When it comes to table games, we are also planning to write tips and tutorials on various games such as Poker and Baccarat in the future.
I will try to remember that and check back from time to time to see whether or not you posted any. Would be interested in Baccarat and maybe also Poker tips.
Do you require KYC for live casino games or KYC in general at the casino?

It seems that this is required by certain rules. It's better than sticking to rules as a casino than trying to get around the rules and attract customers that way. To me, a KYC check on websites is just a sign that they want to stick with all the riot to do everything legally. Nothing wrong with it.
142  Economy / Gambling / Re: DuelBits |Instant BTC & ETH deposit & withdrawals | Live Games & Slots! Rakeback on: September 30, 2020, 07:55:04 PM
Regarding the KYC, this is fair and honest. It will give your site more credibility to be honest about this.
But regarding your withdrawal:
Sorry but we are not buying this. The fact that you are trying to push now to convince people that you can handle big wins, is a sign that your site is doing the opposite. We all know that you want to win customers, but this is really not the way, as already mentioned here. Now you are trying to tell us your site will process a withdrawal from 80,000 $ in 5 minutes. This is a fairytale. I think you can not even cover this amount of money, as you are a new site. We would appreciate it if you give honest and transparent answers, and don't say nonsense that you pay 80,000 $ in 5 minutes. Very cheap and bad trick here. No bookmaker in the whole world will process 80.000 $ in 5 minutes.
Hello, again I appreciate your concerns. However I have to reiterate that we are not a new casino. We have a name for ourselves within the CSGO community. Please do your own due-diligence before you start saying such things. Again just because we are new to the bitcointalk community does not mean we are a new casino.

Sorry but how can you keep trying to sell these stories. I did some research about your "experienced" casino. You told us you are not new? Unfortunately that is false information. And you are trying to tell us that you have a name? I checked the validator on your page, which shows the company name Liquid Gaming N.V
This company is your company and the owner of the website. Then I checked the chamber of Curacao (where this company is registered), and it shows the incorporation date is May 14, 2020.
Then you had to obtain for a gambling license, which also takes about 1 month approx.
If we calculate this, then we are about june 14 on the moment your website could run legal. Today is 30 sept, which means you are running your site now for 3 months at most. And for sure not longer. Maybe even shorter, like 2 months. That means your website is NEW and not a name.
So again, you are not a new site and I also think the promises to process withdrawals instant - and not to forget you tell withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes, also 80.000$ is more and more a fairytale.

I advice you to start with a clean sweep, and stop lying if you want to get some serious customers. Your site is online about 2 months, and then you call your sit experiences and that you have a name? Come on.

This website claims to be an experience casino. Maybe he can explain then why this website is only running for 2 months. He is also trying to lure people here by telling fake stories he processed 80.000$ in 5 minutes to a customer, which is absolutely a lie.
I want to warn everybody for this site, if they come up with lies then they should not be trusted.

I was surprised to see that from now on away and home games are being played. Does make it a lot fair. Yet those matches that were only 1 match were full of more spectacle.

One other hurdle is that we are unable to verify the account ownership as the claimant is allegedly unable to contact us from his registered email instead using another.

Did you tried to reach out to them with your registered E-mail address? If you contacted them with another E-mail address, then they should have the right to ignore you. Basically it can be anybody writing from another E-mail address then. This is an important first step trying to solve the case. Now Sportsbet indicates you used another E-mail address for contacting them.

Deposits are almost always immediately or at least normally spoken within the next block if there is enough fee. It is understandable that payouts are not manual. Suppose you win 20 Bitcoins, then it is an expensive joke for them to have it paid out automatically. Of course they would rather slow things down and keep your money with them, in the hope that you will still gamble it. But I agree that there have been a lot of complaints recently about this bookmaker. Very unfortunate, because if you can sponsor English clubs, you also have enough money to pay customers. But then it has to be done of course.

The most important thing you all should look at is this:

Which means they are operating on a fraud way.
Where do these kinds of clubs get the guts today to just continue with such malicious practices?
148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and tax in your countries on: September 27, 2020, 09:32:50 AM
The moment the government in a country recognized bitcoin as legal tender and money, things would become a lot easier. not for those who own the bitcoins, but then there is more clarity. By the way, the whole idea of bitcoin is gone, which wants to offer as much transparency in its transactions and anonymity as possible. However, this can also differ enormously from one country to another.

Looks like Fortunejack is having a hard time now with technical issues on the server. What about funds from customers, how can you guarantee this is safe after these pages:
@Arcas these are normal downtime errors which are faced by all the sites routinely whenever they’re making some changes, and these errors have nothing to do with their wallets so I don’t understand why you feel that their users funds are not safe?.
I think if the problem of safe funds is in Fortunejack, there is no need to worry about what is happening now, maybe the server has changed and this is normal so I am not so worried about customer funds, I really believe this Fortunejack will be quite normal in the near future if you experience a server at the first time but after that it was normal for me this is not a worry.

