I'm interested in crypto because when I invested on a certain coin, when I read their whitepaper and I'm interested on their tech and brought coins, then after a few months, I gained profit. We can't say that coins under 100 in coinmarketcap are not worth buying or trading. although the coin is listed in top rank 100 it doesn't guarantee that it will be good in the future. You should see how is the developments, teams, and communities.
Yes, I agree with you to avoid losses of coins we must learned to analyze the markets volume on that coin wether it has a potential to regulates highly and we should learned to adopt the technology to be not greedy for the things. I am in immense pain to say that i foresee the fall. I would not be surprised if we lose from this point to 50-60 percent.
Accirding to my knowledge institutional investors are bidding out from crypto and stocks.
Stocks has already dwindling now and same will comeback to crypto.

I cant find any reason why would ethereum is going to surpass bitcoin this year,ethereum does most of the transactions in the cryptocurrencies everyday but it doesnt mean that this platform will ever surpass the king,which is quite impossible as of the moment as ethereum have the same problems of what bitcoin has,that is why smartcontracts and d-apps are worthless.
I can't say who's the number one list in the market in terms of prices because theres a lot of remaining days in year 2018, the prices changes immediately and the bounceback is unpredictable. There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.
No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Well yes, although we consider btc's standing being the number one coin but there is always possibility that one of those 3 alts you mention can surpass btc dominance. Etherium also has a potential aside for bitcoin but as what I've shown and observe bitcoin is the most popular of investors, while in etherium it is also popular and the fees is affordable .For me, every coin has a good exchange so better to have some other coin to knows which has a potential one than to focus the main coin you believe. |

Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them or hold.
The current market is showing good signs; I think it is possible that in future virtual currencies are more widely known and accepted, I do not understand why many countries prohibit virtual currency such as bitcoin in the market. If they keep the money banned by the government, I think they should sell to invest in other currencies. Better to hodl our coins until we reach our exact targets just to earn enormous profit ,the market always fluctuates in lower rate but as long as it still exist we can say it is also a good sign to bounceback in current prices or also has a chances to overtake and range higher prices. |
