I have used etherdelta but I did not share my private keys to any other wallet. The only thing they need from another wallet is your deposit address

Very interesting is eBTC for speculation. There is a risk but it is cheap at the moment and there is a chance that this curios project whos head left over night and is now handled by a new team out of its community will grow up very fast.

Maybe $1 or $2 at end of the year and who knows what can happen in 12 or 24 month.

Best guess is it will be a little less than Bitcoin Cash but will surpass it as time goes on. Also I think Bitcoin cash will lose some value soon after gold hits market.

It is for holding long term and I'm not selling anything(try to buy some as well)  Reason is I believe these coins have potential to grow and are "ethical"". (VTC is top dog when it comes to being ethical ). It is also nice to read up on the different forums of these coins, because you have a "connection" with a coin.  If you have more interest in day to day mining and dumping  it is better stick to whattomine has to say.

I was reading this post and wanted to know which miner you are using and are there any good tutorials on mining these. I like to have varied coins through mining

I have mined musicoin a little bit. It is a pretty good concept, not bad efficiency either. Build a few 1000 and save them back.

They are all risky. Don't get in for more than you can afford to lose. Do some research and when you find a couple you like put in what you can afford and then consider it gone. It went belly up. Don't worry about it and maybe in a few years you will have something special. Some will succeed , most will fail so don't worry about it and most likely you will be ok and maybe by Gods grace you will have a windfall.

It wont be anytime in the near future. You will have to have mainstream acceptance of bitcoin and a couple more. Then you will have to have global breakdown in fiat currency which could happen. There would also have to be a system of taxation put in place for governments to allow that to happen. They will want their piece. Then there will be transition time and finally that may happen.

I have been studying Athena. This is a really interesting project. I could see this impacting many areas when they bring this research into real word situations.

It seems to be ok. I saw a post that said they googled it an it was a scam. Maybe but I would not trust google. Remember Bitcoin was a scam on google. multiple reports. I look at all the things that are said to be scams the same. it all depends on your risk tolerance as opposed to potential profit or loss.
