141  Economy / Exchanges / Re: I've lost my two factor authentificator for Bittrex... please help! on: December 05, 2017, 09:37:42 AM
Are you joking? he has more than 0.50 bitcoins in there, everybody would be worried if you are in a situation that you could be lossing more than six thousand dollars.. I would literally die in his position

1. Don't worry.

Bittrex is probably the only one exchange (and polo) that are never replying to support tickets, they just reply with a bot that does not even work, because they send the same answers once and once again.

2. Do be patient. Bittrex, like all the exchanges, is snowed under with support requests, but they are processing them. Yours is not the first case like this that they've seen. They aren't just going to seize your funds with no way to recover them.

And i lost more than 0.20 on bittrex more than four months ago, and they have not even replied my ticket.

I've had repeated contacts with Bittrex and Polo support staff the last few months. It is not true that they are unresponsive, but they are busy. OP, there are some people here that are not being the least bit helpful for you. Ignore them.

You were right! They asked me a lot of details, transactions, etc, about my account plus a selfie of myself with my ID.
142  Economy / Exchanges / Re: I've lost my two factor authentificator for Bittrex... please help! on: December 04, 2017, 11:39:23 PM

If you already contacted their support, you need to wait for the answer.
Then they will ask you to upload selfie with holding ID card/passport and sheet of paper with written word "Bittrex"

I you sure about this? A lot of people say that they just do not reply. If they would really solve this and ask for a selfie than it is great!

I'm talking from my own experience. After I contacted their support, I got response from Bittrex on next day and soon after uploading photo they removed 2fa from my account. It waa only month ago, I don't think that things changed on Bittrex since then.

Thank you! If you had the same problem and you solved it this way than it is a relief for me. I would be able to recover my BTC.

My account is very old. I have saved it somewhere but I am searching for hours and I cannot find it...
It is a good lesson for the future

146  Economy / Exchanges / I've lost my two factor authentificator for Bittrex... please help! on: December 04, 2017, 11:11:02 PM
Hello guys!

I've literally destroyed my phone but I had the google authentificator for the two factor authentification for bittrex. Now I don't have access to my BTC and my bittrex account because I do not have access to those 6 digits. I have installed the app on my new phone but I have to scan a bare code or to introduce some key words which I don't have them anymore or I cannot find them...

How can I solve this? I wrote to bittrex but I have no answer yet...

I don't know what to do...
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Why people are using nicehash? on: November 30, 2017, 12:42:48 PM
Why people are using nicehash? When I paid to mine Ethereum on it, several times, I received less than the price of Ethereum at that time. To be more specific: It gave me back 20% less money than I have invested. The same thing applied for a miner who rented his/her hash power. Received less than if he/she would mine on a normal pool.

So why people are using it? How is it profitable and for whom?
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / what is more profitable? on: November 30, 2017, 11:06:14 AM
What is more profitable to mine?
I have 4000 USD available to invest in mining. What is your advice? What equipment should I buy and what should I mine?

Bittrex supports BTG since today but Electrum wallet doesn't yet. I can't use them yet... It is better to keep your BTC on an exchange during a hard fork. You will have your free coins sooner.

I have many of them on my bookmark, I did put 6 of them below. Just make sure you check each of them to find the one you actually want.

https://www.ico-list.com
https://icodaily.net
https://www.coinschedule.com
https://www.icoalert.com
icochecker.com
https://topicolist.com

There are more of them, but these are just enough I think. No need fore more. They're basically very similar to each other.
Thank you! It is really helpful!

Somebody knows when my potential BTG will be available on bittrex?

As far as i know bittrex made a statement about BTG a few weeks ago.
They stated that they will give their users who had BTC on their exchange, at the moment of the fork, will be credited their BTG.
And additionally i think i can remember they stated to not open a trading pair with BTG. Because BTG is no "digital asset".
Its more like a scamcoin with its premine of 8000 blocks (thats 100.000 BTG). Perfectly made to make money with other peoples stupidness.

I know about their statement. The thing is that I didn't get any BTG until now.
They should provide soon. It took a while, until Bitcoin Gold could be traansfered. It also depends, when Poloniex and Bittrex will update their wallets. But as it was on BCH, you should get also Bitcoin Gold.

By the time I will get them they will be worth zero )))

155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Difference between PRO and Gaming cards on: November 16, 2017, 05:13:24 PM
Let say for example VEGA 64 and VEGA Frontier Edition. Only big difference between them is the memory 8gb vs 16gb.
Enterprise edition is not made of better quality components.
They both use same architecture and made of same components.
The lifespan has to be the same if you use them both for mining 24/7.

Thanks! It is strange why the components are the same but the price is double...
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Difference between PRO and Gaming cards on: November 16, 2017, 03:59:46 PM
Yes, I mean professional cards.
But still, do they have a longer life expectancy? Or what is the difference actually between them?
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Difference between PRO and Gaming cards on: November 16, 2017, 02:01:39 PM
Will the PRO graphics cards last longer than the Gaming cards? I am asking about AMD cards.

Or it doesn't make any difference related to life expectancy?
P.S. related to mining of course
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin Gold Electrum support on: November 16, 2017, 01:42:17 PM

159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining farms for heating houses? on: November 16, 2017, 01:36:55 PM
I have a 100 square meter apartment with 3 rooms. I have 3 rigs just in one room with an opened window. Outside is 7 degrees. I open the door of room with rig and it is heating my apartment so I do not need any heating Cheesy Good deal for the winter.

I have seen a lot of guys who are complaining about the issues in the main net. There were a lot of issues for the miners. Did you had some?
