141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Crypto be more valuable than gold? on: September 10, 2020, 04:29:04 AM
I have thought that one key advantage crypto (bitcoin, litecoin, Dash, monero etc.) has over gold is that its supply level is fixed and transparent, but can this or features make crypto more valuable than gold?

At the present time now, when we talk about the price of bitcoin it is obviously higher than Gold. That's because of the volatility and whale investors who decided to support Bitcoin worldwide. But I cannot say that Gold is not valuable of course it remains valuable because a country without a gold backup is a poor country in my opinion only.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PLEASE HELP ME on: September 10, 2020, 04:18:00 AM
I just woke up this morning with the notification of unusual transactions on my imtoken app.  The person transferred $1.28 worth of ETH from my account ($0.62 + transaction fees of $0.66).  The ETH was the one I left in the wallet for gas fees.  I can't remember giving anyone my private key.  I just can't figure it out.  Please I need help if there is anything I can do before the one that will be worse than this happen.

Below is the transaction hash

https://etherscan.io/tx/0x427d1c7cc3f6662ef99831dbafd272047fe39e9e9500cb29d6003f80d4333427

In the first place, you can't do anything about it dude, I suggest you create a new one. Because for sure your account there is not safe to use anymore. Next time, you better be careful especially about the private key of your account on Ethereum so on this type scenario will not happen again to you.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POS earnings on: September 10, 2020, 03:59:22 AM
but i then came across some new coins like Swipe, which i'm confident that it does not generate that much in transaction fees, and yet the rewards are high?

Let me explain in simple terms. When it comes to rewards, POS is like POW but you just need to hold your coins in a wallet that can stake. In general, the rewards doesn't necessarily comes from transaction fees alone, rewards can also include new coins that is mined from staking and is added to the circulating supply. Though reward distribution method varies from different projects.

Difference between POW is and POS coins are huge.  POW ypu need hardware (miners/gpus/cpus) to generate new blocks.  If you happen to hit a block you get the block reqard and tx fees, with POS coins you stake coins in your wallet and get block rewards based on your weight compared to the entire network weight.

You are absolutely correct, with this explanation Sir, I definitely agreed about your statement regarding about
POW and POS, just all I know is that if ever you choose ETH to stake in, you need at least 32 ethereum for you to be able
to be part of their program in staking where that was a huge amount.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gold or Bitcoin on: September 10, 2020, 03:12:07 AM
Let's say I have a huge amount of money as an investor, where do I put them? Bitcoin or Gold

We all know that gold is known for its stability which could be vital in times of financial crisis; but doesn't exactly bring good return  WHILE Bitcoin on the other hand can be quite profitable  but it's risk of negative volatility can be catastrophic!

So which has your vote? Gold or Bitcoin!!!!

Well, obviously of course, if you anyone is a bitcoin fanatic they will gonna choose Bitcoin. It is because they knew and believe that it has a good future. Although Gold is not bad in fact, this is good as back up by real currency. Like for example US$ back-up by Gold something like that. And it's not practical nowadays to invest in it if you want a quick profit.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not only bitcoin. on: September 07, 2020, 01:08:30 PM
This is a big question WHY? even a lot of people knew that this was a form of scams still many of them became a victim by this type of deceiving people. And that's because it showed only that a lot of people nowadays still or the majority are greedy they want easy or instant money, so in the end, they've lost all of their investment.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins with 1000% Plus Profits on: September 07, 2020, 12:41:22 PM
Low volume currency , they can easily manipulate the price by giving fake trades and increase the price that way. Its not an honest trading views this just manipulated by owner or one of the supply holders so they can exit with high profit selling it to other traders.

No legitimate currency can give that profit in a day only shit coins do that.
So, If I want to invest in this, is it going to be a waste or I can have profit as well? Thanks.

This would depend on your research about these coins stated in the above. If you think that it has a good demand I could say that there is a future for it, but if not, well I think you better think of it more than twice dude so that you won't gonna regret in the end of course. Remember your success is still in your hand.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is not easy to make money in cryptocurrency on: September 06, 2020, 12:10:29 PM
Believe me my friend, anywhere in the world, it is not easy to make money. If you see any airdrop that promises 100$, 200$, 300$, 500$ and above just for referring peeps, or sharing post online, then it is atmost 99% fraudulent.

Likewise, if you see trade signals that promises certainty, or bounties that promises you a fixed price for your token, be wary. It is not that easy nor realistic.

That's true! I had been here for a couple of years in cryptocurrencies until now I cannot say I am one of the expert traders.
Yes, I do earn but not a huge amount of profit, and even now I continue to learn about it because cryptocurrency was too deep
to understand based on what I understand about it.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much you earn in bounty hunting for the year 2019-2020 on: September 06, 2020, 11:42:38 AM
Most of the bounty campaign I joined during 2019-2020 until now they're not paying us into our Ethereum wallet.
Almost all of them their majority only is to give their future plan through telegram but giving updates about the distribution
is not their priority at all, on which is really a bullsh***t, in short, no profit for the whole year in bounty hunting.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Uniswap on: September 06, 2020, 11:25:22 AM
did you guys try trading on it? i heard fees are insane. how much gas i pay for lets say 100$?
im fomo with bunch of shitcoins there as they grow insanely, i wanna catch some profit there before coins dump...

