141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US State Georgia next in line to accept cryptocurrency for taxes on: March 03, 2018, 09:59:14 AM
The US State Georgia considered to accept cryptocurrencies as  tax payment.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/us-georgia-next-state-in-line-to-accept-crypto-for-taxes-licenses
Georgia file bill after the Arizona considered BTC as a tax payment.
Which State is next?
This is pretty good news!
Surely other states will follow this kind of action. Cryptocurrency has more benefits than it contribute than the  cons of it. I believe now they realize that cryptocurreny is best alternative than fiat in case the dollar inflate every year.

Definitely! not only the some of the state in US but other nations too. Hope cryptocurrency will be common and will accepted in South East Asia.
142  Economy / Speculation / Re: Llew Claseen says BTC will hit 40,000 Dollar by the end 2018. on: March 03, 2018, 08:35:51 AM
Though it is an opinion but there is always a power in the words of the an influential people or a leader.

He doesn't appear to be that influential.

It could be to you he is not influential but in other people it could be he is. And the impact of his words could move those people and will start believing and  will risk their money to invest more on BTC.
143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China crackdown on BTC and will support its own cryptocurrency on: March 03, 2018, 07:44:44 AM
The other thing why China crack-down BTC because it's it's paving the runway for their altcoins. Recently airdrops flooded with Chinese altcoins.
China marketing strategy is quantity makes a better profit than quality and it's really effective.

This will sооn drеw thе аttеntiоn оf vаriоus cоuntriеs, if thе аmеricаn stаtеs hаvе bеgun tо аccеpt thе bitcоin, аnd оthеr cоuntriеs will sооn rеcеivе cryptоcurrеncy mаrkеt, аnd whеn аll cоuntriеs аccеpt bitcоin, thеn аnоthеr bull mаrkеt.

Definitely it will draw attention to other countries. It’s good US open an opportunity  that other nations will compel to follow.

145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How are your governments reacting to Bitcoin? on: March 01, 2018, 05:53:45 AM
Hello there... I am from India, and Bitcoin is still in the grey area here. It is not legal, but it has not been declared illegal either. But the government has explicitly stated that Bitcoin is not recognized as a legal currency here.

The government is still working on deciding a framework for it, but we have absolutely no idea about what its verdict will be. So, people here are trading in Bitcoin for short-term gains. Make hay while the sun shines!

How are your governments reacting to Bitcoin and what's its position in your country?

In my country  Government is positive on it. In fact government invites some of the BTC expert to discuss the BTC.

146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Germany Won't Tax You for Buying a Cup of Coffee With Bitcoin on: March 01, 2018, 05:45:10 AM
I was reading a bitcoin news in google when i found this article on google. This is the real evidence that bitcoin is start accepted by government nowadays. I hope this could happen in our country too.

News source : https://www.coindesk.com/germany-considers-crypto-legal-equivalent-to-fiat-for-tax-purposes/

What is the price of a cup of Coffee in Germany? Less than 3 dollar I guess. The transaction charge of BTC could be more than the tax of a coffee cup. Not wise though to pay BTC for a cup of coffee.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US State Georgia next in line to accept cryptocurrency for taxes on: March 01, 2018, 04:39:34 AM
News is a boon for encryption currency users, using encryption monetary pay taxes may actually lead to pay more taxes, because encryption currency as the price changes for tax payment, payment of capital gains tax and investment income tax.

I believe there will be a lot of countries that will accept encrypted currency.

I don't think so it will lead to a higher taxes because you will only pay tax according to the specified percentage of the law. If your tax is $10 then you will only give a crypto equivalent to $10.

The main point here is the law that will recognize and protect the cryptocurrency from a bullish government.
148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Philippines is starting to accept bitcoin. on: February 28, 2018, 10:20:53 AM
Our country just recently held a seminar introducing bitcoin in our country. The said seminar were facilitated
by bitcoin experts and government officials in pursuit of using bitcoin as another form of payment and regulation of it as well.

http://www.wheninmanila.com/5-things-i-learned-about-bitcoin-and-cryptocurrency/

It is good news that the Philippine Government is open on cryptocurrency. Hope knowledge on cryptocurrency will be thought to the people that are less fortunate.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US State Georgia next in line to accept cryptocurrency for taxes on: February 28, 2018, 08:51:40 AM

if this would be truthful, well US states sending us a message that they are not majority in every decision they releasing about cryptocurrency as i have read that arizona had passed the bill allowing theyre people pay taxes using bitcoin.this cause for a celebration as 2 great states favoring all of us in our journey

Cheer to that. If US legalize cryptocurrency by law other nation will left no choice but to follow. The action of these two states will awaken other states to consider the cryptocurrency as tax payment. This will boost the moral of crypto.

