141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Want to quit? Here's how on: June 14, 2019, 12:30:56 AM
actually the hardest challenge when going to change a bad activity is to fight the ego and lust for yourself because of addiction or being a sign addict someone can not hold back his lust.
Yes this is not as easy as said. The conflict between what your mind thinks and what your heart wants to have is full of ambiguity and you are always the victim of uncertainties. In gambling, it is important to have certain boundaries and limits and only then there could be some way to get out of the game full of lust. One should think about trading rather than getting into gambling.
IMO, in trading you are not in total control of our money as trades are controlled by whales while in gambling, it is you that have the key but it is also very important though that you should put limit in everything that we do. Everything in excess i think is dangerous, applicable also to gambling so be discipline when you gamble.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hold ETH or Exchange with LTC on: June 13, 2019, 10:17:11 PM
Today I want to suggest that you do not exchange it (ETH) with Litecoin or others, except Bitcoin. I even want to buy 2 ETH in this week as planned. At least you hold ETH until the end of the year, and let's wait for the ETH price increase. Is this a good idea? It seems like a good idea.
Seems like ETH is on a roll at the moment. It is already 2X it's price since the start of this year. Aside from Bitcoin, i think it is BNB and ETH coins are worth holding, not a follower of LTC though. Hold them for at least a year then you will know the result of your patience then.
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The Bitter Truth about Bounties on: June 13, 2019, 01:50:08 PM
Let's talk about bounties that are not looking for funds like ICO and IEO ,they are always better and you don't need to wait forever to get your tokens,I like promoting already listed coins or tokens ,it's gives better rest of mind
If we are to promote coins/tokens already listed in exchange then the pay expected to be low and there might be a possibility that once bounties will be given, that particular token/coin price will drop due to dumping of bounty hunters, that is one disadvantage i see.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay Calm, IEOs aren't a threat on: June 10, 2019, 12:08:24 AM
For most of people IEO can be really profitable and if you have small capital, then you can earn on IEO and it multiply your investment.
All of my friends participate in IEO
We are talking here about it's threat to bounty hunters i think. OP is right as every project needed exposure to community that advertisers should not be neglected and IEO team should consider their help to succeed and spread the word of their project.
145  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Your First Stop Loss on: June 09, 2019, 11:52:24 PM
I remember when I hit my first stop loss.

It took a lot of pain to convince me that I needed to use stop losses. It's a good thing at that time I was playing with money I could afford to lose, because I would throw a little bit of BTC at different projects and watch in agony as the coins bled away into obscurity. 💉

Still though, my portfolio bleeding away from a little bit of play money to almost no money was nothing compared to the feeling of getting stopped out and price rocketing straight to the moon a few seconds later. 🚀🌖

That's the part nobody warns you about.

You find yourself in the awkward position where you were right - price was about to go up!

But you got shook out before it did and took a loss.📉

I can relate to you on this. Stop loss is a double edged sword for me, it might prevent you to loss more money but at the same time it also take away your opportunity to profit in a trade so before making that stop lose, decide patiently on what percentage to set-up, not too close to buying price.
146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does your country knows about cock fighting betting? on: June 09, 2019, 11:44:44 PM
I only saw cock fighting on TV and in my country it's some kind of exotic thing. we prefer betting on traditional sports like football and tennis.
Yeah its an exotic thing yet this is just only available in some ASEAN countries where they do make some cock fightings

and make a bet on whose gonna win in the end. This is some sort of entertainment into its citizens but this hasn't been known
worldwide which it would look out bit too harsh on some countries that do give importance even these cocks are considered
as livestocks.
This game is not limited only to ASEAN countries, some state in the US (Texas) used to have this game in fact some of the birds in the Philippines were imported from Texas that they even called that breed TEXAS Smiley. It's not exotic, it is almost the same as bullfight but the big difference is that almost all of the defeated birds died.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A call for mandatory KYC for core members of projects conducting an ICO or IEO. on: June 09, 2019, 11:38:04 PM
I also began to agree with this IEO system, so that the project will have a lower scam potential because usually on the IEO if the sales target is successful, it can be ascertained that the project will be listed in the same market. Of course we have to choose a market that already has a good reputation.
IEO in the beginning is very promising for me since i think that it would at least minimize scam projects but as i have observed recently many project is doing IEO thus making it scam prone because of abuse though there are some exceptions. IMO, those IEOs which conducted in Binance is more likely to succeed as it has full support from CZ.
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Getting Altcoins - Airdrops etc. on: June 08, 2019, 12:30:07 AM
Thank you for sharing here. Maybe I will try to participate in airdrop. Because my friend earns a lot from airdrop. And I want to also follow the steps like my friend. It doesn't hurt to try to participate in airdrop. If you can't get something from airdrop, maybe only time is wasted.
You know what, time is gold and maybe you don't wanna waste that. This thread was made in the last two years where airdrop and bounties were good. Participating on today's bounties and getting airdrops is very hard and like i said only waste of time, so better we might stay off as well.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Justin-Warren Lunch: The Publicity Side on: June 07, 2019, 11:41:53 PM
This justin sun guy is a marketing genius, kind of like a crypto steve jobs. It is him that makes tron a great investment rather than the platform itself. I wonder who else he invites
Yeah, you got it right. Look at what he did with BNB, it is just amazing to see how the progress of that token. It may be for his own company to prosper but the whole crypto community will benefit from it, whether we like it or not.
150  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why trading is unhealthy? on: June 05, 2019, 08:04:25 AM
It only becomes unhealthy is when most of the time of your day is devoted to trading. The time where you should be eating, resting, sleeping or even socializing is now given to your unhealthy trading lifestyle. If time is well manage and discipline is applied, trading will not give you lots of problem.
Time management is the key here but no matter how we manage our time in trading and emotions set in, still it is very stressful and it could be worse if you are on the losing side of the trade. Day trading is not for everyone and i'm afraid that it is true.

