Update: We have enabled bit-dust, and now users are able to transact down to a single satoshi.
Elgawwf, can you please check and confirm on behalf of the thread?
Thank you! - Keyur

Another problem is their date/data is not reset on UTC. BX continues pumping previous days data (to bitcoincharts) for ~3 hours after UTC.
BGL, Great point; although the documentation for Bitcoin Charts do not mention UTC as a requirement for the API: http://bitcoincharts.com/about/exchanges/That is why we are opting to stay in sync with our customers instead of UTC. Hope this helps, Keyur

Elgawwf, We have intentionally opted for higher minimums like traditional stock/commodity trading platforms. As part of moving Bitcoin towards a more mainstream experience, we have also put in significant efforts towards advanced features, tighter security, fluid UI, and a stable code-base.
As you trade more volume, you will appreciate these features more than 8 decimal points!
Thank you, Keyur

Feel free to read it, and tell me what you think.
Serve is different.
To send or receive, they both got have accounts with them.
Shift, Talked to Serve today: They are a good option for consumers but are not meant to be a merchant-side solution. Their monthly transaction cap per account is $2,500! Thank you for the suggestion though - we are keeping our eyes open for options. Thank you, Keyur

what are campBX's future plans re fees/commissions?
Edwin, We are a small team so have to prioritize: so far our work has been around adding features to the platform, and starting next we are going to focus on market share and liquidity. We will have aggressive discounts for higher volumes! Thank you, Keyur

Dwolla are probably scanning for hacked accounts. We have been pushing Dwolla to be more proactive about this since we caught a couple of them trying to trade on Camp BX.
Thank you, - Keyur

Agreed - they have built a great product! Stephen and Tony are great guys to work with.

Now suppose someone swipes your Dwolla password. There are STILL people out there who haven't changed their passwords since the MtGox incident and are STILL getting their accounts broken into and their money stolen.
This is still a big risk Error - we caught couple of stolen-password accounts this morning! Dwolla is reviewing their activity now.

Serve is located in the US and backed by American Express Serve Service and Card are provided and issued by American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. 200 Vesey Street, New York, NY 10285. American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. is licensed to engage in the transmission of money on behalf of the public. AMEX? Run! Haha David, I heard what Bruce had to say about AmEx Platinum! However Serve is a different company so we will definitely call them up tomorrow, and see what their options look like. Thank you for the suggestion Shift! - Keyur

Another payment / withdraw features would you consider is Serve.com?
And would you make a Android App for CampBX just like MtGox Live?
it would be convenience to me.
Shift, A dedicated Android app is not in the pipeline so far, however you should be able to use the Web UI on any recent smartphone or tablet. We have tested www.CampBX.com on iPad and iPhone 3GS, and it works very smoothly. We are also working on enabling instant text-message (SMS) notifications for account activitiy. Hope this helps, Keyur

QT and SHIFT, We are looking in to other payment options actively, that meet following two requirements:
1) Payment company must have a registered office in the USA 2) Must be willing to sign a contract outlining all terms at the outset.
We will keep you posted as we add more payment options. In the meantime, we have a good working relationship with Dwolla and they have been very responsive to all our questions / requests.
We are going to continue our relationship with Dwolla.
Thank you, Keyur

A quick update:
We proposed a 3-point solution to make rollback risk more manageable going forward, and Dwolla has shown willingness to implement all 3 by end of the week. We take this as a very positive sign, so we are continuing to accept Dwolla deposits.
I will share more details after we tie-in over a phone call tomorrow.
Thank you, Keyur

I know that you weren't affected by the "Dwolla scam", but will you still continue to use Dwolla after their update to the Terms and Conditions stating that chargebacks can occur?
Nmat, We proposed a 3-point solution to make rollbacks risk more manageable going forward, and Dwolla has shown willingness to implement all 3 by end of the week. We take this as a very positive sign, so we are continuing to accept Dwolla deposits. It is business as usual at Camp BX :-) I will share more details after we tie-in over a phone call tomorrow. Dwolla scandal update: Camp BX is not affected by this, and every dollar is accounted for. Hoping the same for other Bitcoin sites! Thank you, Keyur www.CampBX.com

Do you offer a testing platform?
Matthew, We are in the process of moving testnet off to a separate server, so unfortunately no test platform is available for now. One workaround we can recommend is submitting sell orders at higher than market prices, and use "My Activity" page to examine them through the web user interface. (Or buy orders at lower than market prices) Hope this helps, Keyur

Sometime ago you introduced your affiliate/referral program.
When will it be possible to see if and how many referrals one has generated.
Use Bitcoin 7 as reference.
Thank you!
Hi Elements, This change is already in testing - we should be able to push it out in production within couple of days! Thank you, Keyur

Could use change order option
I would prefer my orders not to expire unless I ask them to.
Change order is a great idea - we have added that to our priority list, and will follow up with you when we push it in to production! You have the option to set expiry dates up to 31 days out. However beyond that the expire option was intentional, with the reasoning that it will keep the orderbook more relevant to current prices. Hope this helps, Keyur
