Some more details The robot was battle tested first in April, when the price of bitcoin went from 60 to 260 and back to 60 in a matter of days Take a look at bitcoin price chart this year  Then it was consistent from June to July when the price was going down for a long time. So you can see on the big picture, semptember drop is nothing to worry about for the robot. Even on crazy April swings it was profitable and drawdown never exceeded 10-15%. Compare that to "buy and hold" strategy, you would get drawdowns like 100% in a matter of days. |

Depends on happened to your VPS. I can't really help over the forum.
Could be all ok, could be connection loss or needs restart...
Also you see the chart. Depending on your situation, if the bot bought a lot of bitcoins before the price drop, it does not make much sense selling it right now, better to wait.

It's normal, and to be expected. The price can't be always growing and small drawdowns are normal part of the trading environment. From our 2013 year test the drawdowns never exceeded 10-15% even on the downswings and the robot handles price downfalls pretty well. The trading results should be considered long term. Let it work and check results once in a few months, it will show stable deposit growth.

Send screenshot to support, maybe your robot is stuck and connection is lost? We can't see Silver members remotely, they trade on their own computers. If you were a Gold member we could check on our trading VPS for you. Also try Medium settings, they trade more often. Medium settings trade more frequently. Aggressive is trading less frequently. Medium settings are targeting for smaller trades but with each trade you are paying small trading commission to btc-e so your profit is smaller but you have more trades. Aggressive settings are looking for long profitable trades but does not trade often because of that. Any other member (silver, gold or platinium) or eurobitcoin could confirm please if they had trades this week ? it depends a lot when you started. If you started with BTC trading acc on top of the prices and bough during that time it's no sense for robot to sell now when prices went lower, so it's just waiting  |

Yeah I agree looks like a scam. Maybe make a 2 week trial btcrobot guys? Here we go again... facepalm. Here's your chance btcrobot guys. The price went down on mtgox and bitstamp. Show us how a client benefited from the small price loop because of the bot making smart trades. It handled the drawdown very well. I dont see anything strange in this price move, a regular bitcoin price correction. Well I can honestly say I had that logo first. Then you are honestly not saying truth lol. Our logo is original design work:  and if you mean a coin from YOUR avatar  then it's not our logo, it's an image from stock images, pretty popular one. |

Not true, almost everyone who trade at least 10 days or more are in a good profit. How can you be in a loss when BTC price is rising well? Even if you simply hold BTC you are in profit, but with robot it is 2times more effective + he protects in case the price of BTC goes down. If it was a perfect robot, they would not sell it but keep it for themselves. Love your trolling  Always sharp and to the point. We have a great reply on that in the FAQ, let me just quote Do you trade it yourself? If it is so good, why would you sell it?
Yes, we do trade it and you saw the live trading proof. Why do we sell it? We could probably write something hypocritical here, that we want to make everyone rich and happy, but I will be honest with you. We are opportunistic. If you have a chance to make more money, will you pass it by? The amount of traders using the robot does not affect its effectiveness, so we thought, why not release it to a limited amount of pioneers who, like us, can take advantage of this new growing opportunity.
It's like when people invented the plane; nobody drives such long distances in a car! Same here. Why bother with manual trading, spending the whole of your life glued to the PC when you can use this new technology of automated Bitcoin trading!

it looks like it uses a strategy similar to the what the Aricie bot did. starts selling as price goes up and buying as price drops, the risk setting would make it sell more or less. personally not a strategy I would use but guess the truth will be eventually revealed despite the sellers obvious reticence to reveal any details the truth is it is working fine and we are happy. so are our members... |