152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: thinking quiting after lose on gambling. on: June 05, 2019, 04:03:21 AM
Always losing in gambling and after losing all the money, I often felt desperate and wanted more money to continue to earn back my lost money. This is the feeling that everyone has after losing in gambling. As a gambler, we should control our emotions and stop when we win big.
This is how most of the gamblers feel especially when they are losing money. They feel more greedy and the will become more desperate to win so they will borrow money to get their lost money.

I don't think most gamblers have the mentality of quitting after losing in gambling because I believe that they will become more desperate as they lose. I think they will just stop when they don't have money left and can't borrow.
You have a point, emotions can get a gambler broke. If you are a gambler be sure to have the characteristics of what is a good and wise gambler should be. For me a good gamble must be patient and discipline. We should always had a plan/objective on what we are trying to achieve if we gamble and also have a backup plan if ever things go wrong.
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Harmony (ONE) on: June 05, 2019, 02:32:25 AM
Good for you that you have entered in the right price but with me, i got rekted  Sad. When i bought, suddenly the price dropped and it got my Stop Loss also. So we might be very careful on engaging on this kind of activity, better wait for everything to settle down or shall we say, wait for the dump.
154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Joshua suffer a humiliating knock out on: June 03, 2019, 12:07:44 AM
Well, this is why you cannot have a 100% winning chances even your player has a strong ability to win. There are many things that can happen and usually, those who challenge has the more courage to fight and win. Sportsbetting is fun because of this.
Always unsure as shit things ruined those bets for Joshua as he is the favorite here, but like what OP's have said humiliating KO happened, there's always chance for a fighter who challenge the Champ, it's time for Joshua to find it's way back as he will sure to call a rematch.

Preparations and more on anticipations,he needed to adjust on how Ruiz take the advantages over him.
Joshua is humble enough to accept the defeat and Ruiz is the better fighter that night. Time to move on and look at what goes wrong in the preparation, after all that is life in boxing, if you don't prepare well then you will pay the price.
155  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: why many traders(including me) not getting success on: June 02, 2019, 12:14:53 PM
even though we see a lot of videos read books and know that if we do this, we will be profitable but at last we do same mistakes and lose what could be the reason
1) practice and experience
2) with fear of losing or missing profits we just f*** our trades
3) patients
4) or what other reasons could be?Huh?? please comment
It's so difficult to have success in a manipulative world, even the so-called expert traders needs to manipulate people for them being successful. Hate to say it but i tend to believe that this pump and dump group exist for that purpose.
156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with bonuses only on: June 01, 2019, 09:38:26 PM
gambling with bonuses looks attractive but mostly such bonuses are low or there is a demand for deposit to receive your bounus.
It is some sort of a trap for individual that's looking to gamble with bonuses/faucet only. After they have accumulated BTC and decided to withdraw, they are prompted to deposit some amount before withdrawing and wager first, before you knew it, you already lost what you have deposited. Wasting only lot of time and in the end, got rekted.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't test the Depth of water with Both Feets on: June 01, 2019, 08:27:38 AM
Every individual has his own preference on how to take the risk. Here in crypto, the risk is real. Your money would be gone in just seconds literally. Have experienced that one earlier today on one of the coins but then again, that is my decision to take the risk but i failed and i should learned that one.
158  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Anticipating a spike on: June 01, 2019, 08:12:32 AM
Bitcoin is currently at about $8,500. I just placed sell orders at: $11,000, $13,000, and $16,000.

For some reason, I am waiting for a super-long upper shadow. Any thoughts? Any probability?
You got to have to wait for a long time before your orders being filled as resistance on the $9k is not broken yet. Just leave it as is and come back at year end.
159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you prefer? Sportsbet or casino on: May 31, 2019, 11:49:26 PM
Definitely, nothing to excite when you are in casino cause all the games will be usual unlike of being in sport betting where everything is new and we can see how the games ended. Though it is a little bit long to know who win the bets but we totally enjoy the time watching the entire game.
Casino will be that far, instant bet and instant wins or lose. It can possibly make you bankrupt easily if you keep losing.
Yes it is, that is why i prefer to gamble most of the time with sports betting as we can have excitement watching the games and also the duration of the game is a little bit long compare to casino games where we can lose instantly. There may be advantages and disadvantages between the two but i choose sports.
160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: thinking quiting after lose on gambling. on: May 31, 2019, 12:38:33 AM
It does happen most of the time and I also hear that from others as well but most them didn’t quit, they still comeback to gambling. Once your already addicted to gambling that’s when its hard to stay out of it, if your losing and you think it is already affecting your finances then stop, control yourself not to go back again because you will lose everything if you continue.
When you are a gambler, it is very difficult to stop. You may think of stopping right after a lose but when everything cools down, before you knew it you are gambling again. There is a saying "winners never quit, quitters never wins", for us to win we should not stop but maybe you should be a educated gambler.
