.. just file a lawsuit "Betrug" at any Police-Station or by mail to "Staatsanwaltschaft" ..

http://www.rwi.uzh.ch/elt-lst-wohlers/strafrechtbt/betrug/de/html/index.html?c=1

I don't speak German, sadly, and I'm not sure that starting a legal cause without legal assistance from a Swiss lawyer is a smart idea.

I do speak german and a friend of mine speaks also italian. i would say we start next week searching for a lawyer and share them among the scammed forum members. dont know who but thats was suggest weeks ago from someone else.

Ok,

I speak Italian and English, and BitMine is from the Italian canton, so they should be speaking Italian as well.

That said, keep me informed please, so that we can join our forces and, maybe, split the costs.

so i test the new clocking options, these are the results that i get:

power save ultra
~710 Watt = ~740 GH/s
0,95 Watt per GH/s

power save moderate
~770 Watt = ~808 GH/s
~0,95 Watt per GH/s

power save light
~940 Watt = ~940 GH/s
~1 Watt per GH/s

normale mode
~1040 Watt = ~1020 GH/s
~1,01 Watt per GH/s

turbo light
~1140 Watt = ~1080 GH/s
~1,05 Watt per GH/s

turbo moderate
~1330 Watt = ~1140 GH/s
~1,16 Watt per GH/s

turbo extreme
not testet, because the system starts for a second and than go down... i think it can be a problem with the psu, i musst test it

the HW in alls mode are under 1 % -> i get this result with the tool  "cgremote"...

Thank you Wolke for this detailed report, can you tell me what PSU do you have mounted in the unit?

hehe no problem...i was interested what is possible.... i bought the psu's from LEPA -> G1600-MA-EU ( http://www.lepatek.de/g1600/ ),
i bought it because i get this psu for a special price, i paid only 219 € inkl. tax for each...

Ok, the PSU looks good in wattage but possibly you have not equally distributed the 12V rails available on the 5 slots. Can you please make sure from the manufacturer's manual that each card would be able to get up to 30-35A each?

Sorry is there a link for the web interface  firware, cos I cannot access the nterface with the sd card, I. Might have to burn a new sd card.

If Bitmine still denies the fact that this is by no means on a good way, count me in, too!
Maybe it's time to stop with the lamentation and start acting.

@Spiccioli

English:
They are kidding me since November, I asked for a refund and on the 31th days (28 of april) I still don't get my money, I called them very angry,  and they said me that the payment was done in that same day, BUT I CAN'T HAVE ANY RECEIPT, also after having asked for it several time.
I'm quite sure that this is another lie, and that they still didn't sent me any fuckin money, please consider me for an eventual legal action, I'M FUCKING BORED.

Allright, I have been reading this topic for a few months and I saw a lot of good talk, but twice as many of bad talk.

I saw people that reported they received their order, I saw pictures of a coincraft miner but I cannot identify if it is a "desk" or a "rig".

I also saw that orders starting with #46xx are already in the process of shipping to their buyers.

Now, I wonder what is happening with the orders #44xx, and I am talking about coincraft rigs. My order starts with #44xx.

Now, Mr. Giorgio, if you are reading this, I will give you a hint to recognize me from the messages I mailed to you. I am working in hardware development and I know what that means: project works perfect in simulation programming, but unforeseen stuff is happening in physical hardware implementation. I have experience with industrial computer design and implementations, unstable main boards, software debugging, heat dissipation or bad Chinese components. Been there, seen it, fixed it, no bad comments to you and your company (yet) because in my point of view, this is to be expected. And you depend on a few people that (I suppose) they know what they are doing in hardware and software point of view.

I sent a message describing the same story to your company.

I can see that your employees are concentrating on coincraft desks. I would like some news about coincraft rig project, and if possible (and if it is within my PhD hardware engineer qualification) I would like to offer my help in order to get it running. I am writing this because the money I payed for the 500GH unit is a big investment for me, and many people here consider the same.

So I wish to know the following news:

1. Did you manage to ship any coincraft rig?
2. Is there any estimated time of coincraft rig delivery for orders starting with #44xx?
3. Is there any compatibility between desk and rig upgrade cards?
4. Do you engineers require any qualified assistance?

Thank you very much for your patience.

