoin is such a wonderful invention which has a huge potential of growing in future but 1M is very high amount, which I don’t think can be achieved in such a short span of time. There are many factors which can prevent Bitcoin from reaching onto such heights like FUD, bans, manipulation, etc.

That is a hard achievement but not impossible happening in the future of bitcoin.
Just like bitcoin price was increased from less than $1 in the beginning to $19k last year, it still can be happening.
of course it will need long time, but i believe in bitcoin and cryptocurrency, thats why im still here supporting crypto.
1383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never invest no product ICOs on: June 25, 2018, 02:14:50 PM
I was wondering, why a lot of projects don't have such an important thing for a successful ICO as a product.

When a company has a product it means they have it to develop. In such case, a company shows why they need ICO and how the company will be growing. What is more, there is more trust because a company has experience in a field they are working.

For example, KickCity company that exists two years. KickCity an event platform that generates revenue and has a Helsinki government grant. KickCity needs ICO to make business bigger and to become a decentralized platform where every user is rewarded for ticket promotion.

On the other hand, no product ICOs can prove their success just in theory. There is no proof base that product will be developed and will be working right.

In such unstable industry as ICO everything has to be under control. The product is one of the things that shows the campaign is not a scam. That is why I believe it is better to invest in ready-made products ICOs.

For me it is not depends on there is already or there is no project in the ICO. I think some of ICO project doesn't have a product.
But in the end, their ICO is success. Some ICO companies may need some money from ICO first so they can develop their project using collected ICO funds
1384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is it good to invest in ETH? on: June 25, 2018, 01:59:45 PM
from my personal opinion, investing in ETH is good. But it will be better if you invest your ETH to a really good ICO projects.
But one important thing is, you must very careful and picky when choosing ICOs to avoid getting scammed.
1385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Panic loss me 10800$ , so patient is the key on: June 25, 2018, 01:45:01 PM
Dear Members

Recently I faced a bad luck. here the story

I got IOTX from GATE .io 28th of may 196000 @ .00004600 ETH.  Then after one or two hour i sold it to @ .00004800.

After 3 days means June 1st , one IOTX went to .00014ETH.

if i sell June 1st  196000 * .00014 *590 = 16189$
Investment is = 5300$
so i have lost = 10800$

so in this story if i could wait 3 days , i have profit of 10000 USD. so in this case i am saying please be patient. wait wait. good coins always give a good reward to you

There must be many peoples like you, sell tokens or coins too fast, you are not alone  Grin
In cryptocurrency, mostly you will need to hold your tokens for quite time. Except your tokens have a bad project, just sell it and buy others.
1386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin insurance. on: June 24, 2018, 01:36:04 PM
Hi I eagerly want to that is there any insurance company that offers services to protect investment in btc or any cryptocurrency. If you know please share.

be careful if you are searching about it. I think no one want to take the risk of anyone's wallet especially if the risk too big ( huge wallet balance ).
Many scammers may offer you some fake services. Your wallet, that is your risk. No one can recover if you lose it.
1387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you find interesting ICO ? on: June 23, 2018, 03:41:13 PM
Where do you find interesting ICO or crypto projects to invest ? Here on bitcointalk announcements or on other websites related to new ICO  announcements !

i usually find many interesting ICOs in some peoples review. They write it on their spreadsheet.
But always DYOD or do your own diligence before investing on the ICOs because you can get scammed if you not careful
1388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your reason joining here in crypto? on: June 23, 2018, 03:14:46 PM
what's your reason joining here in crypto?

My reason to join crypto is for profit and i just want to be honest. I know some peoples get poor and lose many because crypto too.
But i often heard more peoples get rich than get poor because of cryptocurrency. So i am here for profit.
1389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My country banned bitcoin. What I can do ? on: June 22, 2018, 02:31:27 AM
I love bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. I feel more comfortable doing so and will do whatever that I can to support it. Now tell me how can I work with Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies? Although it is illegal in my country.

My country Bangladesh.

Apologies if this is not the right place to discuss.
Thanks in advance.

There is nothing you can do to change your government regulations. Maybe what you need to do now is find a good exchange outside your local exchange.
So that you can still buy cryptocurrency despite your government ban it.
1390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens if we die? on: June 22, 2018, 02:21:24 AM
Nope, this is no existential question (although...). Everybody's talking about "When will Bitcoin die", but what if you die, and your family don't find your key, or don't understand it, or think it's only a useless sheet of paper with some code on it, or simply throw it away... Does this mean the currency's gone forever?

I find the possibility of this event rather realistic (yup I don't believe in eternal life), so that means that someday there might be 21M BTC but only 18M (and counting down...) is left in the market?

