BCT-USD exchange rates have nothing to do with your middlecoin payout. If the coins middlecoin is mining (atm DOGE and LOT mostly) make gains relative to BTC, your payout will go up. If they drop relative to BTC, your payout will go down. That's exactly my point thanks Then why do you mention USD? Altcoin values usually follow BTC values pretty closely, much more closely than they follow USD. If BTC goes down, most Alts go down too, so you will about the same BTC payout. The whining here is reaching epic proportions... can we sticky some points: ?
Every server except the main one is IN BETA. Use a failover or mine at your own risk.
You WILL NOT get the same payout every day, and you WILL NOT always get the same payout as someone with similar hashrates. Mining is heavily dependent on luck, and the servers dont always mine the same coin.
You WILL NOT make what coimwarz says every day. Mining is heavily dependent on luck.
The only stats middlecoin generates are on the allusers page. Those rely on extrernal sources for data (exchange apis etc) so if something looks odd, WAIT A FEW HOURS before complaining here. Or PM h2o. And don't base any theories on snapshots of the data.
PM coingeek if the graphs are stuck. Dont complain here.
AVERAGE EVERYTHING OVER SEVERAL DAYS! The last five mimutes dont mean the end of the world.
Sorry but nobody is whining , They are talking about relevant things to do with "THIS POOL" And also why shouldn't we assume we will earn roughly what Coinwarz says the top three or four coins will earn ? I'm mining with middlecoin over an hour now. But my statistics page still says 0 mh/s last hashrate.

well I took two screen shots from middle coin charts and http://stratehm.net/ the difference in the unpaid balance is quite different. what gives?? I took the screen shots within seconds of each other, at one point the balance on startehm was in sync with middlecoin charts, about 7 hours ago, then at one point .14 btc was minus mysteriously from middle coin charts and is still unpaid from startehm balance. http://imgur.com/a/6j6SB#67bsH2oIts seems to me they aren't in sync, I was looking at it earlier, One minute i had more shares and higher hash rates, Then i refreshed it, And my hash rate dropped a bunch and my shares went down, I don't understand it, One thing I really don't understand is how the Middlecoin stats are still not working even after a day has passed, At least not for me. |

Apple has a history of pulling Bitcoin related apps and blocking apps that use Bitcoin as a payment method. Probably more trouble than it's worth for independent devs. Apple only takes down any app that directly buys/sells BTC/fiat. There are a ton of Bitcoin tracking, rig tracking, pool tracking, market tracking and even a few wallet apps out there. Blockchain.info are there and Coinbase was briefly, but they'll work that out soon. Hell, there's even one scrypt mining app (no stratum support though) that they haven't touched. I use it occasionally on my iPhone and iPad just to eek a little more (point it to a stratum proxy that's pointed to Middlecoin). Of course they both just hash away at less than 1kh per thread.  But why should a dev, especially a small independent dev waste any time or resources to develop an app when there is even a remote chance of it being banned when there are other platforms that are more bitcoin friendly? Because , Correct me if I'm wrong , But isn't it quite a straight forward thing to port an app from android to iOS ? Or am I going crazy ? I was under the impression tools are available to make it not that big a job ? |

I have a feeling your hashrate issues are still tied to your power outtage. You probably burnt out your boards' VRMs or blew a few capacitors that reduced how long they could run at full tilt. The power outtage didn't kill your rigs outright, but it did handicap your boards for endurance. I definitely wouldn't blame the spooky high hashrate boogeyman botnet in the closet That's why a windows install didn't help all that much and why noone else is seeing the same hashrate drop you are. That's a feasible explanation, And of course I don't believe the boogie man botnet has anything to do with it, But just scratching my head as to what's going on, Reason being, The rig is still hashing at the same high rate it was before the power cut, And showing 1.7-1.8 Mh/s on the WU: in CGminer , Plus I have another small pony hashing at 100 Kh/s in the WU: So I can't understand how the graph reports me anything under 1.7-1.6 Mh/s, Its shown as little as 1.3 Mh/s at times, Even with a ton of rejects it would be better than that. Only trouble now is the graphs aren't working at all now, So I wouldn't know. Anyway I just thought I would let everybody on here know in case it wasn't just me. |