My refund is due on May 10th. If I don't have my refund or a payment confirmation by May 15th, I'll take action. I'm going to draft the law suit (Vermittlungsbegehren) in German. Since I work in a swiss lawfirm, it's easy to do that and it will also be waterproof (takes me about 1 hour). I'm willing to share the draft with you guys, you only have to fill in your dates an provide me with the necessary e-mails. Since bitmine is located in the canton of tessin, we have to file it in italien. I also don't want to drive 3 hours to the mediationcourt. Therfore I'll hand over the law suits to an lawyer who is located nearby bitmine. So we either have to translate the files in advance, or the lawyer is going to do this for us. If we hand him over several law suits, the costs will be manageable. Basically the lawyer only has to attend at the trial.
I'll keep you updated.

REFUND

I have a order "CoinCraft Desk (February week 2 batch #2) 71 days later is 28.04. (or 29.04)

16.02 (17.02) + 71 = 28.04 (29.04)

So I ask for refund, the answer is "we are sorry, you can ask for refund from 15.05"

WHAT?! I was very patient and polite, but I wont let me RIPP OFF!  Party is over now!

So Ill wait to the end of the week for an answer, and I (and we all) know that BITMINE.CH will create something that they can push it to 15.05.

1. They never give me an other delivering date, than the one "feb.week2" so that the date that counts, as well my order is showing that in my account. (Bitmine.ch dont try to change that. I allready made screenshots and have witness for that, I now you might say "Dont allege that to us. But...Sorry I have to expect everything from now.)

So not sure if my lawyer is the right person for the specific subject, does anybody know what the lawyer should be specialist?

If you know a specialist lawyer in Germany please let me know, otherwise Ill find out and let you know!

I got my refund in cash today! So it is not a scam Smiley they ware just not prepared for all of this!

I waited 37 days for a refound but... I got it! Probably they have to much work and trouble, and not enough people to solve all.

I hope others will get their refund soon!

Excellent. I'm a BTC refund, and it's due in the next couple of weeks. Re-reading the form it's (a maximum of) 30 work days from receipt of the form.

Judging by everything else, they are leaving it until the last possible moment.  You'd think they would want to refund us quickly to go away rather than stay here and put other people off, but what do I know?

Just in case Bitmine decides to lock this thread down (like they did before), I want to remind you of the unofficial Bitmine thread:

Unofficial BITMINE CoinCraft series 28nm ASIC miners thread

As far as I can see this is no self-moderated topic, so they should not be able to remove posts.

Anyway I want to encourage you to cross post important information in the unofficial thread.

When I talk to them they are always very nice and profesional. But I got the filing, that those problemd they are in to (so many refunds, delays...) They can not handle.

I think they are new in buisiness and they do not have enough expiriences to salve that kind of problems.

And if other firms did not deliver the parts on time... It is hard to do it on time then Smiley

If I'm new in buisness, I would be very carefully at all with my promises and would advertise the products not as they did.
If I have not the man power to handle all the stuff, I would hire some people for support or credit team or whatever.
If I have a manufacturer that delivers me parts, I would have split the orders to different manufactures to reduce the risk if one of them failed.

Basics of running a company if you ask me. And all of that is not the fault of the customers...

TODAY I GOT MY REFUND IN CASH.  Kiss

$6,308.00  for a 1th Rig was the original price, paid on November 2013
$6,804.82 is the amount of money that I received yesterday from that losers.

Finally I can quit the post, and forget forever this horrible experience, at the end of all, it gave me about 500$ of earning, but is from November that I'm fighting with them.

Hope for all of you to get your miner/refund.
Now I'm going to see how can I invest my money for another miner, I think that I will buy from Cointerra, if everyone has suggestion, they would be very appreciated.

I will upload a proof of the bank transfer from my bank to all of you to give you some relax.

Good luck to everyone scammed by this losers.

@Bitmine, you have done all the possible to make this experience HORRIBLE, I think that before learning how to produce hardware, you need to learn a little bit how to make business, if you only communicated properly with me (and other customers), without LYING ON ANY ANSWER, maybe I waited also another month to get my miner, but I felt cheated from you, a lot of time, and my money doesn't grow on trees.

Dear Bitmine,

the shit is about to hit the fan!
You've crossed the line of too many.

If you "only" want to refund/deliver what you owe your customers (the TOS and CPP applies to you as well!), it's about time to move.
If you want to pay some lawyers' bills in addition, do as you please (stay silent, do nothing, goxx some people, overpromise, underdeliver, [to be continued, but I'm not in the mood right now...]) and wait for mail from the lawyers.

You have been granted so many chances for reparation. Why did you waste them?
You could have been a good choice if you kept with your pretended attitude.
Goodbye Bitmine, you could have been great if you had delivered what you promised to.

My deepest condolences for your former customers and your employees.

Regards,
MoD
