Sorry, are you saying that reporting facts happened on the forum itself is sufficient to require a 'Clean up' of the posts ? I'm just asking as I didn't quite understand you post. Not sure if you are referring to the requirements for a clean up or or not. There is a big difference between reporting on facts and missrepresenting facts. You've done the latter. Can u please make me an example so I'll report to him ? |

Please, if there's a real ( I mean real, not a Puppet driven by NEM team) user here in this forum that believe NEM is doing something wrong PLEASE JOIN US. We just want to fight the NEM Team corruption and Dishonesty. Nothing personal against any of the Forum User. I've never attacked any single user, only fairly replied to their offences, and I haven't done it often enough probably. They all seem blind here, but I know their are acting like that. There must be someone Incorruptible out there. Please if you are unsure, spend your time reading all the evidence that are posted in the last few pages. I got a message from someone regarding this thread today. In the spirit of transparency, instead of privately answering them, i'm going to publicly post a response.
A couple of data points:
a) Bittrex was not notified of the failed attempt to attack our exchange. I was made aware of the attempt to social engineer our process on March 17th, around 1 am PST, when talking to the developers in the NEM slack.
b) Someone deposited funds to our exchange and tried to social engineer double crediting of a single deposit of coins. This is not a flaw with NEM; If an exchange isn't properly tracking txids, someone can try to double claim something deposited. We have multiple layers to safeguard against that.
c) The withdrawal of properly credited funds were coincidentally delayed that evening because the NEM wallet produced an error. "2016-03-16 06:35:57.936 INFO chain update of 4 blocks (0 transactions) needed 97767 ms (0 μs/tx) --> That means his system was basically dead. Might be memory problems or something else." After service was restored, we proceeded to wait 24 hours before crediting the account for withdrawal.
I hope this answers the query we got and sheds light on what happened from our side.

Both CECVW and dannac are time-wasting clowns, (probably some 15yo) and should be ignored.
You don't see these pests coming and making a scene when XEM was sitting at 30sats.

So he helped you in the past with different things. Offered to give you money when you lost some due to your stupidity (you can call it bad trades or scams I call it stupidity). Told the team that he got a stake that wasn't his and returned it and the only thing he did wrong was to use some of your NEM, when he was helping you anyway, for the exploit for which he was rewarded... and after all the help and kindness towards you that is your pay back? You should be ashamed of yourself.  It doesn't look you understood that much from this story. If you are really interested this story then Read it again, more carefully this time. ok, so recapitulation of this "drama" (sb correct me if i am wrong) Back in the old days CECVW registered 3 stakes (or 4?) for his all his friends. He checked on the redemption site if his key is ok and moved on with his life. When price spiked he wanted to dump his stakes (or part of it), however he did not know how to import private key to his wallet so he FUDed a bit on this forum, that devs have taken his stakes. Meanwhile kodtycoon - a (former?) member of core team sold all his crypto for whatever reason, but he found some bug in the way how exchanges handle alts. He had no coins of his own to try this bug and nobody trusted him enough to lend him large amount of some alt. (I imagine he did not want to tell anyone what he wanted to do with coins) All of the sudden kodtycoon sees CECVW FUDing on the forum, that devs have taken his stakes, but obviously, he just didnt know how to import keys in the wallet. So kodtycoon asked CECVW to give him private keys to that stakes, that he will try to get his XEM. CECVW gave him keys, because he is member of nem core team and they knew each other. Now kodtycoon has private keys to 3 (4?) sakes, but instead of telling CECVW: "ok, all your XEM are there" he uses that coins to test his hack, thinking that CECVW wont notice anything and he might get some bounty from exchanges for telling them about the bug. However, kodtycoons hack lasted too long and CECVW noticed that his coins moved and thought (former) member of nem core team stole his XEM. kodtycoon tels CECVW, that he used his coins on hack and he will return cons back. He also mentions bounty. CECVW does not trust him, freaks out and starts posting cryptic posts about NEM apocalypse. Meanwhile, kodtycoons hack is successful and he returns all XEM to CECVW. CECVW, does not feel that is enough and wants cut form kodtycoons bounty for involuntary "lending" him XEM. kodtycoon does not want to give CECVW cut from his bounty so CECVW continues to be prophet of NEMs apocalypse. EDIT: kodtycoon gave CECVW cut from his bounty, but CECVW still does not understand anything and think it is all big NEM conspiration? How does dannac fits in to this story? I dont know .. Is he also CECVW, or just random guy that likes FUD and used this opportunity to FUD? Ask CECW who I know. If you read all the post with the appropriate level of attention required you would have figured my role out already. I'm not gonna tell you on purpose.  |
