I point about 5th statistics say I will die before I hit a block with that. As I type It is possible I hit two blocks back to back. Lots of people don’t understand this. To give a more concrete example. I have a farm with 1ph or 200x 5th. It has earned 10 btc since December of 2018. Math or statistics say I could have pointed all that hash here and had about a 50-50 shot at a block. thats why I point 5th here and 1ph at a different pool. if i had 100 ph I would point 1 ph here and 99 ph at another pool.

For what possible reason? Free power is fine but if you have free power buy some s9's and run them instead. If you have 20,000 watts an hour to burn. Buy 2 s9's and run them at 14th each at 1300 watts = 28000th for 2600 watts. I have s9's for you if you are USA based.

So a cop shoots an unarmed man in Atlanta last night. Things go to shit. and of course Donald "Nero" Trump is tweeting while Atlanta's Wendy's is burning. Personally I did not think badly of Trump back then but he certainly has proved time and time again that Kano is correct I am a stupid idiot moron. Oh well just another day/night in America. To be fair. the black guy was most likely drunk and was able to prevent two cops from hand cuffing him. He also pulled the taser from the cops belt and took off running. He fired the taser at one cop possibly hitting the cop. The other cop shot him in the back dead. My thoughts a taser is not a deadly weapon. Taser was fired and therefore dead so no weapon. Cops had already searched the guy and knew he had no other weapon. Cops had his id. So the cop's procedure: Was check on your buddy cop. Call in the issue and get 25 or 50 cops to find him with K-9 units. Or Blow him away. Cop picked blow him away. Oh two fires were set new my home in Howell ,NJ last night. I wonder why? I get that many reading this are happy that the Cop blew him away. I would have proffered they called in backup and K-9. Oh well Ps I have no idea if Donald "Nero" Trump was tweeting while Wendy's burned last night but I like the title.

I know lots of small players like me.

I think I know of six mini farms 1-10 ph in NY , NJ.

we can all bump up or down 10-20% on a dime.

I would think there are hundreds of us in USA 🇺🇸. And thousands of us in China 🇨🇳.

The farm is a small part of the warehouse spot. Players can jump up and down 20% easy.

Years ago I did a study of f2pool payouts.

They had hundreds of payouts based on miners with 10 to 50 s9s. say 130 to 850 th.

since i did that when there was less hash.

I do glance at payouts and I can tell you the viabtc pays hundreds of 1.1 ph to 10 ph miners.

give me an hour or two I will show stats that back this up.

1.1 ph pays about .01 btc a day at viabtc
11 ph pays about .10 btc a day at viabtc.

viabtc is 6 percent of the network.

i should be able to show just how many 1.1 to 11 ph miners exsist in the net work. in under an hour from now.

You can see. most miners grabbed over 0.01 btc and under 0.1 btc

puts them in the 1 ph to 10 ph range.

Not they could be lower 350 th. would take 3 days to reach 0.01 btc

So you can argue base on this smaller sample. most miners at viabtc have between 333th and 10 ph

only 1 guy is mining over 1 btc a day. = super farm
only 4 are doing over 0.1 btc a day. = large farm.

I would argue if you break down this transaction completely you would find that more then 1/2 the hash and coin paid. is to guys in the 333th to 10ph farm size.

these people will be nimble and shift fast because they can.

If you have all whatsminer m20s say 66 th. and 30 pieces

you can alter from low to high on all 30 pieces in under 1 minute That is from 49th to 66th x 30 fast.

if they were marginal at a diff of 16.1. and mined at low speed. so 30 x 49 = 1.47 ph

14 keystrokes on the whatsminer 5.0.2 app and they all mine at high speed. 30 x 66 = 1.98 ph. 34% hash jump

and if the jump goes 18%. they will drop back to low speed at 1.47 ph. 25% hash drop.

this is one section of miners.

then if you grabbed a 2 month rainy season contract you may load up with s9's at 2 cent power and hope you make out.

when we saw the big hash drop a while back we could see with 1 week to go hash would drop.
if you did a 1 mega watt contract. for 2 months. at a penny

you could fire up old gear on hand. these guys won't shut down for 2 months.

I can give 11 angles all because I think we really have 200eh of gear able to mine and we mine with only 90 to 120eh due to low coin price and high diff.

The newest design has a spacer . It is why I have been getting away with the 3000 rpm fans. I use 4 things Some 2 by 4 wood some silicone epoxy some metal tape some screws I cut 3 pieces of 2 by 4 into trapezoids I silicone them into 1 piece I wrap them with metal tape I put them into an s9 shell. So I should have 3 comparison units. fully tested by next weekend.

With the new air flow design I can get 54-56 watts. But this will take a lot more design and testing. I have good 3000 rpm fans I have shit 6000 rpm fans I am waiting on really good 4900 rpm fans. When you are making a niche product you some times have to restrict stuff of it fucks up. I need to know what fans are strong enough but not too strong as I am not trying to run hard and fast and loud. A one board unit burning 295 watts and doing 5.3 th is about 55.67 watts I have a lot of testing. As I don't fully understand the firmware quirks. I need to know what pools work. Ie. I want to get it working with solo.ckpool.org I want to get it working with mmpool.org I have it working fine with viabtc and slush.

I look at your Idea I looked at my idea. I came up with a different idea. I will show it next week. These new boards are better then s9 boards. Since I am an idiotic stupid moron that can't solve complex math or code very well I have to reduce myself to simple mechanical ideas and designs. Once these are made maybe the firmware is tweak able and can be improved upon but I simply don't know any thing about firmware for the new gear. I can operate it I can screen shot it. Playing with its code is far beyond me. I simply don't know how to do that. In fact I don't even know how the mining code looks like. I don't know what the developer did. So I am not sure if it even uses cgminer or bminer or another firmware.

two board run decent. My issues so far are quiet. not efficient . I can get 53 to 59 watts on different settings which are within the specs I was given. 54 to 60. with 54 at the 450 freq setting. The new fans come next week I will see what I can do. I will also ask them for boards. I did a different one board design. I have same shitty fans. But my airflow is working better it Seems good. not very loud. but nice temps on middle setting. 6.3 th and 335watts. the mod takes ten minutes. it should be fire resistant.

I hope to do 1 board miners that do 4.8 th at 266-286 watts the three testing boards were sold to me for the shipping cost about 60 USD from asia to USA no taxes due to cheap price. If the new fans come and don't get lost with fedex I will have 3 fully operational next week. I will also be talking with builder about purchase of boards in order to make more of these. I have some very specific ideas on one board units I think I can mod inside of the s9 cases in a better way. I would like to get the units to run at 500 or 550 freq I have tested freq 300 ------- 350 ------- 228 watts and 4.1th good sound levels 400 ------- 266 watts and 4.8th good sound levels 450 ------- 291 watts and 5.3th a bit too loud 500 ------- 550 -------

It cycles a bit when it tunes. Older Avalons would do this. Some times they would boot every 2-4 hours or It means fans pick up speed just a bit every 2-4 hours. I know the fans I am using are some of the lower quality ones bitmain would use on s9's I am hoping to get the gear to run really stable with out upticks in the fan and or reboots. At 55 watts a th for a lottery machine burning well under 400 watts closer to 290-310 watts it should be good For space heating and pretty quiet. New fans come next week. Now if you just want to run it with 3 board at low speed and don't care about noise I am doing 910 watts and 16.1 th about 56-57 watts a th at the k-watt meter.
