No it never worked...as i said probably the real owner removed the blockchain and probably he will reset it when he want to launch it

what dev?
dev is a developer who definitely can make a coin
coin owner is a guy who pays a dev to create a coin for him
But in most cases the coin owner is not developing the coin itself so this is a pretty stupid explanation

Then who owns the website? I think these guys are stealing these coingen coins each from another i am not sure if this hellowisconsin guy is the true owner of it
