Finally I can speak without the fear of having an email from Fedex.

Sent my refund request via registered swiss mail for my second and last order at bitmine.

Ordered 2 1T coincraft desk in december, supposed to be shipped in february/march.

Never heard from bitmine after having wired more than 10'000$, no mail, nothing.
They didn't reply to my first refund request, but changed the status to cancelled on the website.
In Switzerland, you are supposed to respond in a 10 days delay to a registered mail.
Well I guess they are too busy producing 50 units a day...

After 60 days of waiting and adding 10 more "immaginary bitmine delay" days, I'm more than fed up with their lack of communication. or just the lies when they do rarely communicate.
Now That my last refund is sent, I will allow these liars 30 more days before going to the police station.
As i am a Swiss citizen and having a national bank account, there should be no limitation to wire both my refunds quickly.

I have no patience with this company anymore.

This.

I am ready to lawyer up.  All paperwork is ready. Lawyer selected and contacted.  The only thing that has has stopped me at this point is that Kerim@bitmine has assured me that it will be sorted by 27th May.

We shall see.

I'd much rather NOT be hanging around this thread.

Kerim/Kerin or whatever assured me that my refund would be processed by May 21st.. it's now May 25th..

What's worse is that people have gotten refunds from Bitmine in the past week.. but he told me that they didn't have any funds to refund people with for the entirety of last week. (Ie: he claims they did nothing!)

Story does not check out, please go and shine some light on this.

Guaranteed Kerim/Kerin has been told to say whatever bs is needed to keep refund requesters at bay until the company goes bankrupt. Just complete lies. What legitimate people run a business like this? I really can't see Bitmine, or many of the other so-called ASIC companies being around much longer. Such shadiness in business practices only pisses off current customers and does not earn new ones. Recipe for utter failure.

BEWARE !

CHECK YOUR REFUND, IF YOU GOT ANY !
THEY REFUND YOU, IF THEY DO, FANTASY FIGURES !

Wtf does this mean?
144  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: May 21, 2014, 01:41:33 PM
Very annoyed my refund still hasn't been wired and it's been 50 days since I sent the paperwork. Of course this is exactly how I predicted it would go down in a past post.

They have not responded in 30 days to any emails I have sent, and I've sent at least 3-4 asking where the F my refund is.

Just finally called Bitmine via Skype for the first time, and after a few minutes of an annoying "I got the power" hold song, I spoke to "Kareem". He said my refund was green on his screen and to "wait another week and then call back if not received" LOL. I told him I don't believe a word he is saying, that people on the forums are reporting the same stock response but the refunds are never sent.

He didn't seem too concerned they were violating their terms by not sending within 30 days. He also said, "It's not a large amount so I don't see why it should be a problem" or something to that affect, implying if it was a larger amount it would be a problem. Sorry to anyone who's waiting on a large refund (+$5k).

He said he's not the one paying the refunds, and that it's the accountant. You could tell he was stressed and has been told to say whatever it takes to keep people at bay and to convince people they will receive their refunds.

I will be shocked if I ever see a wire come in from Bitmine.ch.

Can someone help me. I'm trying to call Bitmine and get answers of where my refund is (currently 49 days after I sent paperwork).

Calling from the US. Dialed 011 41 91 290 90 99

All I get is "the number you have dialed has not been recognized." Anyone know how to call them?
146  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: May 02, 2014, 01:20:51 PM
Ok,

BitMine support told me: No, you will receive your refund at some point within 30 days from the day you sent us the refund form

April 5th + 30 days = May 5th = Monday.

Today is the last working day before Monday, so will I get my BTC refund today?

they are lying.....

Definitely full of sh*t. It's been 32 days since I requested a refund. As predicted, no wire yet. No respond from refund@bitmine.ch from an email days ago.
147  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: April 30, 2014, 02:38:57 PM
good news. When did your refund request go into Bitmine?

28 of April

Wait....so you're saying you got a refund after 2 DAYS? I've been waiting 30. How did you receive your refund, via wire? I'd like proof pls.
148  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread on: April 30, 2014, 02:04:30 PM
I requested my refund 30 days ago and the wire still hasn't arrived. Why am I not surprised?

Treat waking up to see Noble on the rise this morn. Seems price has been in the toilet ever since coinmarket.io went dead, sucks a shady exchange can hurt a good coin like Noble.

Update on my situation:

Was in Jan batch #2. Machine never came, free 50% extra hash wasn't very appealing to me with difficulty minimum 4x up. Once 71 days were up I emailed them and requested a refund, which I did over 2 weeks ago. My order now says "cancelled" but have yet to receive my refund + 10% as promised by their CPP.

So as of yet I have not received a refund wire from them (I paid in USD). Today I emailed them again, and was told refunds are sent 30 days after requesting them lolz. Wait 5 months and get no machine. Then have to way another 30 days, when they could easily send the wire the same day or the next at latest after requesting a refund. I mean, they have my money so why should they be allowed to hold onto it for another 30 days? Wtf.

Beyond annoyed.

Here is my prediction of what will happen next: 15 more days will pass (making 30 days after refund requested), and refund will still not have arrived. Then when I email them again, the response will be: "I will pass it to the finance department", which will go nowhere and another 30 days will pass with no refund and who knows from there.

At this point I am expecting nothing from them ever and writing it off as a total f*cking loss. Should the wire +10% show up within the next month I will be totally shocked.

So there ya go, thanks Bitmine.

So much for the "resurrection" it seems...

Some people don't ever see anything good in their lives. :S

Waiting to be impressed.

Developers, do you have a plan for the development of the coin? I'm thinking to buy these coins, as they are so cheap...

Wasting your time.

Time for X11? ASIC's and one hit multi's looking for targets.

Most coins are getting protected and now that doge is the field of targets has diminished considerably.

Rofo you need to seriously think on this. This coin cannot afford to be massively dumped.

Yesterday Dif rose to 7.5 then dropped to 2 or so so they are getting a quicker switching algorithm that is getting around the 1 dif retarget.

AFA Pools. I have used Poolerino from day 1 and have never had an issue (Except that pita invalid token so i have to enter the friggin captcha twice every friggin time). And Mike is always available and a supporter and follower of this thread. I can also vouch for Hash. So, I use it alot when I am fast switching coins.

We need the P2pool setup. I miss the days I could code. Never grow old and broken.

These scrypt ASICs are gonna totally decimate the entire altcoin market unless coins take steps to protect themselves.