@Arcas I don't know if you have ever deposited funds there to bet and ask this are you a true Fortunejack user?

I did not. I am looking around for a site where to play active. I play only at 2 sites now, I am not satisfied about it with the stake limits.
Furthermore I noticed the site from FortuneJack is working fine again these days.
150  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: September 25, 2020, 06:10:35 PM
We could determine whether Cloudbet is really guilty of this and has acted unjustly. I assume that you also visited the Cloudbet site from your computer at home in the USA? Or did Cloudbet then block you with a page as mentioned above? If Cloudbet has allowed you to visit the website (and therefore also create an account and log in) then Cloudbet is wrong and they must take their responsibility and pay you all winnings. If you have had a block page in the USA, then I think Cloudbet is in its right. We leave out the VPN element here for a while, to get to the heart of the situation.

I would never connect to the account from home.

So you never have accessed the site from an IP address from USA, and only connected to cloudbet with VPN in other countries?

153  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Lamborghini Giveaway! 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: September 23, 2020, 07:36:07 AM
it would even be better if they organize a promotion without wagering 1000 usd. i think 1000 usd is still a lot of money so they could also reduce this to 100 usd looks like they make enough money from gambling so little more loyal to customers would not hurt any feelings i guess
The Lamborghini event started on 12th August and user can get tickets until 12th December for their wager. Four months is enough time to make some decent wager and collect tickets. If you wager small everyday like hundred usd, at the end time you may have minimum 12 tickets. And now they are providing double tickets for making 1000 usd wager. In that case they are loyal enough to their customers. A single ticket may bring you the prize. So the winner should afford to wager that amount.

It is a smart move to offer the Lamborghini. In the beginning, when I was very enthusiastic to read they give a Lamborghini away. Now I have some doubts, because they give it away in december. And who will say they will give this car away? When things sound to good to be true, it usually is. Ir would be more realistic to give away 50.000 eur for example. Not an expensive car from 500.000 eur.

ya.ya.yo!

Maybe, but maybe not. If they indeed give the Lambo away, it would be a great way to promote their site. It is all about money. If they gain for example 10 million from bets, why should they then care about 500.000 ?
On the other side I must admit, cars like this will not go so easy with casino's to give away. Unless you are a very big casino, which at this stage, I do not believe stake.com is. Somebody know if they have a sponsorship with a team? Football for example.

Don't know if it is good or bad, but the content of their site has been changed, see screenshot.
It could be either they cancel the entire project, or currently updating the content and will launch their project soon.
I hope it will be option number 2.

I believe the creator of this topic is the owner or representative of the site.
Why not start a proper ANN thread instead? You can attract much more players with that.

A new site that is offering 1 BTC bonus. sounds to good to be true. Can you at least share with his this promotion. If somebody deposits 1 BTC, and he gets 2 BTC to play with.
And what happens then? He must meet the rollover requirements, and until then he can not withdraw any of his money? Many sportsbook tried this idea before.

Can you post some substantive information instead of the same poster every day?
On this way, you will not get any customers. Try to be innovative. Just an advice.

Lowest price for Curacao license, it cost about 20K EUR  / for first year,+ annually fees later... Smiley

So you are operating your casino without a license ?

Is this legal and allowed to run a casino with no license ? Also it can be an issue for the players too who play at your site  Sad

In many countries cryptocurrency is NOT a money. So gambling with no real money is not illegal.

If you have more questions, please open support tciket: https://crypsino.io/page/support

This is just a vague argument and make no sense. Even if we consider it right, then if I belong to a country where crypto currencies are legal and i play at your site with no license, where do I stand ?
There is no need to open a ticket for any query.

Why are we discussing which is legal or illegal here?

If gambling is illegal in your country, then you are not allowed to gamble regardless of what currency you will use, even properly, you can't still gamble.
In the law, money or property that still has a value and it can be use in gambling, so you are gambling and that's illegal per your country's regulation.

I agree with this statement from mirakal. Crypsino thinks very easily by making a statement that Cryptocurrency is not money, and that it is therefore not gambling. It seems to me that you still need legal papers to run this business. Although crypto betting is still like a grey area. But it is becoming more white now. I don't think it works like that. We're not talking about a few high school marbles you can lose, the value that cryptocurrency represents is significant and can be huge. I think it is also not useful that he does not respond to such messages content, he would be better off making substantive good messages than just posting posters from only the same material.

160  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is good amount to start day trading is 100$ enough?? on: September 19, 2020, 08:34:13 AM
It's part of the process and learning that you will lose at some point I think you should made a strategy that will suit for yourself not every trader have the same reference we have different amounts, investments and strategies. I think a $100 is the minimum you should to day trade that's my opinion and can I ask are you just focusing on 1 coin? I think it's better if you divide them and buy different coins not just on one coin.
