litecoin doesnt have to go through proof of concept it was 7 cent a couple weeks back, it has already made considerable ground and will continue to do so more and more people will adopt it as a way of moving money into the relatively new exchanges..and of course more retailers will accept it as more customers choose to interact with it. I personally prefer to use ltc because of the faster sending times and the quicker sync times
I also prefer to hold ltc because I believe that it has more opportunity for market gains. I believe that it is much more likely that ltc goes from 4 to 8 than btc from 125 to 250
LTC PPC FTC ect.. ( theirs a butt load of them ) all gonna die eventually when BetterThenBitcoinInEveryWayCoin finally comes online people are going to go bananas and all alt coins will die intensely and even BTC will suffer some lose

Who are the idiots selling 1500 coins between 130 and 131 (1/3rd of avg exchange volume) on bitstamp at a 3.3% discount while gox prices trickle higher?
Even BTC-E trades at a lower discount to gox than bitstamp now.
these are mtgox coins that made their way to bitstamp because of the dwolla thing. bitstamp isn't use to having that much coins on its order books, so now buyers there have a distinct advantage they can simply wait and see if mtgox goes higher and stays high, and when they feel comfortable with the price they will eat that wall pretty fast. they have already taken big chunks off this wall as mtgox has moved higher.

BMOT just created. VC's throwing in money. We have seen the rise of speculative interest go all the way to $266, wait 'till you see demand. Christmas 2013? 7 months? In Bitcoin time? Please.
Can you tell me where this "Bitcoin time" was when the price topped out June 2011 for nearly 2 years and lost ~94% of its value within 5 months? Sure sure, we will go way beyond 300k USD by Christmas 2013. Date Registered: 10-04-2013, 11:37:30 Oh, that explains it. in 2011 you'd go around and ask people about bitcoin on forums and stuff, and anyone that heard about it was convinced it was hacked and it was dead. also trying to explain to someone ( avg joe ) the situation was not easy, even if they could be made to understand that it was a service that was hacked and not bitcoin itself, they had 0 faith that bitcoin would not work because of the central points of failure. please though i was stupid for buying at the first sign of recovery. " your stupid for not having sold them at 32, sell them now they will worthless "

PS: if you're a bear now would be a good time to sell.
Double top? Or rather: on what do you base this? I base my analyst purely on intuition and emotion I feel its make or break time in bitcoin speculation world. next week will be a big deal no matter what happens. there will be no stability, thats for sure. bears have a distinct advantage as no one has a clue what resistance will be like at and above 150 I think resistance will be minimal and we will cost up and over 200 with ease, but breaking the resistance at 130 140 is key to victory! bears either show their teeth here and now or the bear pack will spread out and head for the hills, making them an as benign as a 500 btc wall 5$ over spot.

I hope we'll see stability in the 130's this weekend 130's definitely has some resistance, it would make sense to pause there some time to accumulate coins. This rally is just a taste of next week's action IMO.