151  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Any idea for poor people? on: February 26, 2018, 06:31:26 AM
As we already know there are a lot of poor people in every country of the world, they surely do not have access to the internet and as the digital money is changing the world people are debating over the existence of real money all the virtual money. And as we know the government and the banks are printing more and more money which is reducing the initial value of the physical currency and all of this is going to be most painful for them. So now people are switching to the digital world so what should we do for the poor peoples should we make a system or let them take their life. I think if somehow we can make them literate then that is going to reduce the number of poor people in a country.

Your proposal is good but it will take a century to educate the population of the world regarding digital.

Few things why there are many poor than rich people.

1. Poverty is a mindset. People stay in poverty because they think they are poor and now way out of being poor. The world is full of resources and opportunity. Just only need and effort to activates those resources.

2. Government itself. Government wants their citizens to stay poor because they want to stay in Power. Hoard many of the resources and deny access to education.

3. Greed of the Oligarch. Oligarch always accumulate more wealth for themselves. If the the resources is will distributed to the people there is no poverty.

152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Banks will use blockchain on: February 26, 2018, 05:31:17 AM
There are series of good news on crypto currency now a days.
1. Bank plan to use blockchain
2. Banks in UAE, KSA and Federal will use ripples net.
3. Arizona, Georgia propose BTC/Cryptocurrency as tax payment
4. Russia also positive on Crypto since it's endorse by Putin itself.

Hope many more soon will follow
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US State Georgia next in line to accept cryptocurrency for taxes on: February 26, 2018, 05:25:57 AM
With Putins endorsement, crypto education in highschools and colleges in brisbane, and now this acceptance, crypto seems to slowly form a ripple effect of acceptance in policy makers and government authorities around the world.

It's good to know that Russia also positive on cryptocurrency. Seems the Cryptocurrency as a currency will be accepted soon in the government entities.
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US State Georgia next in line to accept cryptocurrency for taxes on: February 25, 2018, 02:13:29 PM
Good to see more state giving crytocurrencies consideration, but what I don't understand is what some people are saying. Cryptocurrencies especially Bitcoin is recognized by Government even US government some months ago there were auctions of Bitcoin in Australia and US, so if not recognized then who are they selling it to

It's been recognised as an ASSET.

But if you can pay your taxes using bitcoin, then it is a CURRENCY. That is the breakthrough.
I agree with Alyssa. And the other thing they drafted law that they will recognize the cryptocurrency as a currency.
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US State Georgia next in line to accept cryptocurrency for taxes on: February 25, 2018, 12:32:05 PM
Hope others will follow and they will start recognizing the cryptocurrency

Soon they will follow. Arizona just announced last two weeks then Georgia. We will wait then for some state to utter interest on cryptocurrency as tax payment.
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US State Georgia next in line to accept cryptocurrency for taxes on: February 25, 2018, 12:28:26 PM
I'm curious how many people from the whole Georgia own at least small amount of cryptos. The annual volume  probably will be about some thousands USD (ofc unless any crypto related business is located there). As the article say those cryptos will be sold within 24h so it is basicaly the same as selling cryptos by yourself for fiat and paying taxes with it (I bet some extra fee will be charged for all conversions).
Anyway the most important thing will be the legal side of the question.

It could be few but the action of Georgia is a huge leap for cryptocurrency to be recognized as legal in US.  Yes that's the most important.
If it will implemented it cause domino effect in US.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: US State Georgia next in line to accept cryptocurrency for taxes on: February 25, 2018, 10:51:31 AM
This is really very good news for crypto and certainly a positive step for cryptocurrency. If not mistaken Arizona senate is doing vote to use bitcoin in tax payments, So it seems the next state is arizona. Idk let hope more and more other states follow this policy.

Arizona proposes first followed by Georgia. This is a good recognition for cryptocurrency. Hope United State will be the first to legalize the cryptocurrency by law.  I believe if US will do this another nations will follow.

160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Vitalik Buterin said Cryptocurrencies ‘could drop to near-zero at any time on: February 24, 2018, 01:16:21 PM
The current magnitude of cryptocurrency seems it will not drop nearly zero on our generation. Though huge losses for investors could happened anytime.
Cryptocurrency today still a hot cake in the pan that everyone wants to grab it. Just chill everyone still a long journey for crypto.
