It's a hard fork. if people download the new wallet on the new "correct" chain nobody technically loses money.

A proper difficulty algo scales up. goes upwards in a curve. here it just goes in extremes

another case of WTF.

51 minutes ago (during this post) the diff was 1636 then 2 minutes later another block is found BAM it goes from 1636 to 14025 then SIX MINUTES LATER which is like three times what the block time is supposed to be it goes to 20000

hell the time between 51K and the infamous 293958 was A HALF HOUR

IT TOOK A HALF HOUR between block 125 and 126 and the diff jumped from 51K difficulty to almost 300K

If you SERIOUSLY think this is a good thing and normal and "i like this" material.

I have been mining for a crap ton of new coins. TONS of them. I have never ever seen a coin go from 300 to 290K difficulty in 10 blocks.

we are talking about this reaching 290K before 200 blocks were found. this is not normal. hell I could go mine kredit or something that is now at like 0.01 diff or something and that goes up gradually not jump to 10K after one block. this coin jumps in blocks of several thousands.

I think XIOS didn't even turn that aggressive and that had terahashes pointed at it. this had like 180GH pointed at it max I think?

this coin has a horrible algorithm for it's difficulty. literally everybody who knows their shit can see that. this coin was jumping in the realm of 2000+ before the first public pool came online. it's fucked up simple as that b u d