Some said here that UNISWAP is the best DEX platform to use at the moment according to them.
Although, I never try to trade to this exchange because so far only IDEX that I used most of the time now.
Then, the rest of the platform that I most often used are Binance, Bibox, Kucoin, Bittrex, Houbi, and Bitforex.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: September 06, 2020, 11:15:57 AM
In corona Pandemic, I have no job to earn. So I am joining several campaigns from bitcointalk?

What are you doing now?

Before the Pandemic came up, I am already doing a crypto trading mate. Then, when the Pandemic(CORONA VIRUS) came up
I continued to do trade in different platform exchange to earn cryptos until now. Then, I also joined the bounty campaign project as well here in the forum via Signature, Telegram, and Youtube campaign.
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I go into this crypto???? on: September 06, 2020, 11:04:30 AM
I've heard people talking about other Cryptocurrency and even I've known alot about some of them, I've made careful research about some I'm even yet to know about, but I've not seen too may people talking about Pinkoin and I'm about to join that, please can you share with me your views, I need to have good understanding of it before I go on. Thanks so much 🙏

I'm not really familiar with Pinkoin, if I were you, better check potentials altcoin at the coinmarketcap rather what you are doing it now.
At the cmc you can see all the top altcoins and exchange as well. At least using this platform your capital surely will not be lost.
So, my final suggestion is to avoid Pinkoin dude.
152  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading without setting stop loss (Risky or Not)? on: September 05, 2020, 01:29:05 PM
Since 2017 even until now, I never try to use it honestly speaking. Because so far even without it, I can still able to earn good depending on the flow of the movement in the market or it depends on the coins you trade it then of course. And the risk was there whether we use stop loss or not, that's what I know about it,
153  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What I think will be the top cryptocurrencies in 2021 on: September 05, 2020, 01:12:17 PM
These 2021 I think the top cryptocurrencies would be, Chainlink(LINK), Ethereum(ETH), Polkadot(DOT), Xem(NEM),
RSR, Binance(BNB), Band, BUSD, and HT. These are the altcoins that can push us to become rich someday if you hold
a lot them in the long term.
154  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 7 days of free access to the channel about cryptocurrency. on: September 05, 2020, 01:01:53 PM
Perhaps, there's nothing to lose if they try 7 days trial. But is it much better if you give some brief explanation here in this thread
section to teach us briefly on your own little about that things, so that everyone here could have some ideas or can give some
suggestion who has skills too about it, what do you think?
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need your advice on: September 04, 2020, 05:50:58 AM
Been seeing great men in here, some legendary and some hero members, some with high ranks. I love to aim high. I'm just making my way into the world of Cryptocurrency and I need the advice of each of you all. So my way into it can be very okay. Thanks in advance.

First, what is your aim to came here? Do you have any idea about what you are entering at here too?
Are you aware that you need to gamble your investment or capital before you can make actual trading?
Also, do you have the name of the coin you will try to invest in here? and do you know what is your goal target
as a trader? You should know all the answer of this question dude, before you adapt the advise of the others here.
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: September 04, 2020, 05:39:09 AM
In corona Pandemic, I have no job to earn. So I am joining several campaigns from bitcointalk?

What are you doing now?

I think you did the right thing, for now, you can also signup also in Bitcoingarden.org, or altcointalks where you can also
apply there in the campaign they have to their forum platform. Because for me during the pandemic what I did was crypto trading only and nothing else aside from this.
157  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What advice will you give to a beginner trader? on: September 04, 2020, 05:21:54 AM
make a plan before going to trade

That's true, without this plan everything will end into nothing for sure. Moreover, they also need to feed themselves about the knowledge in trading and the coins, they like to trade-in too. Having enough knowledge and idea could give extra confidence because you know what you are doing as an individual trade as well.
158  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which type of trading you think is good? on: September 04, 2020, 05:10:24 AM
Types of trading I know, they are about five of them: momentum, scalping, position trading, day trading, and swing trading, and they all require that you know technical analysis. So, saying technical analysis is a type of trading is wrong, technical analysis is necessary, if you don’t know technical analysis you are not yet a trader. As for the news, they do have effect on the market as well, in fact the two things you have mentioned here are just things that are necessary to be a trader, you have to be current with the news and also know technical analysis.

Day trading is the type of trading where you’re taking profit every day, scalping is taking small profits repeatedly, momentum is like following coins that are trending, swing is a short term trend where you target a trend and invest , and lastly position traders can hold for a month or week. To do all these thing you need to know T.A.

You may be right on what you stated in the above, But I think scalping is not that easy to apply when you are in the actual trade platform.
I've been doing this and most of the time, in the end, I always lost my coins. Meaning, timing I think is also one of the good tools methods to use when we do trade dude.
159  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What went wrong here? on: September 04, 2020, 05:00:19 AM
Hi

I entered a trade today and bought ALGO. The price broke from a triangle pattern but within 5 mins of entering the trade the price began to fall. Did I enter the trade too early after breakout ? I have added the chart below:

Just like what others here said the page doesn't exist mate. The only thing you could do for now is to hold em or wait, very simple if you don't wanna lose your capital. The only problem is We don't know when this ALGO bounce it's price again in the market. Since they are volatile, we should aware of that anyway.
160  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading group on: September 04, 2020, 04:49:42 AM
I would just like to ask you to throw off all sorts of groups( not channels) with traders, where there are discussions of trading and all this.

Even you join different groups in trading it is still not the basis for us to earn big in it. Because in the end, the profit will depend on our hand
and in the situation of the actual moving price in the graph. That's why I don't believe trading seminars that have an entry price or slot for it, that obviously showed a business wherein the more people who will attend is the more profit they get.
