You can't make a transfer from a BTC address to an ETH address. They are not on the same blockchain and they don't have the same address format.

Anything is possible. It went to $20000 and then it drops to near $3000. So $6000 is possible too. At $6000 last year, we thought it was the lowest price as bitcoin was very stable.