Maybe you are right. If someone die and their wallet remain untouch, then the balance will sit there forever.
total supply may not change, but circulation will reduce eventually. I think the best way to prevent this is to store your wallet information,
and save it like a will for your kid or families or relatives.
1391  Economy / Speculation / Re: The bitcoin bubble is broken or not on: June 22, 2018, 02:12:38 AM
Do you believe that bitcoin is a bubble ? i personally dont believe at all. Bubbling and burst is occur usually only once.
Bitcoin was it high and low position at countless times, so it is not a bubble in my opinion.
1392  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What it actually meant by Ban? on: June 21, 2018, 01:48:21 AM
Can someone be punished or sent to jail just by holding bitcoin in banned country?
What will happen in case of trading bitcoin in country where bitcoin is banned?

i don't really know because my country is not banning bitcoin, but i think ban mean you cannot using it.
i mean you cannot using or holding bitcoin with their knowledge, but you can still use it if they don't know you.
1393  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency could help your business or not? on: June 21, 2018, 01:40:56 AM
I think yes, it can help our business. As you can see that many companies start their business and collect funds for their capital using cryptocurrency.
Now look at the ICO's, how many of them ? Cryptocurrency is very useful for me.
1394  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why bitcoin requires approval from countries ? on: June 21, 2018, 01:29:56 AM
Germany recently approved bitcoin, why exactly is the approval required and what will happen after approval ?

It is because bitcoin is a currency. Approval means no restriction of it if you are using it, this means you can legally use it.
Some country doesnt approve crypto, they ban it. Peoples there cannot using it free, they are using it without their country knowing.
1395  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is China the core up holder of Bitcoin? on: June 20, 2018, 02:22:10 AM
Hey guys,
On Tuesday, I hard on the news that 'Bitcoin fell by another $300 on Tuesday after the fallout of a Chinese ban on cryptocurrency crowdfunding ' .
So I have been thinking, is China the core up holder of Bitcoin? If they totally ban bitcoin, will the price of bitcoin totally reduce?

China has the most population in the world, no wonder if there are many bitcoin holders there.
Another thing to consider is the mining farm on China. I read that mining farm in china is big, so your question's answer may be 'right' about
bitcoin most holders because many miners there.
1396  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does bitcoin need to improve? on: June 20, 2018, 01:57:54 AM
I can clearly see that there are other cryptocurrencies that are beginning to dethrone bitcoin, showing off there quick and secured transactions, though bitcoin continues to be the king. What does bitcoin need to improve state your opinions.

Bitcoin is already good, only their transaction speed is a little slow due the block time from my opinion.
Other than that, for me bitcoin is the best and the first cryptocurrency created in the world.
1397  Economy / Speculation / Re: Oh My God, What Happened to Bitcoin? on: June 20, 2018, 01:44:38 AM
Bitcoin price in the market still not too stable because it is falling from 6700 to 6500 in less then 2 hours now.
But usually after the falling, it will bounce back with a higher price.

The correction of bitcoin is often like that, and other altcoins as well.
1398  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dealing with Bitcoin or Crypto haters. on: June 19, 2018, 11:36:39 AM
Here's how I have been able to change people's opinion from being haters of Bitcoin to thinking about buying some and even some actually buying some.

I follow these 3 steps/rules that I made:

1. Don't get aggressive:

A lot of bitcoin denier get VERY aggressive about how bitcoin is a scam, don't get aggressive. If they are too aggressive and mad, just change the subject for the moment. No need to waste time.

2. Make them doubt their convictions.

Make them doubt that bitcoin is a scam or doomed to fail. A couple of examples that I use are:

      - This is comparable to when people wouldn't want to use their credit cards online because they were scared of fraud.

      - Bitcoin is far from reaching it's full potential, mass adoption takes a lot of time. This is comparable to when Amazon just sold books or Google was nothing compared to Yahoo.. remember Yahoo? (laughs)

      - Crypto currencies are the next steps in the evolution of payment : Barter -> Precious Metals -> Paper Money -> Plastic Cards -> Digital Money

3. Mention the Coinbase $10 when you buy $100 in Bitcoin and then let it simmer...

Let them think about it, they will so their research or ask around. Most will come back to you to get your code for the referral bonus.

Do you have other arguments that you use? I'd love to know.

ETH: 0xe822Dc108cb78C9137BF2D92429449B97F1415E0

I think i dont have time for those kind of peoples. i just have enough patience for holding my coins only not for them.
it is good for you to be able facing them. For me, if they interest in crypto, let them find about about it. and if they are not interest, just leave from crypto.
1399  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late? (To buy Bitcoin now) on: June 18, 2018, 01:04:53 PM
i wonder why many peoples think they are too late to buy bitcoin. Maybe for some peoples now is too late to buying bitcoin,
but in my opinion it is not late at all. Just remember this day price of bitcoin, buy it now, and let we see next year.
1400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin a threat to USD and Pound Sterling? on: June 18, 2018, 12:47:47 PM
Hello guys,

Do you think bitcoin will be a threat to USD and Pound Sterling in the nearest future?

if yes, give an estimated time this can happen.

i think it is not a threat, bitcoin is just another form of currency in our world. And i think bitcoin still cannot replace USD or other fiat currency for now.
So, it wont be a threat for fiat currencies. But i dont know many years later, maybe it can replace them.
