How to pick a good ICO as a newbie? Don't!
Get to grips and experience with some of the more established crypto market tokens first. Feel what it's like to experience massive bull runs and massive dips sometimes both happening over the course of a week. Only then will they have the patience required to HODL when ICOs go on the market and sometimes go to 1/4 of the ICO price only to a few weeks later become x10, x20 gains.

Sadly the two big cryptos (BTC and Eth) are suffering because of so much marketcap in other crap like Tether, Cardano and EOS. Not to say that Cardano and EOS may not be great in future when they got actual products but 3bil+ valuation on a theory is stupid.

That's the problem of investing in something before it's even made, such a stupid idea. Sad to hear that some people won't come across this news until it's too late and will end up with useless tokens.

Unless you are one of the major crypto influencers I never understood why so many bounty programmes are so lax with their Facebook and Twitter campaigns. Most of the time it's bought accounts or bought followers that just spews out multiple ICO tweets / posts. I'd be surprised if that generates any legitimate interest since who in their right mind would follow those type of accounts with there's no real content.

The percentage of companies that have become successful via traditional ICO means vs those that are airdropped are heavily favored for traditional forms of startups. Although none of them come close to the ol natural mine and develop open source platforms that became huge in the past. Only recent one like that to catch my interest is Ravencoin

Given the ambition of the project, they're not going to get anywhere near their end goal if they spent all their time on here answering questions. The person they hired to do community management is most likely only responsible for posting updates which is the main reason I come back to this thread.

Over the short term I feel the people that invested during the media hype post $10,000 and above for BTC are going to get hurt. Given those somewhat interested in crypto but not enough knowledge or courage to adopt until it was all over the news are the ones going to be stung the most, I think it'll set back Crypto adoption by an extra few years than if it happened naturally without the hype.

Got my bounty payment, was excellent campaign really glad I joined it. Here's to a bright future for PXS! Just need to swap my tokens for the new ones now on 15th March

Hi guys is there anyone received airdrop? Price goes down. So i thought someone received airdrop and sell it directly. If prices goes down before airdrop distribution. I can't imagine the price after distribution.
Whole point of bounty campaign isn't to just get tokens and then dump immediately, should be in it for the long term benefits of the project. Yes your correct is that's your goal the additional tokens will drive the price down temporarily but if you want to sell soon as possible your loss.

Solid whitepaper, as others have already suggested the biggest issue is getting adoption by the big exchanges. That will make or break this token.

Honestly what do people expect when using bots provided by others unless they've gone through the source code rigorously. The lure for some coder to make millions or be ethical, sadly the ethical part is likely to lose 99% of the time unless they're already minted.

Not 2.5 (2,5) according to the picture. You know a product oozes quality when they can't even get a dot vs a comma correct on the main website.

Another technique is consolidation if you think the market is going to continue to go down but don't want to sell you can transfer asset ownership from weaker cryptos to the more traditional big 10.

Think of the main coins as the stable technology upon which the newer coins will use as a template for designing their new tokens/blockchains. I think in the future Bitcoin will be a collectors item or symbol status like gold is but you wouldn't pop into the shop to buy a loaf of bread with gold. The every day crypto of the future will utilize high transaction per seconds and ease of adoption for the masses.

For those worrying about the token split they're implementing it into a smart contract now so there's no chance of the bounty tokens on the spreadsheet being diluted down to 1/1000th of the value. When you receive them simply follow the instructions to exchange to the new tokens.

Looking forward to trialing the app, been awesome progress since the ICO. Any updates on when the contributors club items will ship?

Trying to analyze crypto week by week or even month by month is nearly impossible. Take a step back and look at it from this time last year and you'll see the progress that's been made. Who's to say Bitcoin may be around 50k this time next year.

Far more points on that list that are missing,
7. Don't install pirated crap on same PC you use to manage your crypto and IT kit security in general (firewall, AV, sandboxing etc) 8. Don't install any dodgy apps with excessive permissions if you use any sort of crypto wallet on your phone 9. Do you utilize any publicly hosted wallets to store your tokens

Went through quite a few of the pages and failed to recognize the majority of the ICOs, as others have already stated most appear to be small shite ICOs that were pretty obvious scams which some would have fell for.
