What kind of tips are you providing? Any additional details would be appreciated.
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO marketing instruments list (add yours) on: March 09, 2018, 11:46:50 PM

2. Strategic partnerships with other past ICOs that can share lists of media, investors, logos on website

Great advice - rather than starting from scratch, if you can partner with people that have done it before, you'll move much faster

Thanks!
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO marketing data on reddit . on: March 09, 2018, 11:37:09 PM

Great list - thanks! Do you have any more sites that provide contact for reporters that cover crypto?
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🔴 🔴 🔴 Attention: KYC for Bounties 🔴 🔴 🔴 on: March 09, 2018, 11:24:25 PM
This is the reason why I don't invest in ICO's that requires KYC. Because i only have my passport as my valid id and giving them a very sensitive information is very scary. And yes, identity fraud is my biggest concerned.

Cryptocurrency will become mainstream at some point in the future, and KYC is necessary to protect everyone involved.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OmiseGo on: March 09, 2018, 11:12:07 PM
Is this OmiseGo network already operating? If yes, which coins may I exchange? If not, there's some planned date to start it?
The OMG token is the coin to pay every transaction over the network or there's other ways to pay the fees (ETH, BTC, fiat money, etc)?

It's already on exchanges - do a quick Google search and I'm sure you'll find what you need.
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Where do you find your news? on: March 09, 2018, 11:05:29 PM
What I do is simply aggregate all the news feeds using feedly. I added every outlet that has the words ICO, Blockchain, crypto in it and now I get to see all the news from every relevant site every day. I have to say it does make things more streamlined and gives you the opportunity to compare the angle every news outlet is taking on a new event.

Aside from that, like justin86 said, twitter is cool too, it gives you the info fresh out of the oven if you're following the right people.

Who do you follow on Twitter to get the news?
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: March 09, 2018, 10:38:45 PM
i bought 10k of a coin to run a mn at roughly 40c each, few days later the coined mooned to 20x (now steady at 10x) my buy in price, now im scared to even start the wallet on my pc to stake them never mind set up the mn

Im taking a break to educate myself more about pc security etc before i do anything with them, while at the same time im losing about $70 a day passive income due to not running the mn somehow someone needs to come up with a better solution to the security of the coins as crypto has zero chance of going mainstream if everyone who holds coins has also got to be a cyber security exppert as well!

Makes a lot of sense - the average consumer doesn't want to have to think about jumping through hoops in order to buy and sell crypto.

Thanks!
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: how to choose a good bounty ?? on: March 09, 2018, 06:40:43 AM
Mostly, if you want to get more tokens, so you need as far as possible to participate in more unpopular ICO project, then you can get more tokens, so you to join this bounty thread the profits may be the highest.
But for non-popular ICOs, they are risky; Now many fraudulent ICOs are born, If you want to participate in them, requires us to have extensive knowledge of market analysis. Many webstie sites also support the quality analysis of a potential ICO project. But personally I only like to participate in the famous ICO project. The chances of success are high.
Choosing a good bounty project is very similar to the way you choose ICO to invest because you probably will not want to participate in a bounty project within 2 to 3 months and get nothing from it. So choose a good ICO project and see if it has bounty programs or not to participate because you get what and how the results depend on the success of the ICO project.

Good advice - it can be a lot of work to get a nice amount of coins from a bounty so you need to choose coins that have a high chance for success.

151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO pool telegram group on: March 08, 2018, 06:22:35 AM
So, what is the benefits using this ICO pool telegram? I am still don't get it about how it works. I am still newbie for this ICO thing. Anyone can answer my question? Recently, I am interested some ICO project but, do I need this ICO pool?

The pool helps you get access to the private pre-sales of ICOs - meaning that you get first access before others, which includes a discount off the public sale price.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Private ICO pool group on: March 08, 2018, 06:12:20 AM
Take a look on the TG , you ge the link after register on https://www.crypto-compass.io/

It is not pooled, you do all process on the ICO website (kyc, payment...), no risk....  you just get negociated deal price...

pooling is risky you need to trust the person and they can be a scam...

Getting the discounted price while still doing your own KYC sees to be the best way to do it safely - good thinking!
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO pool groups? on: March 08, 2018, 05:49:46 AM
That is why pooling is bad.

Take a look on the TG , you ge the link after register on https://www.crypto-compass.io/

It is not pooled, you do all process on the ICO website (kyc, payment...), no risk....  you just get negociated deal price that's it...

pooling is risky because you need to trust the person, they can be hacked or be simply a scam.

I would imagine the legit pools would offer some type of escrow service - or is that not the case?
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best bounty campaign on: March 08, 2018, 05:36:46 AM
What are the best bounty campaign that really pays your work? Have you encounter some project does not give the whole payment?
The best campaign I got was AdBank. They paid ahead of time and they kept their promise. They have reached their hard cap 8 days before their ICO ends. So, the payment was earlier as expected. I encountered a project that doesn't want me to give a payment. Atlant. I participated their pre-ICO and ICO but when the final spreadsheet was released, my account was not indicated.

Sorry to hear of the issues with Atlant.

Is it not standard practice to receive the bounty program after the ICO ends? You mentioned that you received it early for AdBank, but that was because the ICO ended due to the hard cap being hit, correct?
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: explain what Airdrop is on: March 08, 2018, 05:15:09 AM
I've seen some ICOs have Telegram Airdrop/Bounty bots created for them. Does anyone know where to get one of those bots? Searching around has proven to not yield any results.
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Independent ICO Reviews on: March 08, 2018, 04:42:40 AM
Are you posting any details of your participation into the ICOs you are reviewing? It would be helpful for others to see your record as to whether the ICOs you deem as the best actually work out well or not.
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO pools on: March 08, 2018, 04:34:20 AM
Do most of these pools have some sort of escrow system in place? How do you safeguard against sending money to people that may/may not do what they say they are going to do with it while at the same time try to work with new people?
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most trustworthy ICO pool group on: March 08, 2018, 04:24:20 AM
Do you have a list of any deals you have done together? How do you determine which ICOs to participate in?
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WARNING DeepOnion is a SCAM, proof inside! on: March 08, 2018, 04:17:54 AM
Every coin in history was called a scam by someone. I will just give you a few links to older threads that called some coins scam and you try to draw some conclusions from it...
This first thread about Ethereum being a scam is such a good laugh today.  Grin Grin Grin

Too true!  Cheesy
160  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you research if the coin is a good investment? on: March 08, 2018, 03:54:37 AM
The most important factor to consider when analyzing an ICO is determining if a project has a high likelihood for success or not.

Factors that determine a successful project include:

- The experience level of the team (the best projects have a management team with a track record)
- The current stage of a project (the best projects already have a product that is built with an engaged customer base)
- Whether a utility for the coin exists (the more utility a coin has, the greater the demand it has)
- Whether there are network effects in place (the best projects utilize the network effect to drive and retain demand for the coin)

The science isn’t perfect when it comes to evaluating an ICO. By taking part in projects that have a high likelihood for success, the chances of the coin price appreciating over time are much higher than those that have yet to establish themselves in the industry.
